Sorry for the finger. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and Triple Chocolate - A small cardboard box contains two cookies, one chocolate chip and one peanut butter, placed on a light wooden surface. The box has an open lid, revealing the cookies, and a piece of patterned paper lining the bottom. The image includes a blurred finger in the foreground and a partial view of a chair or table edge in the background.

Very small space with very little space to sit. They were out of the brownies. Staff was apologetic and service was quick. Cookies were served warm. Cookies were soft like a cross between cooked and cookie dough (a texture e liked).

A customer stands in front of the Insomnia Cookies counter in Naperville, IL, engaging with an employee. The counter features a glass display and a sign for online orders. Behind the counter, digital menu screens show various cookie options and promotional content. The interior has purple and white decor, with a tiled wall and a black ceiling with spotlights.

The cookies were warm and soft, dangerously delicious. Service was quick; it was not busy. This place was more of a grab-and-go than a sit-down and eat. There was a small space. I believe there was a small space to sit two people, but that is about it.

Not my first time at insomnia cookies, but first time at this location as well as first time for my mom who was with me. We decided to go traditional and got one chocolate chip cookie and one oatmeal raisin cookie. Both were served warm and soft and delicious. Will have to go back and try some of their deluxe specialty cookies. Let me craving milk, which they do sell!

A glass display freezer contains multiple tubs of ice cream flavors, including purple, white, and brown varieties, at Insomnia Cookies in Naperville, Illinois. The freezer has labels for flavors such as 'dreamweaver' and 'cookie dough.' The background shows a tiled wall and part of the store interior, with white cups stacked nearby.

It was kind of cool to introduce Insomnia Cookies to my daughter since this place was one of my favorite college memories, ordering cookies to your dorm at 1 am is just an experience you can't beat. This place is right in the middle of Downtown Naperville and North Central College is a few steps away. It's open pretty late during the weekend at 1 am. We joined Insomnia Rewards from the car and immediately got an alert for a free cookie. We ordered 4 cookies for around $10, two Chocolate Chip, one Macademia, and one M&M cookie. The cookies were good but the Chocolate Chip cookies tasted a tad undercooked. I can't remember if you can order the cookies well done? The ice cream looked good but ordering cookies with ice cream would have made it too expensive. I would definitely come back here if it's on the way but it's not budget friendly at all anymore.

A white box with purple wavy lines and the Insomnia Cookies logo, featuring a moon and stars, is positioned on a black surface. Next to it is a white cup containing purple ice cream, with some melted portions visible on the surface. The image suggests a snack or dessert setting at Insomnia Cookies.

We were watching the new Marvel show, "Agatha All Along" and looked it up. Insomnia Cookies came up in the search. So! We ordered Bewitched Cookie'Witch. It was delicious!!! The cookies, with that purple ice cream, perfection! Can't wait to try to more.

It wasn't overly sweet either, which honestly was refreshing. My daughter had a croissant and it was delicious, but she doesn't care for spicy cheese and there was a jalepeno cheese inside (I didn't mind though so I finished it). She also had a strawberry filled croissant which she loved! Said it tasted super fresh. Store is super aesthetic inside! Everything looked beautiful inside. Staff was also friendly and attentive. We will be back once we're in the area again.

According to staff this chain is popular in S. Korea so they decided to try the concept here. The interior is rendered in warm, soothing tones. On a cold, windy winter day though, it was a bit chilly as there is no vestibule. Cold wind can rush right in so we picked a spot closer to the self serve line. Partially self serve, you pick your delectable delight. Coffee/beverages are ordered at the counter with juices in the refrigerated case. The food was good, still fresh. Perfect for a dip in your coffee. Prices are comparable to a Starbucks so you can easily drop $20 but it's nice treat. I would probably come back though if pressed to choose between alternatives I would choose this concept's direct competitor.

Two weeks before the event, I came in person with a printed cake design, a clear color theme (green, cream, and white), and a macaron accent order to go with it. I was flexible on the design details, just committed to the vision. On the day of pickup, I arrived a little late -- my fault -- but there was no cake waiting, and my order couldn't be found. Hannah behind the counter did her best, and when owner Robert walked in, I calmly explained everything from the start. I won't lie -- I was heartbroken more than angry. This was a big night. What happened next is why I'm writing this review. Robert and his team didn't hesitate. They snapped a photo of the design from my phone, asked every detail, and promised to make it right -- with Robert personally delivering the cake to the venue (thankfully just 5 minutes away). And he did. He showed up with the cake designer in tow and delivered something truly stunning: a handsome, elegant cake that fit the theme perfectly and genuinely wowed my brother and guests. And the flavor? Their Atomic. Banana (pudding), strawberries (jam), and chocolate, vanilla & banana cake. YUM! It was incredibly moist and delicious. What could have been a devastating hiccup for such a milestone night became one of the most memorable parts of the celebration. That's a testament to Robert and his team's character, dedication, and craft. Thank you, Area 51 Cupcakery. We've loved your cupcakes from day one, and this experience only deepened our loyalty. We'll always come back.

Yuuuup, I'll be here on a monthly basis. They also have a punch card system. Every 12 cupcakes will get you 1 cupcake for free. The inside is super cool, there are numerous spots for photo ops and they even have a ring light and camera holder if interested in using it. My first time visiting I tried the following cupcakes: chai pumpkin latte (daily special and DANGGGG DELICIOUS), Almond wedding (my least favorite but still good, I think almond cupcakes just aren't for me), cookies and cream (divine, rich, 2nd favorite), and the Boston cream (also 2nd favorite lol). All of the cupcakes were moist, fluffy, and full of flavor. They are made daily and you can feel and taste the love. Area 51 is definitely my favorite cupcake spot of all time. I've gone to Area 51 probably every week since finding em and I can't get enough. They also made cupcakes for my baby's gender reveal. They were extremely accommodating and everything turned out perfect! I highly recommend them for custom cakes, cupcakes, or even just grabbing 1 of their daily made cupcakes. SOOO GOOD!

Naperville location…read more Bottom Line: The food hall version of this concept is not the same experience as the stand alone location, though the food quality is consistent. I sought out this location since I definitely liked the Glenn Ellyn, stand alone location (See my review for that location). I did not realize it until I got there but this location is located in a food hall, a part of the H-Mart Asian grocery chain's delivery concept. The scaled down, food hall version, in line with, and surrounded by the sights, sounds, and aromas of a great but distracting variety of Asian food offerings, distracts and dilutes the impact of the distinctly different "Paris Baguette" concept (One of these things is not like the others). I will say that the food was good and I would say consistent with the stand-alone location; however, the highly eclectic mix of eateries, in an open food hall, obliterates the more authentic visual and environmental feel of a modern Parisian pâtisserie experience that is delivered by the stand alone store. In recently reviewing Paris Baguette's direct competitor and similar concept, basically across the street from this location, I opined that I would choose Paris Baguette if pressed to make a choice between the two; however, not In this particular instance/location. I get wanting to proliferate the name and concept in the market but, in my opinion, the food-hall version dilutes and detracts from the nice experience of the stand-alone store. If a stand-alone opens here or near, I would come back.

It was midday and I was feeling a little hungry too so I was glad to see that the pastry cases weren't completely wiped out and a couple of ham and cheese croissants looking just too good to pass up. Staff were all really nice and on top of everything. This is more of a grab and go location but you can definitely sit down and enjoy your drink or a meal at the shared food court seating if it's not too busy. The latte was a little too on the sweet side for me but the flavor was good. I would say the croissant was the highlight of this visit though. Perfectly crispy and flaky with a good amount of filling too.
