My daughter moved to a suburb in Chicago and Andy's is around the corner. The custard is creamy yet lite and taste really good I went to that location 5 out of the 10 days I was visiting. could have given zero stars for service and POS staff. food is 5 stars: Just ordered sundae from Andy's at 95th street. The person who took the order and ringed us didn't take the order correctly- we asked for extra pecans. When I asked for what I wanted, he asked us to pay additional charges and we did. He then made a rude statement that sounded like he is schooling us how to order. I told him it's rude and inappropriate to talk to a customer. He then said "ok man". This place is awesome. This brand new location is just up the street from my house so I checked it out a couple days after it opened over the Holidays. I tried something called the Boot Daddy( I think that's what it was called) which was vanilla frozen custard, Oreo cookies, caramel syrup and hot fudge, it was amazing and the outside temp was only about 15 degrees I can only imagine how amazing it will taste in July when it's 90 degrees outside. read more

By far the worst malts in the industry. They're always super thin and there's huge chunks of strawberries in the bottom, that you can't use a straw on, so you're basically drinking some chunky strawberry milk. The one thing I did find surprising was that in both visits neither employee repeated my order. I'm disappointed with my experience at this location. Tonight, I ordered two concretes, and both were made incorrectly. The Triple Chocolate concrete ended up being chocolate cookie dough, and the Cookie Casanova concrete had two, small, rock hard pieces of cookie in it. My container was only 3/4 full too.
