Banana bread - A person is holding a small white box with a crumbly, rectangular baked item inside, likely a cookie or pastry. The background features a pink wall with a black outline of a pig face logo, suggesting a bakery or dessert shop setting. The hand is visible, wearing a ring, and the focus is on the baked item and the logo behind it.

This banana bread right here?! GLORIOUS. I haven't tried many of Crumbl's non-cookie offerings but when I saw BANANA BREAD on the menu this week I couldn't resist!! It is a much more filling portion than I thought it would be! I will say I wish it was warmed up but I didn't mind warming it up at home. I don't think it's just because I haven't had banana bread in a while - this was genuinely SO good! It was so moist with the perfect contrast in texture with the crunchy brown sugar on top! Well done, Crumbl!!

The image features the Crumbl Cookies logo on a pink background. The logo includes a stylized cartoon chef's face with a chef's hat, positioned to the left of the text. The text 'crumbl' is written in bold, lowercase letters, with 'cookies' underneath in smaller, spaced-out lowercase letters. The surface appears to be a part of packaging or signage for the bakery.

Delicious!! Tried the Smores and Gingerbread flavors and they were both moist, presentation was classy, and it makes your mouth dance! I also looked closer and noticed the gingerbread cookie had little gingerbread men sprinkles, sooo cute!!! Love the box they use too!

Stopped by for my free birthday cookie! Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), I don't live near a Crumbl Cookies but I was headed out this way for another event and decided to stop by. The flavors this week were too good to choose from. I decided on the banana cream pie since it seemed the most different. It was basically a sugar cookie bowl filled with banana pudding. I loved it! It wasn't too sweet like other flavors I've tried. I wish they let you buy the smaller sizes individually (they are only available via catering). I came already afternoon and there was barely any wait. The workers greeted me as I walked in. I ordered at the kiosk and got my cookie almost right away! It was a very simple and streamline experience!

The image features a black line art illustration of a chef's face, including a chef's hat, eyes, nose, and a smiling mouth, mounted on a pink wall. The illustration is simple and stylized, with clean lines, and is centered on the wall, which is flanked by white walls on either side. The ceiling is visible at the top of the image.

I came in for a gift of cookies for a friend and wanted something fresh and more specialty for her! I was impressed when I walked in with the simpler kiosk ordering design. I was able to order quickly picking the amount of cookies I wanted and the flavors. They came out in what felt like 2 minutes and were super warm. I didn't realize they would be so big - oh my gosh, when I got the box I was so surprised! Based on what I had tried before, I got four flavors: Molten lava - so soft, melted inner chocolate core, super chocolatey and rich, second favorite Graham - frosting too sweet but I appreciate unique flavors White chocolate - too sweet Milk chocolate chip - soft and warm, enough chocolate pieces, my favorite I think they can definitely tone down the sweetness of these - sometimes sweets places overdo it with the glucose, and I would say these definitely fall into that realm. Don't get me wrong - these are solid options for cookies if you want something to gift that's fancier. I know they're popular, and there wasn't anything particularly wrong with my experience, but I just thought they did not blow my socks off. They were not raw or undercooked like other reviewers mentioned, but I do agree that prices are steep. Just trying one cookie to pick for the price would be my suggestion :)

Storefront - The image shows the storefront of Crumbl Cookies in Naperville, IL, with a prominent sign displaying the Crumbl logo and name. A green awning extends over the entrance, which has a glass door and large windows decorated with cookie-themed graphics. Balloons are positioned on either side of the entrance, and a small potted plant is placed near the door. Reflections of parked cars and trees are visible in the glass, and a person can be seen taking the photo inside the store. The storefront appears inviting and well-maintained.

Anytime a new business opens, there is sure to be excitement and people want to experience the new novelty! I certainly fell into this category with Crumbl and have tried them on several different occasions, usually ordering delivery. While the chocolate chip cookie is available daily, each week the rest of the flavors are changed, which keep things exciting! The one time I did come to the store, I did not experience any lines. I was confused at first, as to how to go about ordering cookies. There are physical registers but also video screens on the wall. I stood for a few moments, looking around to try to decipher what to do...when another customer walked in and explained the process to me: you can order at the registers or place an order, using the video screens and even add your phone number for rewards, to be used towards free cookies in the future.

Look nice, but 4 of the 6 were severely underbaked, so much so that we took them back - The image shows a white rectangular box holding six cookies arranged in two rows. The top row has four large chocolate chip cookies, and the bottom row contains an oatmeal cookie, a decorated cookie with green icing and chocolate, and a dark, crumbly cookie. The box is placed on a surface with a textured cloth partially visible at the top of the image.

The cookies are very good, but I don't think they are worth the exorbitant price! I will only buy them sparingly, for special occasions.

According to staff this chain is popular in S. Korea so they decided to try the concept here. The interior is rendered in warm, soothing tones. On a cold, windy winter day though, it was a bit chilly as there is no vestibule. Cold wind can rush right in so we picked a spot closer to the self serve line. Partially self serve, you pick your delectable delight. Coffee/beverages are ordered at the counter with juices in the refrigerated case. The food was good, still fresh. Perfect for a dip in your coffee. Prices are comparable to a Starbucks so you can easily drop $20 but it's nice treat. I would probably come back though if pressed to choose between alternatives I would choose this concept's direct competitor.

Two weeks before the event, I came in person with a printed cake design, a clear color theme (green, cream, and white), and a macaron accent order to go with it. I was flexible on the design details, just committed to the vision. On the day of pickup, I arrived a little late -- my fault -- but there was no cake waiting, and my order couldn't be found. Hannah behind the counter did her best, and when owner Robert walked in, I calmly explained everything from the start. I won't lie -- I was heartbroken more than angry. This was a big night. What happened next is why I'm writing this review. Robert and his team didn't hesitate. They snapped a photo of the design from my phone, asked every detail, and promised to make it right -- with Robert personally delivering the cake to the venue (thankfully just 5 minutes away). And he did. He showed up with the cake designer in tow and delivered something truly stunning: a handsome, elegant cake that fit the theme perfectly and genuinely wowed my brother and guests. And the flavor? Their Atomic. Banana (pudding), strawberries (jam), and chocolate, vanilla & banana cake. YUM! It was incredibly moist and delicious. What could have been a devastating hiccup for such a milestone night became one of the most memorable parts of the celebration. That's a testament to Robert and his team's character, dedication, and craft. Thank you, Area 51 Cupcakery. We've loved your cupcakes from day one, and this experience only deepened our loyalty. We'll always come back.

My first time visiting I tried the following cupcakes: chai pumpkin latte (daily special and DANGGGG DELICIOUS), Almond wedding (my least favorite but still good, I think almond cupcakes just aren't for me), cookies and cream (divine, rich, 2nd favorite), and the Boston cream (also 2nd favorite lol). All of the cupcakes were moist, fluffy, and full of flavor. They are made daily and you can feel and taste the love. Area 51 is definitely my favorite cupcake spot of all time. I've gone to Area 51 probably every week since finding em and I can't get enough. They also made cupcakes for my baby's gender reveal. They were extremely accommodating and everything turned out perfect! I highly recommend them for custom cakes, cupcakes, or even just grabbing 1 of their daily made cupcakes. SOOO GOOD!

He said they were ready to go when he got there to pick them up and so far the two he's eaten (red velvet and Blondie) were really good. Mine (chocolate chunk and chocolate PB cup) were good, but these are definitely made in the Crumbl Cookie mode where they're sort of...underdone? Which is weird to me. The peanut butter cup one had a gritty texture as well, so the sugar and butter likely had not been creamed together enough. 6 cookies cost $24 (we picked it up; delivery would have been more). Back to the important stuff.. this spot is small and does not have any seating but there is an area to stand where you can enjoy your sweet treats while facing the window. Truly? I think that's all you need. The staff member that helped my husband and I was probably 1 of the nicest hospitality peeps I've been around. He was extremely nice/friendly and made me feel like I was family. Since it was my first time there he explained what they offered and how they offer it. He even opened up the heaters for where the cookies are kept. Everything was clean and looked great. I went with a seasonal cookie, pumpkin chocolate chunk and also got a scoop of their cookies n dream ice cream. LOVED. Flavorful, sweet enough and just reallll good. I also got a white chocolate macadamia but cookie which was also delicious. Pricing is on the higher side but thankfully the portion is large as well.

Naperville location…read more Bottom Line: The food hall version of this concept is not the same experience as the stand alone location, though the food quality is consistent. I sought out this location since I definitely liked the Glenn Ellyn, stand alone location (See my review for that location). I did not realize it until I got there but this location is located in a food hall, a part of the H-Mart Asian grocery chain's delivery concept. The scaled down, food hall version, in line with, and surrounded by the sights, sounds, and aromas of a great but distracting variety of Asian food offerings, distracts and dilutes the impact of the distinctly different "Paris Baguette" concept (One of these things is not like the others). I will say that the food was good and I would say consistent with the stand-alone location; however, the highly eclectic mix of eateries, in an open food hall, obliterates the more authentic visual and environmental feel of a modern Parisian pâtisserie experience that is delivered by the stand alone store. In recently reviewing Paris Baguette's direct competitor and similar concept, basically across the street from this location, I opined that I would choose Paris Baguette if pressed to make a choice between the two; however, not In this particular instance/location. I get wanting to proliferate the name and concept in the market but, in my opinion, the food-hall version dilutes and detracts from the nice experience of the stand-alone store. Staff were all really nice and on top of everything. This is more of a grab and go location but you can definitely sit down and enjoy your drink or a meal at the shared food court seating if it's not too busy. The latte was a little too on the sweet side for me but the flavor was good. I would say the croissant was the highlight of this visit though. Perfectly crispy and flaky with a good amount of filling too.
