After hearing the story of Moose & Me, I was looking forward to trying it out. Thankfully today I was close enough that it wasn't a long drive. The interior is rather spacious with fun blue & pink seats. It's comfortable inside and they have a few toys for kids to play with, such as Mr. Potato Head. They have a good selection of treats, including full cakes, cake slices, cake pops, cookies, donuts, brownies, and cupcakes. We got a German chocolate cupcake, vanilla sprinkle donut, and chocolate croissant. The topping of the cupcake was delicious, although the cake part was a tad dry. My son loved his donut and gave it two thumbs up. My wife that the croissant was excellent. Looking forward to going back and trying their cookies. In hindsight, I should have grabbed a cookie while I was there. Service was friendly and pricing was very reasonable compared to some other bakeries I've been to.

Nice little bakery, with a good cause Just had our 1st visit. Service was friendly and helpful. It was decorated light and bright, and they had a busy box for the kids. Great chocolate croissant, and cookie. And my daughter ate all her chocolate cupcake, it got thumbs up . We will be back!

    60th wedding anniversary cake- beautiful!!

I ordered an anniversary cake for my parents. Not only was it beautiful, but it was delicious. The fresh strawberries in the middle added to the amazing taste. I will continue to get all my bakery items from Moose and Me.

    That's the WOW!

Erin answered the phone when I called in need of a 50th Wedding Anniversary Cake for my parents. They did NOT want anything "special" for their big day, and I absolutely chose NOT to abide by their wishes. We had two of their beautiful grandchildren with us to celebrate, and I wanted a lovely cake for them to enjoy. Not knowing what to get for them, I asked Erin if she could do something that would "Wow" the kids. Erin assured me that... "Oh, we can definitely do 'Wow!'" And she sure did "WOW!" us all. She took the time to help with ideas, including the colors that reflected the bridesmaids' dresses. Very helpful! It was classy, impressive, and all-around WOW! Great job, Erin, on the wonderful pastry skills you showcased with this cake! I was proud to present it to my parents for their day. Thank you, Erin! Tricia

It wasn't overly sweet either, which honestly was refreshing. My daughter had a croissant and it was delicious, but she doesn't care for spicy cheese and there was a jalepeno cheese inside (I didn't mind though so I finished it). She also had a strawberry filled croissant which she loved! Said it tasted super fresh. Store is super aesthetic inside! Everything looked beautiful inside. Staff was also friendly and attentive. We will be back once we're in the area again.

According to staff this chain is popular in S. Korea so they decided to try the concept here. The interior is rendered in warm, soothing tones. On a cold, windy winter day though, it was a bit chilly as there is no vestibule. Cold wind can rush right in so we picked a spot closer to the self serve line. Partially self serve, you pick your delectable delight. Coffee/beverages are ordered at the counter with juices in the refrigerated case. The food was good, still fresh. Perfect for a dip in your coffee. Prices are comparable to a Starbucks so you can easily drop $20 but it's nice treat. I would probably come back though if pressed to choose between alternatives I would choose this concept's direct competitor.

Two weeks before the event, I came in person with a printed cake design, a clear color theme (green, cream, and white), and a macaron accent order to go with it. I was flexible on the design details, just committed to the vision. On the day of pickup, I arrived a little late -- my fault -- but there was no cake waiting, and my order couldn't be found. Hannah behind the counter did her best, and when owner Robert walked in, I calmly explained everything from the start. I won't lie -- I was heartbroken more than angry. This was a big night. What happened next is why I'm writing this review. Robert and his team didn't hesitate. They snapped a photo of the design from my phone, asked every detail, and promised to make it right -- with Robert personally delivering the cake to the venue (thankfully just 5 minutes away). And he did. He showed up with the cake designer in tow and delivered something truly stunning: a handsome, elegant cake that fit the theme perfectly and genuinely wowed my brother and guests. And the flavor? Their Atomic. Banana (pudding), strawberries (jam), and chocolate, vanilla & banana cake. YUM! It was incredibly moist and delicious. What could have been a devastating hiccup for such a milestone night became one of the most memorable parts of the celebration. That's a testament to Robert and his team's character, dedication, and craft. Thank you, Area 51 Cupcakery. We've loved your cupcakes from day one, and this experience only deepened our loyalty. We'll always come back.

Yuuuup, I'll be here on a monthly basis. They also have a punch card system. Every 12 cupcakes will get you 1 cupcake for free. The inside is super cool, there are numerous spots for photo ops and they even have a ring light and camera holder if interested in using it. My first time visiting I tried the following cupcakes: chai pumpkin latte (daily special and DANGGGG DELICIOUS), Almond wedding (my least favorite but still good, I think almond cupcakes just aren't for me), cookies and cream (divine, rich, 2nd favorite), and the Boston cream (also 2nd favorite lol). All of the cupcakes were moist, fluffy, and full of flavor. They are made daily and you can feel and taste the love. Area 51 is definitely my favorite cupcake spot of all time. I've gone to Area 51 probably every week since finding em and I can't get enough. They also made cupcakes for my baby's gender reveal. They were extremely accommodating and everything turned out perfect! I highly recommend them for custom cakes, cupcakes, or even just grabbing 1 of their daily made cupcakes. SOOO GOOD!

He said they were ready to go when he got there to pick them up and so far the two he's eaten (red velvet and Blondie) were really good. Mine (chocolate chunk and chocolate PB cup) were good, but these are definitely made in the Crumbl Cookie mode where they're sort of...underdone? Which is weird to me. The peanut butter cup one had a gritty texture as well, so the sugar and butter likely had not been creamed together enough. 6 cookies cost $24 (we picked it up; delivery would have been more). A few of the cookies we bought were more expensive than the baseline cookies, and my husband also had them wrap each cookie individually so we could store any leftovers more easily.

The directions for the flow of traffic can be confusing especially if you aren't familiar with this area. They do have 15 minute parking out front but I've noticed a lot of people parking there but their cars are parked for hours. Back to the important stuff.. this spot is small and does not have any seating but there is an area to stand where you can enjoy your sweet treats while facing the window. Truly? I think that's all you need. The staff member that helped my husband and I was probably 1 of the nicest hospitality peeps I've been around. He was extremely nice/friendly and made me feel like I was family. Since it was my first time there he explained what they offered and how they offer it. He even opened up the heaters for where the cookies are kept. Everything was clean and looked great. I went with a seasonal cookie, pumpkin chocolate chunk and also got a scoop of their cookies n dream ice cream. LOVED. Flavorful, sweet enough and just reallll good. I also got a white chocolate macadamia but cookie which was also delicious. Pricing is on the higher side but thankfully the portion is large as well.

Naperville location…read more Bottom Line: The food hall version of this concept is not the same experience as the stand alone location, though the food quality is consistent. I sought out this location since I definitely liked the Glenn Ellyn, stand alone location (See my review for that location). I did not realize it until I got there but this location is located in a food hall, a part of the H-Mart Asian grocery chain's delivery concept. The scaled down, food hall version, in line with, and surrounded by the sights, sounds, and aromas of a great but distracting variety of Asian food offerings, distracts and dilutes the impact of the distinctly different "Paris Baguette" concept (One of these things is not like the others). I will say that the food was good and I would say consistent with the stand-alone location; however, the highly eclectic mix of eateries, in an open food hall, obliterates the more authentic visual and environmental feel of a modern Parisian pâtisserie experience that is delivered by the stand alone store. In recently reviewing Paris Baguette's direct competitor and similar concept, basically across the street from this location, I opined that I would choose Paris Baguette if pressed to make a choice between the two; however, not In this particular instance/location. I get wanting to proliferate the name and concept in the market but, in my opinion, the food-hall version dilutes and detracts from the nice experience of the stand-alone store. If a stand-alone opens here or near, I would come back.

It was midday and I was feeling a little hungry too so I was glad to see that the pastry cases weren't completely wiped out and a couple of ham and cheese croissants looking just too good to pass up. Staff were all really nice and on top of everything. This is more of a grab and go location but you can definitely sit down and enjoy your drink or a meal at the shared food court seating if it's not too busy. The latte was a little too on the sweet side for me but the flavor was good. I would say the croissant was the highlight of this visit though. Perfectly crispy and flaky with a good amount of filling too.
