Would have been a one star because the employee scooped out just the broth for my chicken noodle soup. However, when my husband called and spoke to Brandon about what happened. He understood and was more than willing to bring me another properly scooped soup. added a few cookies too. Thanks Brandon, we appreciate you! read more

This is my least favorite Panera bread location in the area. Beware of the drive thru. You will sit and wait for eons. My clothes have long since gone out of style, having waited 20 minutes for a lemonade at 1:37pm on a Wednesday afternoon. But it doesn't matter what time you visit this location--you are sure to wait. Last weekend I was here on a Saturday, mid morning. Also waited an obscenely long time just for two drinks. Perhaps service is better going inside but signs don't look good. read more

This is a very nice Panera restaurant. Clean, big and nice staff. I don't know if they are promoting the heck out of their new menu items but the Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains was probably one of the best salads I have ever had anywhere! It was huge, plenty of ingredients and so flavorful. I will definitely order it again. read more

I was feeling a head cold coming on strong and decided I needed some hot chicken soup. I bought a cup from Panera and it hit the spot. Tender white meat chicken and carrots and noodles. A bit of onions too. Very satisfying, especially on a cold cloudy day. Drive thru was moving fairly good too. Decent service. The soup comes with your choice of chips, bread or an apple. I got the bread, which is a crusty baguette, so you had better reserve some soup to dunk your bread! read more

Went to go pick up an order and my cup was close to the worker and I couldn't reach it or didn't know if I should, waited to ask her for the order because I didn't want to reach over and it be a problem, and she gave me attitude to grab it and a weird look. Was not happy with the way I was spoken too, if she wanted me to have grabbed it she should've put it closer to the edge or in the rapid order pick up area. Additionally the bubbler drinks are all super watered down, don't know if they're adding too much water when mixing it but it's not good. read more

I got one of the new bagel chicken sandwiches yesterday and it's was horrible. Nonexistent chicken on the sandwich A lot of greens, and a big glop of cheese. This was the worst sandwich I've ever had from this Panera, bar none. Also they gave me a cherry pastry that was hard like it been there for days. Paying almost 20.00 for that wasn't worth half that wasn't my cup of tea! read more

Was driving from Chicago to NY and yelped this spot right before driving up. I needed a place with a drive thru and this place had it. They also had curbside pick up and brand new summer salads (just my luck). The person who took my order was informative and gave great suggestions. The new strawberry chicken salad with poppyseed dressing made me eat salads for the whole week it was sooo good and packed with different flavors. Great start to my trip. The chips were a nice addition. I love father enjoyed his breakfast sandwich with avocado. Great stuff any state you go. read more

Used to be good quality food but now it's getting just as crappy ingredients as every other fast food restaurant :( The pizza used to have little delicious tomatoes on it i used to love now has huge slices of tomatoes that get juice all over and taste well, just not as good. too much sauce and cheese. Ugh. And the sandwiches are always soggy! Like who wants a soggy sandwich? And now instead of using cooked meat they are using lunch meat, at least on the sandwiches i've gotten recently. It's so disappointing because this was the only affordable healthy place to go to and now it's just getting worse and worse quality and more unhealthy it sucks :( i want the old panera back with good quality food. read more

Service was non existence. Person behind the register was not moving . When I went to the kiosk it would not tak my gift card. I won't come back to this Panerai. Used the microwave and that did not seem to work. Half and half was empty. Just a few reasons for me saying I won't return Even more issue I don't feel like listing. read more

Just want to say that I love Panera bread I love their food. I love the atmosphere. Their coffee is great. Their sandwiches are great but this Panera bread I was sad to say that it was extremely dirty. The men's washroom was so dirty that it looks like it wasn't clean for weeks, this is something that I found at a lot of the Panera breads that I go to .come on. Let's get these stores clean. read more

They offer mobile ordering through the drive-through, but then you have to sit and wait for the other drive-through orders. Other Panera's only have mobile ordering through the drive-through and it's way faster. Do not come to this Panera for mobile order. read more

Never coming to this location again. Rude as hell workers, workers who have NO clue or care in the WORLD as to what they are doing. My food, I can't really even tell you what it's like because I can't eat it because it was sitting there for who knows how long because they couldn't figure out who it belongs to cause they lost the tag. Came in around lunch, so of course it's populated with the usual lunch goers. read more

I love Panera as a whole, but this location is struggling. They gave me the complete wrong sandwich, and I found a chicken bone in my salad. They are very clearly not paying attention over there. read more

Ehh, it's Panera. For some reason the soup is never very hot. I like that you get a full sized cup for water, though. And the new tracking thing where they find your table based on the pager thing they give you at the counter is unusual. For some reason you can order from the table via their website (extreme laziness? Fear of losing the table? I don't know.) Service here was better than others but the food is only ever so-so. read more

Went to give them a second chance, it's worse ordered a breakfast sandwich it's was cold and tasted old. I don't understand why the drive thru lane takes so long it's like a 30 minute wait. People don't go to this location on 75th and 59 in Aurora. So unorganized and food is not fresh at this location. read more

I don't know what people see in this place. Best thing I've found is their baguette!!! Truly epic! The rest you can keep! Those soups are artery cloggers, The salads lack so much! I got a $50 gift certificate and have had a hard time using it, and keep thinking I've not discovered the Panera secret thing... what am I missing? read more

i got the Steak Asiago bagel /and the meat was uncooked and the sandwich was cold, I have went to other location and they were always good, but this one did not test how it is supposed to taste, the food was terrible, couldn't even eat it!. read more

Love Panera food. Always get the you pick two with the frontega chicken panini and the fuji apple salad! The best! The bbq chicken flatbread is number 2 on my list. The area is really nice with a lot of space for a group of people and is perfect for bible studies or study sessions. They have free WiFi so I always bring my laptop there when I need to work on my stuff. Honestly one of my go to places. 10/10! read more

This panera is not the best one in the area. I tried to purchase a meal at the kiosk and since one was broken, there was a line for the only other one. I though the point of the kiosks were to eliminate the lines at these places. When I got there, the kiosk could not read my card, or my friends card for about 5 tries. I had to go to the actual cash register. Not fun. My meal also took forever to come out. How long does it take to make a salad? The other person I was with was already finished with their meal by the time I got mine. The food itself was good, but I waited too long for it. The other small detail is the parking. It's super tight to get in and out and you'll see an empty spot only to realize that it's marked reserved for online orders. read more

I had an hour to kill before an appointment so I stopped by the Panera Bread at Aurora Marketplace. There are several quick service kiosks in the lobby for convent ordering. I've used these at a Washington DC Panera location and they're great. The seating space is huge, and the outdoor space has plenty of seating. There are several large tables for groups, a much needed commodity when family and friends are stopping by for a coffee and a chat. This is a great indoor space for work or study. Yes, the outdoor seating is right next to a heavy traffic road, but early weekend mornings will provide some quieter times for use. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. Looking forward to planning a Nanowrimo writing session at the large collaboration table this November. read more

Picked up a turkey BLTA and Bread bowl of broccoli cheddar soup in the drive thru. Got home to enjoy dinner and discovered that the sandwich had one slice of avocado giant globs of mayo and NO BaCON . Soup was delish. As always and bread bowl perfect. This Panera location is new! The old location that was more north on Route 59 has closed, and this Panera has taken it's place just a little further south. I'm officially a fan, because there's a drive-thru. At last - a quick, healthy, drive-thru option right near my house! I popped through on a Tuesday night about 7:30 pm in need of an easy dinner that wasn't disgusting fast food. Like all Paneras, the menu is huge and there are many options to choose from. I typically am a "you pick two" gal, so I stuck with that. I got their seasonal roasted turkey, cheddar, and apple sandwich (half). This was a delicious combination that tasted like a cheese and charcuterie board in my mouth -- roasted turkey, Vermont white cheddar, fresh apple and cabbage slaw, arugula and mustard horseradish sauce on cranberry walnut bread. Yum! For my cup of soup I chose the chicken-noodle which I'm always a fan of. As I'm sure you know, meals come with either an apple, baguette, or chips, so I went with the chips. It's nice knowing their ingredients are clean, raised responsibly, and rich in nutrients. I have to admit it took about 13 minutes to go through the drive-thru, but I know they just opened so I'm sure there are some kinks they still need to work out in regards to the flow of things. Regardless, this Panera is convenient for me and I will be back! read more

Either the quality of food is bad or part of my drive thru order is missing. This time they forgot one of my sandwhiches and unfortunately I didn't realize until i got home. I couldn't even get a hold of anyone over the phone to resolve the issue. The phone just kept ringing until it finally disconnected. read more

Drive wait time is always 10 plus minutes and they never have the baguette side past 7pm.

I ordered through the mobile app and got a You Pick Two of chicken noodle soup and Fuji Apple with Chicken salad. I walked in prematurely before the estimated 2:04pm time and headed straight to the Rapid Pick-Up area. At first, there was a slight confusion on the orders since they thought I was picking up the order that they had ready (not mine). However, I ended up waiting only a few minutes because one of the staff was hustling the employees to get my order ready asap. They're really living up to the "Rapid" part. The chicken noodle soup was pretty decent, though it is somewhat difficult to mess up a classic soup at a restaurant. The salad was also good, but they didn't provide extra apple chips as requested on my order. They did make up for it though by providing a giant piece of baguette. I'm pretty sure I got a 1/3 loaf's worth. read more

I love Panera but not every Panera gets it right. I came in to pick up a salad and soup to go, I was going home from a long 10 hour shift at work. As soon as I walked in Evan greeted me, asked me how my evening was going and took my order. Something as simple as being greeted with a smile on his face made my night. He took my order, I was out in 5 min and they got my order right. The restaurant was clean, they had enough employees working and even the guy I got my order from was friendly. Good job to this Panera. read more

The smell inside this Panera is so disgusting. They must be using dirty water and rags and mop buckets to clean everything. Ordered a pick 2, slow night and made some modifications for no tomatoes and got double the amount then usual. I'll drive 10 minutes down the road further to another location next time because the smell is nauseating! read more

This is the closest Panera to my house and I love it! I came in with my mom and Lauren helped us at the register (petite girl with long blonde hair). She was very helpful in informing us how would could use our MyPanera points and when they were available until. I ordered a half of a Strawberry and Poppyseed salad.. SO GOOD. It comes with juicy chicken, blueberries, pineapples, walnuts and of course strawberries! It also had a light poppy seed dressing which I loved. I ordered half of a Mediterranean Veggie sandwich too which was good. The jalapeño hummus was a little much for me but I am not one for any type of spicy food; that is my only complaint! read more

This is a newer location. Been here many times as it's only 1.5 miles from my house. The staff has always been friendly. They have a drive through and offer delivery during certain times. What more can I say, clean, healthy eating with great service. Can't go wrong with Panera. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but this got me upset! First of all you order your salad with avocado and pay extra I get that but there was NO avocado on the salad the salad part looked like all that was left was the ends hard and white! No green ‍ I ordered the BBQ chicken salad the only thing going for it was the chicken wasn't dry! Then ya call to ask if a manager is in and mind you this is a yes or no answer silence then hold on. Get some girl Jasmine I think she's like um your braking up I can't hear you! Well I'm feeling like a Karen right now but I want at least my money back on the avocado lord help this place! read more

It's been a few years so we thought we would try it again. For the price the sandwiches are all bread and almost zero insides! The flavor was okay, but very skimpy. I get that they are a bakery and known for bread, and the bread is good... but I'd like a little substance too! read more

I frequently use curb side pick up from other Teo Panera locations within 3 mikes of this one and every time the service is great... not at this location though. I had to call them after 10 minutes waiting outside (flagged through the app that I was here). They seemed to be snowed that I was waiting outside... and I'm still waiting. I'm not ordering from this Panera again. Luckily there are other locations nearby with much better service. read more

Husband: Honey, why are we spending so much at Panera all of a sudden? Me: The new one has a drive thru! Haha my hubby found me out! The drive thru at this location has me hooked. I work from home with two small children so anything with a drive thru is so much better than hauling both kids in/out for an extra stop. My orders are always quick and correct. I have my Panera card which earns me free items every now and then. This new location has very friendly service and is super clean. Love it. I will continue to come back! read more

I paid 50.00 for myself, my son and daughter. All of our breads were burnt!! So disappointed. Also the chicken rice soup didn't taste like the normal panera chicken rice soup.
