I just got my order and tried sticking my straw into my smoothie to which it broke because it's frozen. At first I was like nice they were keeping it cold for me but no. BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY ORDER FROM LAST NIGHT AND FROZE IT AND WHEN I RE ORDERED THEY JUST TOOK IT OUT OF THE FREEZER AND DELIVERED IT TO ME. what "fresh" company even does that? I don't like when my fruit is frozen and not only that but I'm not paying for a smoothie bowl that was made the night before and put in the freezer. If I wanted that i'd just eat at home? I get not wanting to waste it but then give it to an employee or something. Who tf does that? I'm so angry right now.
