Love this place! Finished a workout and wanted a healthy post-workout meal. The employees were super friendly!! Left me a nice note and seriously made my day.
Located right by the Metra and two doors down from Corepower Yoga, Upbeet Life has build-your-own and crafted smoothies, açaí bowls, and more. So far I've tried their smoothies both times I've been in, and I was happy with the freshness and quality. They offer both whey and plant-based proteins for an add-on, and you can add on different superfoods to your smoothies and bowls. They also give 10% off for Corepower members and staff is super friendly!
We ordered a 16oz açaí bowl, and the server offered to split it for my kids which was really convenient. I also ordered the alligator pear and fig toast. Both were very yummy and filling. The açaí was so delicious!!! The workers smiled, made eye contact, and were very happy with a good attitude. They have tables right by the train tracks which is a nice sight for kids. The only issue I had was that the açaí bowl literally (I looked at my receipt for time stamp) took 25 minutes with only 2 guests in front who ordered a quick drink, and my toast literally came out 30 min after ordering. This is a really long wait for what it is, but I am still giving It 5 stars because it was worth the wait, and we will be back.
A little off the main road but make sure you take the one block walk down to check out this un-beetable place. The shakes are great. Most everything is vegan (minus if you want milk in your coffee or shake). The staff is super friendly and service is great. They will walk you through each menu item and even help you pick something if you just let them what you like. All their proteins are vegan friendly. A fresh new ambiance to the downtown La Grange business area.
Avo'green smoothie is really delicious! At first, I was annoyed to pay $12 for a smoothie I could make at home, but my smoothies never taste this good. My coworkers have tried a lot of the menu and love everything. I might build my own smoothie next time. There is also 10% off for corepower members.
As someone who is into fitness and healthier eating, I had been curious about The Upbeet Life for some time. Well, I took two spin classes back to back and figured I would treat myself by checking the place out. Upon entering, I was kindly welcomed by the girl at the counter. There was another person working. They were both very helpful and accommodating. I decided to order the Choco 'Euphoria smoothie and the Avo Life toast. The smoothie is made up of Almond Milk, Banana, Espresso, Vegan Chocolate Protein, Chia Seeds. It was delicious and filling. I felt like I was truly enjoying a healthy smoothie and was very energized as I was drinking it. Many places nowadays have smoothies that are supposedly healthy, but full of sugar. The Avo Life toast was unique in both appearance and flavor. Multi Grain bread served as the foundation for Organic Avocado, Fig, Rosemary, Paprika, Sunflower Seeds, Himalayan Pink Salt. I personally found it to be too heavy on the paprika, but it was an experience trying something new. I had never eaten figs prior to this and am now a fan. I think next time I will try the other power toast on the menu. The place itself is very small, with a few stools available for sitting. While the ingredients are quality and each menu item carefully put together, I do think The Upbeet Life's number one thing is customer service. As my smoothie was being made, they asked if I would like to give it a try to make sure the flavor was to my liking. I also appreciated how they wrote "Have a nice day!" on the container. It may sound cheesy to others, but as someone who was heavy a more difficult day, it was an unexpected but pleasant gesture. I will definitely be back to try out their other smoothies this summer!
Definitely check this place out! Delicious açaí bowls and I love the unlimited toppings. It's decorated very cute and the workers are all so nice. My new favorite spot in Lagrange!
I had delicious avocado toast and custom green smoothie. Food is delish and dare I say better tasting and a better value than Owl and Lark. Check it.
Would definitely recommend ! Such a beautiful atmosphere & welcoming service. The Aligator Toast was amazing ! The bowls and the latte 10/10 was so satisfied will definitely keep coming !
I tried the açaí bowl and it was delicious. If you get it to-go it will be in a cup, but they still make it with a beautiful presentation. You can select your own ingredients from a list of mostly vegan friendly toppings. Just be sure to ask if the granola used is the vegan one because they have two kinds. For the the summer there are two stools outside if you want to have something there. The staff has been very friendly ever time I've visited. The Upbeet Life also has smoothies and coffee. Close to Metra if you are a commuter.

I was out for a late morning stroll in down town and came across this place. I like to eat really clean and healthy, and it was the perfect place for me to get a high protein, organic and delicious meal! Some younger friendly college students were working there and made sure I got everything I needed to dine in at the cute counter by the front. Also I got my stuff only 7 minutes after I ordered! Nice and fast. The only reason I rated 4 stars and not 5 was the seats were small and uncomfortable, and the outdoor area wasn't much better. I'd still give this place a try but do take out read more
