Aida was great! My mom and I both wanted new phones. The process itself took a long time due to the amount of data on my phone. Aida was very patient and knowledgeable in what needed to be done. She even offered us water to ensure we were comfortable while waiting! This could have been a painful process, but not at all with Aida. Thank you for the kind service! read more

Saturday morning around 11:00. Total wait time was about 30 minutes. There was one guy at the check in desk and six others working the desk. Everyone had good customer experience skills. The annoying part was when someone came back from lunch with a huge Starbucks drink. That wasn't annoying itself but she continued to carry it around the store when she would go up front to get the next name in line. She did that twice, once with me. Though that was real unprofessional. You don't walk around the sales floor with a huge personal drink. read more

Great service with Geoff. I needed to have NEW TV and Internet Service at my home that I just moved into. Geoff was VERY knowledgeable, professional and friendly. COMCAST, Geoff deserves a raise!! read more

The store was great but let online rep was apparently a liar. We were told we would get a $10 credit for paperless billing but there's no way to ask for it as it wasn't on the bill itself. We had xfinity many years at another location. Don't know what has happened but just getting simple internet has been a nightmare. read more

Been a customer since 2001 and let me tell you. Don't get Xfinity. You can't call the store because Comcast only has an automated answering system. I called Comcast customer service and was on the phone with them for 4 hours. They customer service rep told me that he scheduled an appointment for me to pick up equipment from the store. When I went to the store, they said there was no appointment, no equipment, nothing. No one in the store was helpful or knowledgeable about anything. The internet sucks. The customer service sucks. The employees suck. Save yourself the waste of time and headache. read more

I've been waiting in this store for 35 minutes now, and the line isn't moving anywhere. It would be nice if they told you on their website that you can make an appointment to pick up the equipment. It would have saved time and would have spared me a headache caused by frustration. EDIT: 5 stars for fabulous customer service. Hence the 4 stars (original was 3 stars) read more

Went to the store to switch my address since we were moving and specifically asked to have the service switched TOMORROW so that our current internet service would not be disrupted. They said it would be no problem, and of course when we got home we had no internet. Realized that for some ridiculous reason they don't have a directly phone number for the store, so I spent over an hour on the phone with Comcast attempting to correct things. They switched the service back to the correct day but then we were having issues with the wifi network. Comcast customer service tried everything but said they couldn't figure out what was wrong so they said to take the modem back to the store. We ended up connecting with ethernet and then created a hotspot on one of the computers so we could at least have internet until then. Exchanged the modem at the store today, and still had issues with the wifi; spent another 1 1/2 hours on the phone with customer service going in circles which didn't fix anything. Ended up resetting the modem myself which fixed everything. Thanks Xfinity. I will say that initially the process of getting me set up in the store went smoothly, it was just the frustration of things not going well once I got home and then not even having a direct store phone number to call to see if they could troubleshoot from there. *Sigh* read more

Awful customer service. Awful cable service! I have been complaining about my system for the last year and the same problem keeps happening. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Go somewhere else and get way better service. read more

Xfinity Store by Comcast - Internet Service Providers Near Me - Hillsboro, Oregon

Great experience this last time I went to talk about my cable plan. My guy Geoff was amazing. He brought to aloha to the job by being very nice and helpful as he answered all questions and help lower my monthly bill. Great COVID protocol, enjoyed waiting in my car and getting the text when ready. read more

My issue is with Yelp. The hours they have posted for the COVID-19 period and otherwise are WRONG. They do not open till 10 AM!

My partner and I went in to port my number for ATT to his phone line with xfinity. I was impressed with how seriously the store was taking social distancing measures. JaJa helped us with the whole process and she was professional, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service! read more

My score is ** for Comcast products and pricing, and ***** for this office and the nice folks that staff it. Here's why... I'd had Comcast for many years. The internet is blazing fast, and the Xfinity TV service and especially the DVR functionality is hard to complain about. But what drove me to leave was the pricing structure. It is all about bundles and adding things you don't want or need like phone service or security systems. It quickly adds up to hundreds of dollars. When I went off my two year promo price I was at $255, and $25 of that was fees! $250 x 12 months = $3000 a year. So I went in to cancel my service with all my gear; 5 cable boxes and a modem. First of all, I do like this location. Just the fact that there is a business office where you can go in person is a huge plus. The people are nice, and I like the fact that you can make an appointment on-line. It's clean, modern and welcoming. I like being greeted and checked in at the door. This is also where they scan your returned devices and issue you a paper "tape" containing all the boxes and serial numbers. This paper "tape" may be the only paper you ever see though, because they don't otherwise give you a transaction summary or any other proof of your visit! It's all verbal! You would think I would be given a record of the fact that I just cancelled my service. Nope. Nothing. Nada. Zip. So imagine my surprise when I was auto-billed for the balance of the month. When I log in to my account (which should be closed) it shows I still have my modem and a set top box I never owned! So I made another on-line appointment for the next day for right when they opened. Because I put my account number and situation in the comment field, the nice rep behind the counter (who was the same person who had helped me before) was already working on it. Now you would think that since they can take your credit card payments there (and by the time you are at your car, it already says "pending" on your banks web site), that they could issue a refund instantly too. Nope. In fact, the rep could not even complete the transaction on his own. He had to "chat" over his computer with someone somewhere else. And when he was done, surprise! There was no confirmation number, no print out, nothing. Just a verbal assurance I would see the funds in 3-5 days. So I still had no record of anything but my equipment returns. And those devices that were still showing up on my on-line account? Not to worry, he said. Chance of getting my refund without an additional trip or phone call? I give it 30%. Chance of those mystery boxes coming back to haunt me? About the same. But I will persist and here is how I'm saving money without giving up much at all. We have great TV reception at my house. The previous owner put a monster antenna in the attic. I purchased a Tablo 4-tuner DVR w/2TB USB drive for recording OTA broadcasts. This was not cheap, but I own it. My cable "replacement" is the Direct TV NOW "Live a little" package which is $35 for 60 channels of live streaming. These are not all shopping and religion, either. These are most everything we had before. And you can add HBO for $5. My internet is Frontier FIOS 30MB down and up for $25 a month for the first year, regular price $40 after that. So $40+$35=$75 sure beats $255 a month. The rep said most cord cutters come back to Comcast in 6 months. I'll give that a 5% chance of happening. UPDATE: I did get my refund in a few days like they said, so props to Comcast for that. read more

Ok so I hate comcast pricing on things because I think everything is overpriced. HOWEVER, my last experience going into the store was really pleasant. I think the person who helped us was Chris? But anyway, we inquired about decreasing our monthly cost because our two-year deal had just ended a couple of months ago and our bill went up by about $20. We asked about different options and Chris helped us to keep pretty much all of the services that we prefer, while still getting our bill down a little bit. If I were to write this review before my last visit, my review would've been 1 star because on our other visit, one of the female workers told us that our two-year contract deals were still in effect because we moved to a new house after the first year. She told us that our bill will remain the same so I wasn't very happy to see the $20 increase. Thank goodness for Chris helping us out! read more

I recognize this doesn't happen often, but after constantly calling Comcast via the phone and trying to move as they advertise it was an absolute nightmare. I've been without the services I'd been paying for entirely for over a month and in the process my bill almost doubled. It was the worst service I'd ever had and having been very patient despite it all I had still been hung up on several times. I finally went into this branch of xfinity on 10/12 and was immediately helped at the customer service counter by Miss Bruno. She was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to hear my frustration and long exhausting situation. She then immediately helped me reduce my bill, compensated me for the inconvenience and then went even further and had her manager figure out what went wrong. As of now I am the happiest owner of X1 platform DVR with high speed internet and was able to hook it all up myself with the help of the 1-855-OK-BEGIN. Glen on the other end of this call was beyond patient and helpful and I can finally get my work done and relax to tv when I want. Unfortunately Miss Bruno usually works in Vancouver so I can't say that anyone else will have this service here, seeing from other reviews. Nonetheless I could not be more grateful for the helpfulness and clarity I received today. read more

After a frustrating phone call with customer service (corporate) I went in to this store this morning. I was seen promptly and both Jonathan and Donna who assisted me with my problem gave wonderful customer service. I really appreciate people who listen and don't just keep repeating the party line. Going to go in person from now on. They also told me about the ability to schedule an appointment in the future to avoid waits. A+ for these guys. Alison Dougherty read more

1 star is literally too much. Comcast holds you hostage. Terrible service. Cut off my business email when I was ADDING SERVICES. No apology. Was on hold for 2 hours. Never recovered my lost emails. No response until I file a complaint with BBB. Even then, they offered me $14 credit. I'm dumping Comcast all together. Went to Roku TV. $200 at Costco. read more

I have always been very frustrated trying to do things over the phone with Xfinity/Comcast as you get shifted around constantly to different reps and have to give your info over and over only to be transferred again and do it all over. I have been going to this service center lately and am very happy with them. Abraham is above and beyond in customer service and I ask for him now when I have to go there for any issue. read more

I went in to exchange a cable box and router. I was told that I could take it home, hook it up and call to activate it. After calling I was told that if you have been a customer for more than 5 years they have to have a technician come out and hook it up. A monkey could attach 3 wires. Now we are without tv and internet until they get here. Their service is mediocre at best, their equipment is sub par and has to be rebooted monthly to work, and they charge way too much for what they provide. I am seriously thinking of getting rid of them completely. read more

Wow! Is this the same company?? My gateway died all of a sudden today. I called customer service for the usual troubleshooting and when they weren't able to fix it, the agent pointed me to the store for a swap. I work from home and needed it ASAP. I was in and out of the store in 8 minutes and within 10 minutes of connecting it at home, was back online. The changes the company has made in customer service has made an incredible difference. I have cancelled my service with them in the past because of the horrible service I received, but I'm feeling so much better now. Thanks y'all! read more

Walked in to this very organized location to pick up a modem. You just sign in at the computer and keep an eye on the screens for your name to be called. I will never use this service again! Everyone BEWARE!! I was given false information over the phone about a so called contract they informed me about. When I finally called to let them know I was moving, they decided to over charge me and denied any knowledge of what THEIR REPRESENTATIVE told me over the phone. Seek service elsewhere because they will just lie, take your money and have rude representatives speak with you over the phone. read more

RUN. I am so fed up with Comcast service this is the only outlet I can find to give feedback to. I am stuck in a year contract with them for Wifi and will be ending the service the day the contract is up. The connection itself is fine but they signed me up knowing their online bill pay system was broken and currently STILL is 7 MONTHS later. I've had issues with them 4 months in a row with my billing and after being assured by a customer service agent that the next month was "on them" from all the issues they've caused me, I got a bill sent regardless. Have wasted around 5 hours on the phone with them over the past few months. Their agents are trained to be politically correct not helpful. Not much more frustrating than horrible customer service read more

Brian Harman is super fun to work with and very efficient! Really enjoyed my experience at the store today!

True criminals, they send ads in mail for 69 internet and TV combined plus 200 gift card and in reality it costs 149 per month, the government needs to prosecute them for fraud and put them in jail and force refund retroactive to the tens of millions of customers they have ripped off for billions of dollars! read more

I went to pick up a new modem and remote for a recent package change I had made. Alan and Julian were two of the most professional, friendliest guys I've met. Alan mentioned Xfinity mobile to me and said he could save me half of what Sprint charged me. I brought all 3 of my lines over and sure enough it was more than half of what Sprint was charging. Needless to say, I'm a very happy Xfinity customer and was treated with good ole' fashion customer service that is becoming harder and harder to find in this day and age. Go see Alan and Julian at the Esplanade store if you want some real, no fluff, straight up, honest service. read more

True to the awful service they're known for. Multiple calls and no resolution. Don't even try to use the texting or chat resolution. It takes forever and you get zero actual thinking on the other end. So frustrating to spend so much on their service and get no help when you have issues. Had internet issues for a month and was offered $5.99. Going to their locations isn't much better unless you're turning your equipment in. read more

The store is typical for most company ran stores in business today. Modern looking, clean, products on display, seating, and more. No different than if I walked into an Apple Store, AT&T Store, Sony, Microsoft, etc. There's a person greeting customers as they walk into the store. If you are there to return or replace equipment they will take the items right away and give you a receipt for the item. The pictures displayed may not reflect of the actual store inside or outside. The store I went to looked similar, but not identical. read more

This review is in regards to the location and the employees and does not reflect on Comcast Corporation as a whole. I have only gone in here once to provide proof of overdraft charges incurred because Comcast randomly charged my autopay card twice and to get a credit for my overdraft fees placed on my account. The employees were all personable, empathetic and ready to help. 1 visit solved the issue and haven't had any problems since. read more

I signed up for Xfinity Mobile service in this store Sept 28, 2018. There was an in store promo at the time for a $300 Visa gift card with a purchase of an Iphone 7 (on a placard right next to the phone). Great right? For some reason I received a $200 gift card 2-7-9. I immediately called the 1-800 number on the card to report issue and was told they would escalate to management to find my missing $100. I called the 1-800 number again on 2-19-19 and this is still not resolved. Called again on 2-22-19 and was told a supervisor would call me back to discuss. I did not receive a phone call. Called again 2-26-19 and was told $100 gift card is on it's way. Beware of the gift card promos promised from this store! Store was not able to help at all when checking on Visa gift card status prior to receiving. As you can see it took me a long time & some hassle to receive. read more

Like all internet providers nowadays they have a monopoly so they're not cheap, but I just haven't had the issues most ppl seem to be reporting. When Aloha experienced an outage, a tech was at my house same day to help. The customer service is clearly outsourced & those sales attempts are annoying (why are you still trying to sell me a cable package when I just told you I don't own a TV?) But the in -store service was great, which is what I'm rating here. If I could rate Comcast based on their business practices or ethics they wouldn't be getting quite so many stars (maybe one star, lol). But in terms of actual service provided at this local store and at my house, I have no complaints so far. Speeds are excellent and customer support does actually make every effort to help. read more

Extremely disappointed with this service. Been a customer for 15 plus years being charged for something we did NOT have. Went to the store yesterday and found this out. We were talked into upgrading the modem ( what we supposedly already had) plus 3 new cable boxes. Just go home and plug them in. Upon plugging everything in NOTHING works. Call tech support to have them tell us the signal xfinity puts out is not strong enough to support the new modem. Now we get to wait 2 days for a tech to come assess the situation. Rep at the stored offered us a free movie pass, lol that's the equivalent to $6-$7. At any rate we are selling our house soon and defiantly will not transfer this service. read more
