I come here frequently to mail out packages, especially all my Amazon returns, and the manager is always very courteous, kind and super helpful. He never complains and always has a smile on his face, even when I bring in a stack of 10 packages that all need to go back at the same time. And on the rare occasion when I need to mail something that doesn't have a prepaid return label, he is quick to help me find the least expensive way to get it to its destination in the least amount of time. The representative said that two forms of identification were required after telling us they would be with us in a minute, and when we asked questions, they snapped back by saying "I WAS TALKING TO THEM!!!" Nimesh is awesome! What a nice friendly guy! The other lady who works there on weekends is also very kind and helpful too. I use to only drop off packages that were Fed Ex and UPS. Then I realized they take USPS too. This is great since the blue box in front of Fred Meyer there isn't big enough for some of my packages, so I would before drive to the post office and now I don't need to! They are so fast too, quite different from my dreadful (as Simon Cowell would say), customer experience at the UPS store on Scholls Ferry, if you have read that review, total 180 degree difference. If you request it, they will give you a receipt showing the date and time they took the item, along with the tracking # on the label I had printed. For what I have needed, they do not make any money off of me, and yet they provide excellent service. So if I do need another service, I would gladly buy through them, I don't even care if it's more than the post office, a place I have had nothing but troubles with. I came in to get fingerprinted for a background check. Although I entered the incorrect personal information, Julie helped me find a 1800 number to correct my info. When that didn't work she helped me figure out how to reschedule, fill out my information correctly, and complete my fingerprint scans without me having to make an additional trip. I needed to get fingerprinted for the criminal background check required so I could volunteer in my granddaughter's preschool. PostNet in Tigard does these, is near me and has parking. I had an appointment today with Kelly and she was awesome. I was stressed because I thought I would be late for my appointment, but she reassured me saying she would have waited for me! My map indicated that PostNet is on the second right hand street after the Fred Meyer entrance, but that was just a driveway, so I mistakenly took 74th Ave just beyond it, which is one-way. I parked in a restaurant lot and rechecked the map. Since it was only 3 minutes on foot (same as driving), I walked there. PostNet is next to the Fred Meyer Garden Center, so if you go, and I recommend it as they are super nice, don't stress as I did or listen to your map - just drive into the entrance to Fred Meyer and turn left at the Garden Center. read more

I showed up with several large packages to ship@5:56pm (they close @6pm). The lady working was awesome! She helped me get everything packed & shipped. She NEVER made me feel rushed, and was very patient. This would usually get a 4 star review. HOWEVER - after leaving, I realized I had another package to ship. I returned at 6:09pm (after closing), and found the same outstanding employee in the parking lot about to leave. She reopened the store & got the additional package sent. Well, I used Postnet's notary service and had a great experience with that. But that's not why I am posting. After my notary service, I hadn't realized that I left my debit card at Postnet. The owner held onto the card for me and went through all of the hassle of finding me on Facebook to reunite me with my card (because he didn't have a phone number for me). Finding me on Facebook is no easy task, either. So the moral of the story is that this company went above and beyond for me, and used creative practices to problem solve. read more

I've shipped small and large (including insured value $10K) items from this shop. They package your things well, even avoiding the dreaded styrofoam peanuts if you ask them to. It's quite simply the best shipper I've used in the metro area. The nice man in charge - darn, I forget his name - is professional, friendly, knowledgable. My only complaint is that they open at 9:30 AM weekdays, which is sometimes too late to be convenient for me. But I love this place and try to use it each time i ship. read more

The Christmas season is hectic and it's spendy to ship, but not only did this place COMPLETELY overcharge per box, out of the 6 I shipped and paid over $30, half of them didn't even leave their facility on time and will not arrive on time for Christmas. This is my lesson learned, stick to the post office and wait in line. I checked prices at the actual post office, I basically paid double :( I will never return here read more
