He stared straight ahead and kept walking. I know from past experience most of the collectors at the boxes don't like to talk to the customers. The hours are slightly longer than nearby locations too which is a plus. Some downsides I've found however are that this location gets very busy especially on Friday & Saturday's so expect to wait 30+ minutes waiting in line. The cost of the PO Boxes are pretty high in my opinion too.

Yes, the person helping me and the owner explained problems with FedEx & untimely deliveries were beyond their control and to contact FE. I still expressed my discontent as this is 2 days late for a birthday gift. Customers are allowed to express discontent and I thanked the clerk for his time. There was no name calling, raised voices or threats. I just said I'm unhappy. That's it. I've been there numerous times with no unhappy interactions. Worker X has no business working with the public. She has some sort of MH issue that is not resolved and when an unhappy customer is present, she can't handle it. As I grabbed the receipt from him i looked at his name tag and thanked him saying his name. He seemed caught off guard I can't remember his name...I'm not a Karen I swear I just expect decent customer service and like to share my negative experiences...He also asked "what are you doing?" As I was taking photos of my packages to send to my customers.... They have extended hours, staying open until 6:30 in weekenights, rather than the typical 5mor 5:30pm. My only complaint is the 2nd door to enter is soooo heavy and a challenge to push open for those of us with strength and shoulder issues. They should have a handicapped button to enable easy access for those in a wheelchair, and people like me with chronic shoulder issues. There is a ramp out front for those unable to climb the set of 5 steps.

I arrived in the afternoon a week or so ago (beginning of December) to mail a Christmas card to the Netherlands. The line was HUGE, out the door. There was a single elder gentlemen (and by elder I don't mean OLD, just older than me with white-gray-brown hair, tall, with glasses, wearing a mask) helping folks. He...was...so...patient. And kind. I watched as he helped a younger man who didn't speak any English, pulling out a phone to translate for the young man. I don't know if USPS trains for this (if they do, freaking kudos to you all), but it wasn't just WHAT you were doing it was the WAY you were doing it. Obvious respect for a non-English speaker instead of the usual contempt many folks would have shown. Again the patience, when he didn't hear or understand your question you repeated it in English and again showed your phone and translated via text. I can only imagine how hard it must be to work a holiday shift with a line out the door and maintain your calm, and KIND presence with everyone you spoke to in front of me that day. So yea. Even though it was literally a 30minute wait to buy a stamp to send a single Christmas card, you restored a little bit of faith in humanity for that day. Thank you for your service. Happy holidays.

It was a soft plastic shipping package. All they had to do is put a new sticker over the existing sticker. Instead, they sold her a box for $10 and put the existing package inside of another one just so that they can charge an additional $10. They are so gross here. Then they told her it would cost $200 to mail when she asked to send it ground at the lowest possible cost. She had to completely talk them down so that she could send it for $30.
