Cedar House Media is a quality organization! From the first phone call to my final pickup, they were helpful, professional, and assisting. I had a Celebration of Life program that needed designing and printing. As unfortunate as it was to have to do, they advised on material, and some of the fine tuning design placement etc... Once printed there were a couple miscues that needed to be addressed. But they were able to get the adjustments made and reprinted for a fee. All in all a very good experience and recommend if you need professional assistance along the way! read more

In the midst of trying to start a small business, I had some trouble with a previous printing company. They failed to do the job correctly and the printing was sloppy. This caused a huge delay and I needed my prints to be done asap. While struggling to figure out what to do, I randomly found Cedar House Media and Jon helped me design and get my proofs the day I went in. The prints were done a few days later as promised. The quality was excellent, staff was very kind and the work the done very quickly. I will definitely be going back! read more

Met with Jordan Hicks, VP of Sales, today at Cedar House Media and got a tour of their location right downtown in Beaverton. Easy access with a small parking lot. You'll want to work with this team, they are awesome from small to large projects. They work closely with big babes such as Powell's and Cinetopia. read more

This place is THE BEST! The entire team is so helpful and it always feels great to go to a local shop over your run-of-the-mill chain store. The difference in experience is exponential. I was introduced to this company because my job uses them for our printed materials, so I knew exactly who to go to when I started a business of my own. They are super friendly, insanely knowledgeable, quickest responses of any business I've probably ever contacted so much (shoutout to Sheri on the emails making sure my digital files were in the correct order!) and fantastic prices to boot. Love you, Cedar House! read more

Love the team at Cedar House! They always know the right product to utilize for my print projects - especially when I can't remember product names. They are quick and have high quality and most of all they can do anything I send their way. They always go above and beyond. read more

I've had my business cards and marketing material printed by Cedar House Media for a number of years now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. They're super detail oriented, suggested options that would save me money, and had my print order done before the due date. The staff is very helpful, and knowledgeable. read more

Every team member that I interacted with here provided great service. They provided a timeline of when my project would be complete and adhered to those expectations. They provided clear instructions on next steps and answered the many questions I had regarding my order. I found their pricing to be competitive and found their understanding of the printing process far better then other companies. read more

That's so unethical . How can a business put different pricing for printing a paper since they are so busy . I usually come there to print what I need every single time But this time , one of the coworkers told me that printing a paper may cost me 15 dollars since she is so busy. Seriously !!! Busy !! No matter how many papers I need to print , you shouldn't treat your customers like that . read more

We needed business cards printed and the original company we ordered them from was out of business. Our dental clinic wanted a local company to print them & Cedar House Media did it beautifully, quickly & it was extremely affordable. read more

I've had the best experiences with working with these guys. I have to get a lot of business cards printed so that has been my main item I go to Cedar House for. I've had a few other items done there as well, most recently they did a stellar job on producing our 5th grade students' year book for Hazeldale Elementary. Everyone was very pleased with the final product and they were super great to work with. Thanks for your hard work and great attention to detail guys! read more

These guys are fantastic with amazing prices and products. They were able to turn around a business card order for me in a VERY short amount of time at a decent price. Great ideas, they work with you, and have all sorts of options. read more

I have used Cedar House Media for about 4 projects this last year and they are FANTASTIC! Carlos has amazing customer service and is really easy to work with. I would recommend them any day. read more

We've used Cedar House Media countless times to get our business cards and other marketing collateral printed, and they've always been super friendly, helpful and had great turnaround time. We even just recently had a last minute project with less than 2 day turnaround, and they totally delivered and made it possible for us to attend our tradeshow with materials in hand. Also, as the in-house designer at my company, it's always great to see the quality of their print jobs perfectly reflect our designs. They always come out great! I can't recommend them enough and will keep going back to them for our business. read more

Called for a quote on business cards and was told to email my card design. Carlos asked a few questions about what style cards I was looking for and then told me I would receive a quote within 24-48 hrs. I waited three days and emailed him back asking when I could expect to receive the estimate. He replied back at the end of the 3rd business day and said he needed to ask me additional questions and requested that I email him the card designs (which I already did immediately after calling in the first day). I suppose if I never emailed them again on the 3rd day they would have never bothered to follow up with me on my quotes. I'm a busy person and can't do business with a company I need to babysit. read more

This business is the BEST! I literally drive from Salem... They are that good at what they do, and have such great prices that it makes the drive totally worth it. I've had multiple projects done by them, and they definitely have that small business kind of EXCELLENT customer service. One time my graphic was a touch blurry, and without charging me they fixed it and made the final project perfect. Another experience happened when I really needed a project rushed, and I ended up not being able to pick it up before business hours. Someone was SO gracious and dropped it off at a local restaurant that was open late. Again, no charge, and they were so sweet about the whole situation. LOVE this place and I recommend it to everyone! Thanks Carlos and everyone else for your great customer service... It is so rare to find a business like this! read more

I am just so happy I found out about Cedarhouse. Being a graduate from the Art Institute of Portland, I was so grateful to have been referred to them as I was getting ready to print my portfolio. I couldn't believe how little the whole thing cost me, and how helpful these guys were! Amazing service and incredible printing and cutting quality! They are super fast, and they even deliver! I now work for a small boutique and we use them all the time! I wouldn't go anywhere else for all of my custom printing needs! read more

I am blown away by the professionalism and amazing customer service that I received! I was in a hurry and was annoyed by some of the mistakes and misunderstanding along the way (it was totally my bad though). And even though the mistakes were all mine, they were SO nice and fixed everything the same day and made me feel like I was a VIP. I NEVER write reviews but once I got off the phone with them, I just couldn't help but wanting to let everyone know how amazing these guys are. Cory and Carlos, thank you so much for your kindness, service and not judging my annoyed attitude at the beginning. I will be coming back to you with all my printing needs :) read more

As an owner of a construction and painting company here in Beaverton, we need tons of items printed up throughout the year. I've been working with Cory directly on all of our projects and I've been VERY impressed with the quality. The team at Cedar House Media put together our business cards, service brochures, presentation folders and flyers all with exceptional quality. We did come across an issue with the business cards not being sized correctly, but it was fixed and they redesigned them free of charge. I'd recommend Cedar House Media to anyone looking for professional printing to sharpen the image of their brand. We also advertise with them through the Beaverton Resource Guide as well. read more

Amazing service! I placed an urgent rush order late in the evening and Carlos called me at 7am the next day to let me know he'd prioritized my order. For a nominal fee he also provided same day local delivery and I had my materials in hand by 11am. Cedar House saved the day for me and this will now be my go-to print shop for future projects. Thanks so much! read more

These guys are the best! I have limited printing abilities at work, so when the stakes are high and perfection is the minimum, the guys at CHM always deliver. I have always received top-notch customer service, excellent brainstorming sessions, and my questions get answered honestly (unlike the jerks at Kinko's 2 blocks away, who act bothered when they have to do their job). Carlos is my favorite (he's the production manager) because he's unafraid of a tight deadline, and always offers alternatives that are much better than my ideas. Pricing is very competitive, and I happily pay, knowing my dollars are staying in my community. My only gripe is that they aren't open 24 hours but it's not a big deal. I tell everyone about CHM because they epitomize successful small business, and I expect them to thrive long-term. Keep it up, fellas! read more

I worked with Sarah ,one of Cedar House Media's graphic designers, on a post card project recently. What a pleasant experience! With Sarah's expertise I was very pleased with the design. Sarah took my notes and created a great card in a very short period of time. When I received the invoice I was again pleasantly surprised on how affordable it was. I will definitely be using them again! read more

I've been using Cedar House Media for the past several months and I have been 111% satisfied with the service each time. I've used Cedar House Media several times recently for small, personal jobs. From the owner through several employees, they've been helpful, friendly, and courteous. More importantly, they are attentive to detail, focused on timely and quality results, and worth the costs (which seem reasonable). They've also been patient and innovative, suggesting better ways to do the work than I could have come up with by myself. I haven't used them for big, business projects, but I can only imagine that they'd exceed my experience for a major client. Give them a call. Or drop by. I think you'll be impressed too. read more

I attempted to get a biz card order from CHM. I emailed them my request & logo. One day later I didnt get a response. I waited another day. So I called & spoke to the receptionist(?). I mentioned I emailed my graphics and request for an order. I was told someone would call me shortly. 10 days later... Still no response. I would look elsewhere for printing in the Beaverton area. read more

I don't remember how I was lucky enough to find Cedar House Media. But, it was great luck! Their design work has been TOP NOTCH. What I ask for, they deliver, first try. Great listening skills. My company's primary sales tool are the pictures on our website and in our printed catalog, so when we needed a printer we took our search very seriously. I am so glad I was introduced to Cedar House! Their service is great and their work is second to none. They made great recommendations for our catalog, they got all the details right, and they were on time and on budget. Since our initial run I have had Cedar House print business cards and other catalogs, and each time they have delivered consistently high quality...by far the best printer I've worked with in Portland. read more
