Cedar House Media is a quality organization! From the first phone call to my final pickup, they were helpful, professional, and assisting. I had a Celebration of Life program that needed designing and printing. As unfortunate as it was to have to do, they advised on material, and some of the fine tuning design placement etc... Once printed there were a couple miscues that needed to be addressed. But they were able to get the adjustments made and reprinted for a fee. In the midst of trying to start a small business, I had some trouble with a previous printing company. They failed to do the job correctly and the printing was sloppy. This business is the BEST! I literally drive from Salem... They are that good at what they do, and have such great prices that it makes the drive totally worth it. I've had multiple projects done by them, and they definitely have that small business kind of EXCELLENT customer service. One time my graphic was a touch blurry, and without charging me they fixed it and made the final project perfect. Another experience happened when I really needed a project rushed, and I ended up not being able to pick it up before business hours. Someone was SO gracious and dropped it off at a local restaurant that was open late. Again, no charge, and they were so sweet about the whole situation. Called for a quote on business cards and was told to email my card design. Carlos asked a few questions about what style cards I was looking for and then told me I would receive a quote within 24-48 hrs. I waited three days and emailed him back asking when I could expect to receive the estimate. He replied back at the end of the 3rd business day and said he needed to ask me additional questions and requested that I email him the card designs (which I already did immediately after calling in the first day). I suppose if I never emailed them again on the 3rd day they would have never bothered to follow up with me on my quotes. I'm a busy person and can't do business with a company I need to babysit. read more

These guys are the best! I have limited printing abilities at work, so when the stakes are high and perfection is the minimum, the guys at CHM always deliver. I have always received top-notch customer service, excellent brainstorming sessions, and my questions get answered honestly (unlike the jerks at Kinko's 2 blocks away, who act bothered when they have to do their job). Carlos is my favorite (he's the production manager) because he's unafraid of a tight deadline, and always offers alternatives that are much better than my ideas. Pricing is very competitive, and I happily pay, knowing my dollars are staying in my community. My only gripe is that they aren't open 24 hours but it's not a big deal.
