Diana seemed to be working on a project but was quick to spot me waiting and came from behind the counter to greet me. She identified my needs right away and recommended options that fit my expectations. In no time at all, I walked out with exactly with what I wanted! Thank you Diana for your hard work and dedication!!! I frequent this location and after Today's visit I have utilized all services offered. No matter if I have been shipping or printing I have always been greeted with a helpful smile! I also received support while utlizing self-service options. If I do have a issue arise, I receive multiple solutions to choose from. Kevin is also so helpful and I have noticed him buzzing around the store on multiple occasions assisting customers in all areas. I really appreciate his work ethic and customer service skills. If stopping by my local FedEx Office is on my to-do list I always stop here first. Not only will I get what I needed completed quickly, I will leave with a smile on my face and ready to pass it on during my next task. Thank you everyone for all your help over the three years that I have lived here. Your consistency has not gone unnoticed! Always my first choice for printing and shipping!

    Has this location been sold recently? All new people that are both rude and disorganized…read more Update: UPS store replied to this review and asked me to email them. Hilarious. I've seen who I presume is the new owner getting angry with two customers: telling them they are wrong, telling them their business isn't welcome, telling them they weren't responsible for lost packages. And you expect me to email you? To what end? So you can drop me as a customer too? Get out. Sell the company to somebody else. You've already burned so many bridges just days after taking over.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!…read more I had been a happy customer of this store for years under the previous ownership, which is why I prepaid for an entire year of service. Unfortunately everything changed the moment the new owner, Ashwan, took over. On his very first day as owner, a package worth nearly $1,000 went missing. While I was obviously upset, I stayed calm and understood mistakes can happen. What shocked me was his response. He straight up told me it was "not his responsibility or problem" because he had just taken ownership of the store. A few days later, after seeing other reviews mentioning packages going missing under the new ownership, I realized I still had more valuable packages there and rushed over after work to pick them up. I arrived exactly at 6:00 PM and instead of showing even basic courtesy or professionalism, he refused to let me grab my packages because the store was "closed." Considering they had already lost a major package of mine, any decent owner would've taken 30 seconds to open the door and help the customer protect their property. Instead he chose arrogance and disrespect. A few minutes later when he left the store, I confronted him about refusing to let me retrieve my packages and documented the interaction outside the storefront. The following day he handed me a termination letter banning me from the business and told me he would no longer speak to me regarding anything related to the store. On top of that, he refused to refund the prepaid yearly service I had already paid for. So besides being rude, incompetent, and completely unprofessional, he's apparently also a thief, keeping money for services he refuses to provide. DO NOT USE THIS STORE EVER!
