The only reason they got two stars is they are really nice; the owner especially. I started out by going in to get a quote and the owner helped me. He knew exactly what I needed, how to format and make it look awesome. When I went back to get printing started the owner was unavailable and I got a totally inexperienced kid. I had to redesign the thing myself over and over......and then they nearly didn't get done in time and I got a lot of excuses. I was really disappointed with the whole experience. I wish I could have given this place 5 stars, after mulling over what local company to support I went with No Limits because of their raving reviews and initial optimism on turn around time (2 days). It took 12 days to receive a final proof. This happened because of a lack of communication, I had provided them with multiple ways to get a hold of me (email and phone) at both my place of work and personal. After 12 days of struggling with the design I personally made, they then offered me an alternative process that would have been easier on them, and quality wise would have turned out significantly better. Given we were offered this when they initially had issues we probably would have gone with the optional process, however as discussed in the beginning of the transaction we only had a certain amount of time to wait for this product. Eventually we had received our final proof, which included an inaccurate phone snapshot of the stickers including a dirty fingernail?? We had run out of wait time and settled on a color we were not happy with. Upon pick up (now 16 days after the initial phone call), we met with whom I am assuming was the individual on the phone helping me. We walked in, asked some friendly questions (we recognized some of their product in their showroom), he looked at us like we were an inconvenience. Upon asking him for the 2nd time for a final invoice he replied with "sure i'll print one out for you right now." He proceeded to get onto his cellphone and report back to us that he did not have the invoice on hand....WE WERE AT THEIR SHOP...how do you not have the invoice on hand AT YOUR SHOP?! We take a final look at the stickers in their dimly lit yellow toned showroom which seemed fine. Upon second glance and underneath fluorescent lighting we realized that all 1000 of our stickers have a green streak, which was not part of the design, and what seemed to be a fault with their printer. Additionally, upon request of several different invoices and emails etc, we received the same answer with no results, "Yeah I'll send that today." It took multiple phone calls and emails to receive things that are pretty business standard to give to your customers/clients. So here we are....unhappy with 3500 stickers that are 100% not what we wanted and $1000+ out. We appreciated the attempt at redemption by receiving 10% off of our order, however it doesn't make up for wasting our time and money. Would not recommend to any business. False estimations and put on the back burner with a large order....no thanks. read more

DO NOT USE THIS "BUSINESS" apparently the only limit this kid has is actually MAKING a product...nearly two weeks and nothing. I called 3 times and he didn't remember my order any one of our conversations. He initially said 2-3 days, but after nearly 2 weeks i finally called again after a business trip to have him tell me to come this afternoon. I went at said time and he didn't even remember we had talked hours ago! He then said that his printer was broken. I was sick of the lies and excuse so I asked for a refund. He then started asking me all sorts of questions about my business, asking why i needed stickers in the first place. Little did he know that if the stickers were good, I was planning on doing MANY more. He lost a client, and by the looks of these reviews, he has lost many others. I run a small business and would NEVER treat my clients this way. I am sad to say, but this is a rare case I wont support local. I felt like i was lied for an taken for a ride with my time and money. To the kid running this place - I see you respond to negative reviews - do me a favor and don't bother. You've already wasted enough of my time. read more

Great custom sticker shop. Neat bunch of guys run it. You can find stickers made by artists (some are not from the store, but quite a few are special designs) and have your sticker banners made here. Saw some amazing ones being prepared for pick up. They give the impression that they are really good at what they do. Their bumper stickers are worth the stop. They sell unique ones and many are "dope". Again, the nicest bunch of artists. They will be your BFFs in no time, cause thay are so friendly. Just a casual purchase, not an important business order. Stopped in to pick up some stickers. I put them on my bag as I travel. I was able to score a heart Oregon, a heart Washington, a Washington happy camper, and a west coast best coast. It was pretty sweet. Reasonable prices. Girl at the counter was super friendly. Worst service ever- A lot of friends suggested that I use this company for a small run of stickers. Sent a jpg of the image and promptly paid. They told me it would be 2 weeks. I heard nothing. After waiting for 4, I called back and was told nothing was done because I didn't make a payment. I told them I did. Then they told me they didn't have the image- I reminded them that I sent the image and they approved it. They offered a refund. They just didn't do it. If your cool with someone just not doing a job you paid them to do- This place is PERFECT!! read more

Yeah these guys still haven't gotten their acts together. They're really nice, but they're also unfortunately disorganized and unprofessional. I love supporting local, but you're better off shopping online for sticker needs than using these guys. They're regularly not open during their posted hours and completely lost my order (after I paid for it). Wish it was a fluke, but it looks consistent with other reviews. Come on, guys. read more

Incredibly unprofessional. I emailed them with questions about a possible sticker order using the contact info on their website. No answer. I called the following week to see if they'd gotten my email. They hadn't because the contact info on their website is wrong ("I guess we should change that," they said). After I resent the email, they said they could work with my order, but failed to answer some of the questions I had originally emailed them about. I followed up with another email. No answer. I wrote back days later to ask if they had received my email. They sent a short reply asking me to clarify something. I answered their question hoping to move forward with the order. Again no answer.
