I reached out for a quote and was assigned to Taylor, I gave a rough drawing of the design and we began to talk about mask quality and how I could create a great product. I requested a quote and they replied in less than 24 hours and they could not fill my order because they have a minimum. sad :( HOWEVER, not only did they give me additional information about pricing and what they need from me, and what i will get from them. They also gave me several other options and recommendations to other companies in the community that could fill my order. Thats what i am talking about! A company that is based off community and even if they cant do it, instead of just "nope, cant do that" they give options and recommendations. Mixed reviews here. First, the product looks good. Shirts turned out nicely, and the product was well packaged and clearly marked. However, the experience left something to be desired. I was a walk-in, and left my contact card with my sales rep. He didn't call or email me with the quote I had requested, and I had to reach out to him a week later. After this, he was relatively responsive. However, the product arrived 10 days after promised delivery date, without a warning from my sales rep. It wasn't terrible, but in the future, I'd probably try elsewhere for my t-shirt needs. read more

I needed some shirts, fast. Team Yelp was only a week away from walking in the Race for the Cure, and a series of interesting events transpired causing me to seriously lag in ordering these sweet team shirts that I had made for the race. While I wanted to have some tiny little one-mad operation hand-make some shirts for me, a short deadline dictated otherwise. OSI to the rescue. OSI offers digital shirt printing, heat transfer and screen printing on a variety of items. From shirts to hats to mugs to water bottles to whatever promotional materials you can think of, OSI can make it for you. What I needed was a small number of shirts made in a weeks' time. For various reasons, I wanted to do some digital printing (mostly price and deadline), but the design I had wasn't able to be printed (they can't digital print white), so screen printing was the only option. And OSI did a great job. I paid a bit of a premium for screen printing such a small run of shirts (for small runs, you're way better off with digital), but the shirts came out perfect, and were quite the hit at the RFTC. The customer service and communication involved in the set up and execution of the order was great. And I was delivered what I was promised. You can't ask for much more than that. read more

Don't order from this place unless you can personally go in and review your order. They screwed mine all up. I was ordering shirts from OSI. I sent in my design and the font style that I wanted from the sight they sent me to. I needed them to mail it to me at a hotel in another town. 1. They did not use the font I requested, so the t-shirts looked boring. 2. They used the wrong logo on part of the shirt, even though I had sent the correct one to them. 3. They horribly misspelled my name on the shipping, so it took me over two hours to find my package at the hotel. read more

We came to this printer as a local apparel company looking to build a long term relationship. Their customer service rep was very nice and their pricing was good. Unfortunately they made mistakes on every order we placed with them. Probably 10 over the course of a year and in total over 1,000 pieces. The mistakes that were made were amateur and almost 100% the press department's fault. For example: glue on the back of the shirt collars, wrong ink used, wrong sizing on printed labels, printed our supplied extras for no reason, messed up reprints, every order LATE, not enough passes of ink over shirts = thin art work, mistakes printed on all of our shirts before scheduled press proof. We contacted the customer service rep after every one of these mistakes and the best we were compensated for any of these mistakes was a 15% discount amounting to less than $50! We sat down and had meetings with them to go over the mistakes, explained how this couldn't happen again and even met the press department manager on multiple occasions to explain exactly what we wanted. They still messed up. I have never seen such carelessness in a press department. This guy would literally use plastisol ink on a reorder of shirts that has discharge ink used and the order acknowledgments are given to him where it says DISCHARGE INK!! It was unbelievable and they did nothing to make up for it. From this description you probably think we're talking about complex shirts, but all we ran with them was 1 color front, 1 color back, removed and printed neck labels on our supplied shirts from big well known brands.... After we contacted the manager and explained what was going on they assigned us to a new customer service rep even though we explained the rep was great and the mistakes were being made by the press department. The quality of printing they produced put our companies name on the line and they gave us nothing to make up for it or make us feel like they cared about their mistakes. If you've never worked with a printer before or printed shirts, go with them, you'll be happy. If you know what you want and need it to look good on shirt 1-100 not just OK stay the hell away from them. Even when we placed limited orders of 6 shirts they would mess it up. Last example of how bad it got: We would order more extras for their press guy and he still use all the extras and not get the color right on the rest of the shirts. I have used OSI for printing gear for my ultimate frisbee team three times now, and I have had pretty flawless experiences with them. The staff here took the necessary time to get my admittedly complicated order right, and then handled the actual printing very quickly. I, too, had some problems with OSI, but to be fair, I'll have to say I haven't run into the problems mentioned in other reviews. The customer service in my agency's case has been very good. My logo is placed on shirts of several colors, mostly using black lettering. When I got my dark blue shirts, which was to have had white lettering, it was also black. OSI bought new shirts and replaced that part of the order without hesitation. The product has been very acceptable. read more
