When I walked into the store I was greeted right away by an employee who was at the front of the store. She asked what had brought me into the store, and I informed her I needed some resumes printed on some snazzy paper and a folder to schlep them around in. She pointed me to the fixture which contained the folders and led me to an area off to the side so I could select the paper I wanted for my resumes. We laughed over the idea of choosing a blinding fuchsia color for my resume. Unfortunately, most hiring managers are not fun enough to see the joy in this, so I went with some semi-typical greenish-oatmeal whatever color. She quickly grabbed my paper selection and met me over near the printers. Even though the machines were meant to be self-service, and I'm sure I would have been able to figure the process out; she helped me through the whole process. I'm sure this saved me a bit of time. I don't often find myself needing many of the services that this FedEx Print & Ship center offers, but when the need arises, I'll definitely head back to this location.

I came in and saw the printers and made a B line for them. The printing did take forever. You have to send the document to their printer by using a special code that they will email you. And there's a note there that says it takes 5-10 mins for you to receive it. It took all 10 minutes and then some for me to get mine. Which was frustrating because I thought it would be a quick trip. I then had to print, sign, and scan it back to me. Which didn't take a long time but still another small wait. Nobody came and checked on me which is fine but if you like that type of service you may have to go and tap them in the shoulder. It didn't cost much although it did feel a little higher than I remembered. It was about 75 cents or so to print in color and another 70 ish cents to scan it back to myself. Big location. All your shipping needs and more. 10ish spots in their lot. The area has some people experiencing homelessness.

So I decided to look around for another company and found Parklife. Travis immediately answered the phone each and every time I called. He was a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. When the cards arrived and I compared them to my prior cards the quality was sooo much better!!! I'm super impressed! Thanks Travis!!!

I received the completed invitations, and they were SO gorgeous I could cry! My husband loved them too. Travis, you have no idea what a relief it was to be able to settle on a design so quickly, as I had agonized over so many choices with other printing services who were either slow to respond or just unhelpful by not addressing my questions with the same attention and swiftness that you had. You were responsive, quick to help, and very friendly to work with -- more importantly, you were flexible in working with my budget even though I was ordering fewer than 50 invitations. Most other services require a higher minimum. There's an abundance of other lovely designs, but I just wanted to move away from modern or rustic as there's a sea of those out there that just seem all too familiar. The more you look at them, the more they feel like a Monet - not as interesting once your eyes have settled on them. I wanted to give classic design a touch of the unexpected, and my invitation just takes the cake for achieving just that. The more I look at it, the more I love it. Many of my guests complimented on how beautiful the invitation was. I am so happy that letterpress (and considerate service) is still very much alive!

It was nearly impossible to find anyone that could show you a sample of basic cream paper or paper texture or weights. They all had scraps of this and that. One guy would not even get up from his chair to help me at the desk. When I walked into Paperjam Press, a half hour from where I live. It was like I arrived. Cute store, actual samples to choose from. Highly organized. Friendly. Moderate prices. Delivered everything they said they would do. Answered the phone! Answered every email. Outstanding in every single way. I would never go anywhere else and I can say more professional than any other printer I visited in person. They even put my small order in this tidy box. This is where you need to go for the best service and total satisfaction of the finished product and outstanding customer service.

Located on a cute section of Fremont, there are only two parking spots out front with additional free street parking nearby. Though it's a small shop, visibility to the customer area in the front isn't great, so sometimes when they're busy they don't see you right away and you have to speak up. They've been quick to respond to emails, and have a decent turnaround time regularly, with the option for a ~$25 rush fee for same-day printing. Automatic notifications go out when your order is ready for pickup. Quality has been good on the color flyers and postcards I've had printed, and I'll be looking to do a few poster boards soon so I'm hopeful those will turn out great.
