I came in to talk with someone about a project. Never got past the unhelpful, rude man at the desk. So not a review on the business.

The flyers were printed and delivered to us by 2 pm, THE SAME DAY. The pricing was great, the product turned out perfectly, and the service was so far above and beyond that was literally left speechless. While I know this turnaround isn't typical, it edifies everything that I've heard about Stevens IS. If you need ANYTHING printed, talk with Stevens. They will absolutely take care of you.

They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I would rate the end result with a single star. but I gave them two instead. I'm sorry to post this negative review. I'm glad to know that there are many five star reviews.

I have been into this FedEx Print & Ship center a few times and I have always received great…read moreservice here. Today's visit was no exception. When I walked into the store I was greeted right away by an employee who was at the front of the store. She asked what had brought me into the store, and I informed her I needed some resumes printed on some snazzy paper and a folder to schlep them around in. She pointed me to the fixture which contained the folders and led me to an area off to the side so I could select the paper I wanted for my resumes. We laughed over the idea of choosing a blinding fuchsia color for my resume. Unfortunately, most hiring managers are not fun enough to see the joy in this, so I went with some semi-typical greenish-oatmeal whatever color. She quickly grabbed my paper selection and met me over near the printers. Even though the machines were meant to be self-service, and I'm sure I would have been able to figure the process out; she helped me through the whole process. I'm sure this saved me a bit of time. I don't often find myself needing many of the services that this FedEx Print & Ship center offers, but when the need arises, I'll definitely head back to this location.

I came in and saw the printers and made a B line for them. The printing did take forever. You have to send the document to their printer by using a special code that they will email you. And there's a note there that says it takes 5-10 mins for you to receive it. It took all 10 minutes and then some for me to get mine. Which was frustrating because I thought it would be a quick trip. I then had to print, sign, and scan it back to me. Which didn't take a long time but still another small wait. Nobody came and checked on me which is fine but if you like that type of service you may have to go and tap them in the shoulder. It didn't cost much although it did feel a little higher than I remembered. It was about 75 cents or so to print in color and another 70 ish cents to scan it back to myself. Big location. All your shipping needs and more. 10ish spots in their lot. The area has some people experiencing homelessness.

It's a bit like a coffeeshop filled with cute and/or interesting, socially awkward people of all walks of life where you don't have to buy coffee to hang out. It's definitely worth a visit if you're trying to publish something or you just want to be surrounded by creative work.
