I receive lots of packages and I don't always have the ability to pick them up right away. The store receives and stores my packages well. Under this new ownership, they have not ever lost any of my packages. The employees are friendly and helpful. They always remain pleasant and professional, even when I hand them a stack of slips for 14 packages. Malachi is the manager and he is exceptional. He knows me by name and sight, and his memory is great. Sometimes when I'm picking up packages, he will remember that another package just came in for me and will grab it instead of making me come back. At one point, he or another employee would gather my packages and have them waiting for me. The price of the mailbox is more than fair for what I get. Prices for other items trend on the higher side, but it's the price you pay for convenience. I've shipped packages here and the prices weren't much different than USPS. The lines at this store can be long at times, but the employees do their best to move through the lines quickly.

I came in and saw the printers and made a B line for them. The printing did take forever. You have to send the document to their printer by using a special code that they will email you. And there's a note there that says it takes 5-10 mins for you to receive it. It took all 10 minutes and then some for me to get mine. Which was frustrating because I thought it would be a quick trip. I then had to print, sign, and scan it back to me. Which didn't take a long time but still another small wait. Nobody came and checked on me which is fine but if you like that type of service you may have to go and tap them in the shoulder. It didn't cost much although it did feel a little higher than I remembered. It was about 75 cents or so to print in color and another 70 ish cents to scan it back to myself. Big location. All your shipping needs and more. 10ish spots in their lot. The area has some people experiencing homelessness.

Travis, you have no idea what a relief it was to be able to settle on a design so quickly, as I had agonized over so many choices with other printing services who were either slow to respond or just unhelpful by not addressing my questions with the same attention and swiftness that you had. You were responsive, quick to help, and very friendly to work with -- more importantly, you were flexible in working with my budget even though I was ordering fewer than 50 invitations. Most other services require a higher minimum. There's an abundance of other lovely designs, but I just wanted to move away from modern or rustic as there's a sea of those out there that just seem all too familiar. The more you look at them, the more they feel like a Monet - not as interesting once your eyes have settled on them. I wanted to give classic design a touch of the unexpected, and my invitation just takes the cake for achieving just that. The more I look at it, the more I love it. Located on a cute section of Fremont, there are only two parking spots out front with additional free street parking nearby. Though it's a small shop, visibility to the customer area in the front isn't great, so sometimes when they're busy they don't see you right away and you have to speak up. They've been quick to respond to emails, and have a decent turnaround time regularly, with the option for a ~$25 rush fee for same-day printing. Automatic notifications go out when your order is ready for pickup. Quality has been good on the color flyers and postcards I've had printed, and I'll be looking to do a few poster boards soon so I'm hopeful those will turn out great.
