I'm very happy with the printing job they did. The home sold in record time to the large flyer in front of the home. My clients are very very happy with how quickly the home was able to sell due to the signage out front. A++ read more

Portland has some great printing options. This is not one of them. Here's the email I sent their customer service person: "Thank you for the response. I did indeed approve the card, which I should not have - I was looking at my own info, incorrectly assuming that a company which professes to be a leader in design and marketing would make a postcard with a professional look and up-to-date information. Sadly, I was incorrect. You can be sure I won't be making that mistake again with your company" I wish I could upload a picture of the postcard. Everything received had smudged, which they blamed on the post office, and the postcard itself has outdate information (by THREE YEARS!) and two or three different fonts. I wish I had looked more closely, although their website is almost impossible to navigate. Never again. Save your energy and your money and take your business elsewhere. read more

Bear Printing - See review dated 4.30.15. - Printing Services Near Me - Milwaukie, Oregon

QUALITY WAS HORRIBLE on our last postcard with them. So terribly embarrassed this went out to our clients. Bear changed our artwork AFTER we approved it, for their stamp - we were very specific to check with us if changes needed. Turnaround time to California was 10 days for first class mail (on a couple of mailings) - that's useless in Real Estate. Find someone local who does not make you look bad! read more

I have been receiving unsolicited mailings from realtor (not to mention phone calls, texts and emails) so I try to contact them and ask to be removed from their mailing. One realtor, Ross Seligman, told me they can't stop the mailings because their printer controls it. Their printer, Bear Printing & The Postman, told me basically to pound sand and that if I don't want mail like this that I should stop all mail to my house. Yeah, no. I don't understand how in 2021 that you cannot request that a business stop mailing garbage to my home. read more

Don't do it. The price is right, but you're absolutely getting what you pay for from these people. It took three weeks, and phone calls to four different people who all had conflicting stories to get a refund for something that they screwed up. They will talk over you, interrupt you, condescend to you, and flat out lie to you about your order. You'll also have the same conversation again and again, because no one will make a note of why you called. I haven't figured out if it's malicious, or just an abject lack of competence. This is why they charge you up front, before they even see your order. I think their business plan hinges on hoping people will just go away and let them keep the cash. Any time you start to ask a question that consists of more than five words? You get put on hold. With horrific music. It's probably one of my least favorite forms of torture, right after caning but ahead of having my fingernails pulled out. I guess the printing turned out OK? So if you feel like doing all the extra work and phone calls and follow up, by all means, hire them. Otherwise look anywhere else for your printing needs. read more

Always easy to navigate the site and create my Perma Flyers, I'm always heads above the competition and my sellers are really impressed. I'm glad I didn't let one bad experience cheat me out of the benefits I've enjoyed by using Bear Printing for my listing materials read more

Bear Printing - Printing Services Near Me - Milwaukie, Oregon

I have been using this printing company for years for my real estate business. They have always been great and have gotten better every year. Just this morning I ordered flyers and a flyer board for a listing and they're already ready to be picked up! Thanks again for your services. read more

3 days of emailing and calling back and forth with limited information relayed to me about what I do to get my post cards printed properly and finally I get to them in person and Im told theres nothing I can do before this weekend. As they arent open. Now Im left with nothing to be able to door knock as a brand new agent trying to procure business and sell my property. No brainer to not come back. Had I just sent my design to Vista Print Id at least have something to show for it for half the cost. This is how small businesses die. With terrible customer service. read more

What a wonderful find! Called a friend who is a real estate agent and asked if she had used Bear Printing. She highly recommended the company. I decided to try them (we are not in real estate) because of her comments, and our company is very happy with the results!! Sofia is a treasure. I received an email because a PDF I sent had some blurry images. Pages was used for the design. Sofia was patient, and had suggestions. Beautiful quality -- previously paid Office Depot three times the amount of Bear Printing. Bear Printing earned our business, and we look forward to sending our printing needs to them from now on. read more

Janelle helped walk me through designing and updating my Real Estate signs and was friendly, knowledgeable, speedy and helpful! Wonderful service! Highly recommend! read more

Taking my two star down to a one. Not sure why it's so difficult for them to understand the concept of quality customer service, but it's apparently a bit too difficult for them to wrap their heads around. Robyn has to be the absolute worst! I cringe when I get replies from her - that's when they finally come - if at all. I typically have to follow up two or three times before one of them finally figures out they've dropped the ball again. I will NEVER recommend anyone to use Bear Printing! HUGE waste of time and energy trying to deal with them. read more

Despite past troubles, the really cheap prices made me give it another try.HORRIBLE IDEA! I sent the order with details and files TWO WEEKS and even with 12 emails and 3 phone calls I wasn't able to receive the assistance to get the job done. Three business days would pass before getting a response! It took emailing another local printing company once and one phone call to get it all taken care of. It was a simple color issue. Bottom line is Bear Printing is CHEAP for a reason, never agin will I ever make the mistake of taking my business to them. read more

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Bear Printing, especially Bill and Robyn. As a fellow small business owner I am a sucker for outstanding customer service and you will get it at Bear Printing. You will also get quality work for a reasonable price that will not hurt your bottom line. Bear Printing also gives back to the community and Bill is a great example of what a business owner should be. My husband coaches a local high school soccer team with very limited funding. They did a fundraiser this year but needed quality flyers. We went to Bear Printing knowing we would get quality and a great price, when I showed up to pay, Bill Good Luck with the fundraiser and refused to take any money. I will bring my continued business to Bear Printing not only for the customer service but their continued commitment to the local community. read more

Flyers, business cards, marketing materials, I've purchased it all from Bear. Bill and Robyn are as good as it gets. The quality of materials is top notch and more importantly, the service is exceptional! read more

We use Bear Printing for all our real estate related printing. From business cards to eco flyers and everything else in between. The service has always been outstanding. The staff is extremely helpful and they bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of. read more

Great local print shop! Even their recycled prints look incredibly nice and their prices are fair. I've used them for business marketing, partner marketing, and even thank you cards! When I order 40+ they usually send me a few extras for free. Highly recommended! read more

This place has supported me and my clients across the United States. They are patient and professional. I recommend them if they fit your business model. read more

Friendly, fast service. I did not like the paper material used for a trifold brochure and it was their recommendation. That was my biggest disappointment. Was the same material you would print a photo on. Did not look good. read more

I discovered this business while visiting a relative in Hayden, Idaho in July 2016. I was strolling through a gated community and noticed a wonderful sign post with a weather proof property information board for a home being sold. I was so impressed with this novel idea. No concern about an empty flyer box with this professionally printed board screwed to the sign post. Once home, I contacted Bear Printing and received wonderful training and customer service from "Janelle." Their website is easy to navigate and the finished product epitomizes the high quality that we are known for in our real estate business. I have ordered Bear Printing products dozens of times since my original order and have never had an issue. They ship promptly to our office in California and their prices are good. I really appreciate this business and recommend them for professional printing service. Jeannie Malik read more

I, on the other hand, have had great service. I am used to double checking on orders, especially when there is a rush situation, because that's the time when things will go sideways. Bear has done an excellent job of completing my projects on tme and they do beautiful work. read more

Bear Printing has moved from International Way in Milwaukie to River Road!! Beware, they assume you know this! Don't be like me and show up at the usual spot ready to pick up prints on a deadline only to be fooled. I couldn't make it to the new spot by 5pm, 10 minutes too late and they wouldn't even put it outside for me. read more

Terrible customer service from Allen at Bear Printing. I'm an agent based out of WA. I have never had an experience where a company claiming to be a leader in marketing, would not review a product before printing 100 copies of it. Bear Printing promises next day delivery, for an extra charge. Well today they printed 100 door hangers with today's date, knowing they are actually not able to ship them until 3 days later, without calling me with their concern to let me know I won't get these in time for my event. Allen was completely unhelpful. Acknowledged the mistake, but offered NO solution, monetary or otherwise. This is not how a business or company should operate. If I make a mistake, whether my client is warned in fine print that it could possibly happen, I work to correct it. This is just asinine that he accepted offering a crap job. Yes we are a printing company but no we don't do quality assurance. What?! When I make a mistake, I make darn sure to correct it in order for my business to run with referrals and word of mouth reviews. I don't simply tell my client essentially that they are sh*& out of luck, and that I will be keeping their money, knowing they are extremely unhappy, left without any product when they need it. This has affected my business and my listing. Unsatisfied doesn't even cover it. read more

Bear's pricing I give five stars! Their service, follow through and ability to have a hair of common sense I give one star. Countless problems and issues with Bear Printing. The most recent being the for sale flyers I ordered not being delivered to the flyer box on time for the first open house. Keep in mind I confirmed the delivery date twice knowing they tend to drop the ball. After Bear offered to issue a refund, that I have not received, I was somewhat pleased...until days later I found out there were still no flyers in the flyer box. I called Bear right away only to find out they ASSUMED I didn't want the flyers AT ALL and recycled them. How on earth would that make sense in any real estate market, to leave a flyer box empty, with no flyers to capture leads with??? Unreal. I was however told I could reorder the same flyers at the same cost as before. Real helpful. read more

Bear printing ... poor customer service. Be aware that what they offer on their website is just NOT delivered. I placed an order online Thursday evening after conferring with the staff that my print job would be ready the next day. I rec'd an email that the order was rec'd on Thurs eve. At 430pm I called asking if the order was ready...left a message since noon e was answering. They called back...NOT ready..perhaps on Monday. When Jennifer, Manager, called she said that was regular operating procedure and nothing she could do. Please BEWARE that they do not deliver as promised om the website or via phone. If you want customer service...go elsewhere. read more

I ordered 2 holiday cards printed from Bear. While downloading onto their website required more expertise than I had, their service was excellent. The woman on the phone was helpful and patient. The cards came quickly and were even better than I expected. The quality of the stock and the printing were great. I'm very happy with the company and plan to work with them again. read more
