I went back home and checked my purchases, they definitely could be returned at this UPS store. I returned, and a different person (young woman, about 20 years old, dark bob haircut) waited on me. She refused to walk over there to recycle it. I asked her why, she just shrugged and rolled her eyes. I took my papers home to recycle myself.

I asked Impressions In Ink to print up some artwork. I wanted to use a local company. It was a rush…read morejob and I required a certain size and they accommodated me politely and professionally. They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I would rate the end result with a single star. but I gave them two instead. I'm sorry to post this negative review. I'm glad to know that there are many five star reviews.
