Was asking the employee (Joseph) for help, and they were very rude and unhelpful. Eventually, I was met with another employee that offered to help me. Looking at other reviews, this is DEFINITELY to be expected at this location. Worth the drive to the Woodstock location for sure. Only thing worth mentioning is the parking lot in the back.

They offer an array of services, and have shipping materials, cards, and so much more available for purchase. I dread visiting the post office, so if a quick stop here gets the job done... why not? I love supporting local businesses, especially when most folks are so pleasant to work with. This office is located in the heart of the Hawthorne business district, so it was a pleasant surprise to get local lunch recommendations from the person managing the front desk. It's this type of exchange that will always convince me to shop small, and to support locally-owned businesses.

But there's a sign on the door stating "We cannot scan a QR code for a return. But we do print mailing labels." I went in, confirmed that info, and found the mailing label. I emailed it to the clerk, who printed it and attached it to the package. The only catch was, they charge $1.50 for the label printing. I paid it, with a smile. But if you don't want to pay $1.50 for a "free return," you might either print the label at home or at the library, or go to a different FedEx location that can scan QR codes. Other than that little surprise, the service was fine, the store is cute and in a cool location, and there are bike racks out front.

They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication.
