Was asking the employee (Joseph) for help, and they were very rude and unhelpful. Eventually, I was met with another employee that offered to help me. Looking at other reviews, this is DEFINITELY to be expected at this location. Worth the drive to the Woodstock location for sure. Only thing worth mentioning is the parking lot in the back.

They offer an array of services, and have shipping materials, cards, and so much more available for purchase. I dread visiting the post office, so if a quick stop here gets the job done... why not? I love supporting local businesses, especially when most folks are so pleasant to work with. This office is located in the heart of the Hawthorne business district, so it was a pleasant surprise to get local lunch recommendations from the person managing the front desk. It's this type of exchange that will always convince me to shop small, and to support locally-owned businesses.

I went back home and checked my purchases, they definitely could be returned at this UPS store. I returned, and a different person (young woman, about 20 years old, dark bob haircut) waited on me. They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I would rate the end result with a single star. but I gave them two instead. I'm sorry to post this negative review. I'm glad to know that there are many five star reviews.
