This is my third complaint about the bald black delivery man. He continues to throw packages against the screen door. My package today was clearly marked FRAGILE. What does it take to get this guy off this route??? I am not racist, I don't know how else to let you know about this driver. I wish you would listen to what I have to continue to say. The only reason I gave this establishment a star was because I was required to. I rented a box in 2019 only because I had to leave my PO BOX and have a mailing address for the LLC I built. Adventure Nurse, LLC where I care for our most vulnerable, medically fragile community members. It was all reasonably priced until Kelly Koegh bought the establishment in 2020, I believe. He's been jacking up the rates ever since. I've had ongoing problems with lost mail, packages, checks, etc, and asked him to do an internal investigation of the issue. Time-sensitive items like medical supplies, checks, and personal information, along with multiple credit cards, all disappeared. The weirdo owner approached me in the parking lot, without witnesses, sent me private emails, and even showed up parked in front of the home I was renting multiple times. What a creep! Of course, I asked him to stop. The financial devastation of relocating my mailing address and replacing all my promotional materials, credit cards, bank accounts, items, etc... Has been a nightmare. You can't even put in a change of address for this location because it is privately owned by this untrustworthy person!!! I had him served for small claims court to recoup a fraction of the damage to me. He is such a rich, privileged jerk that he contested it and wants to go to trial and waste thousands upon thousands of taxpayer dollars. Be certain the owner of this place Kelly Koegh does not care about his customers or the community. He is really just a criminal! It is too bad because I adore all of his employees! read more

A customer was denied service, threatened with a fist fight... all on video... after the employee decided he didn't like the customer's content. The customer was trying to make fliers seeking info about murdered local women. And then a store lead again denied him service. I need a mailbox and was deciding between this specific place or elsewhere. Now, I will get one elsewhere. Woodstock UPS just lost all my future business. read more

Believe the negative reviews on Yelp. This branch is appalling. Find another UPS store or use a different service. On two separate occasions, I arrived during normal business hours and the place was closed, with no explanation posted on the door. The same thing happened to my wife once. And the policy of forcing people to email a pre-paid, electronic, fully-scannable, QR coded label (from eBay, for example) while standing at the counter is just inexplicable, mindless F'n corporate BS. Use a scanner for F's sake. It's 2023 - why are you using a 1990's solution? USPS knows how to do it - why can't UPS? And don't even think about trying to use Apple Pay here. I tried doing what the staff member told me to do twice and it would't work. I would drive 25 miles to a different branch rather than go back to this one. read more

Wish I could 0 stars. Hispanic looking male with curly hair was extremely rude and made a derogatory comment about an American flag pin on my hat (I served in Iraq for 6 yrs) I told him my pin was none of his business at which point he told me to get the F out. A taller white gentleman also supported him in refusing to serve me. This is unacceptable. To be told that the American flag is a terror symbol and a political statement is just absurd. To be sworn at and refused service for wearing a flag pin is really shocking to me. UPS needs to get this clown out of their establishment before he brings alot more trouble onto their company. read more

. Was denied service by employees. Not just one, but both of them. This is extremely unprofessional due to the fact he did it because he did not agree with the content of the YouTube channel. He became very hostile and wanted to fight. Man child was sent to the back to cool off from his temper tantrum, asked again and was denied service by what looked to be the manager. read more

Had to create a label have have a government endorsed document return to me and was told they were not able to do that because the store owner decided not to offer that service. Even though you can go to the UPS website and create one. Staff was completely unwilling to help. Go somewhere else. read more

Insufficient parking, along with no UPS drop box or clearly marked drop-off location either outside or within the store, make this an annoying place to drop off UPS packages. I always end up having to make eye contact with an employee and go "where do I drop these off?" -- and often there's an annoying line of customers in the way, which the store staff will tell you to wait for, as if dropping off a package were somehow enhanced by taking 20 minutes instead of 30 seconds. Guys, just tell me where to put the box and I can get out of your way. read more

Feeling ripped off. I walked in with a memory stick to print one b/w 8.5"x11" copy. At FedEx, you insert and print ..$.15. UPS doesn't have this option...you have to get an employee to print for you at a cost of $2.00!!! Print hard copy from a hard copy in the self serve machine is $.15. What gives ? Your employees are already there. I waited in line and was shocked. read more

I needed to have my son's drums packed and shipped from Portland to Michigan, as he was a student at Reed College, but now is home (due to the pandemic). Riannan was the contact person there, and was INCREDIBLY helpful. His drums JUST arrived, and they are pristine. The packing job was unbelievable - I am an EXTREMELY picky and careful packer, and I honestly couldn't have done better myself. I would recommend these folks to ANYONE who is interested in having valuable possessions professionally packed and shipped. Staff is so rude, like honestly I get that there are company policies but you can't assume customers to know all of them. Have had 2 packages lost after shipping from this location, not that it is their fault just odd it has occurred twice. And previously UPS lost another item shipped at another location. It's one thing to be direct, and another to be rude. FedEx is my preferred place after these experiences. And forget getting ahold of customer service for UPS, not going to happen. read more

Really disappointing experience here. Beware the "file opening fee" for printing files. They charge you two dollars to open each file. However, they don't tell you this over the phone. I called in to ask the cost for printing and 11 x 17 on plain paper in color. They quoted me $.90 per page. I when I arrived, I discovered that no, it was actually going to be closer to three dollars per page! Cost comparison with their competitor down the road with the purple and orange logo, $1.50 per page. Net result, almost twice as much at the UPS store. Felt like a bait and switch. My time is worth much more than six dollars for the 10 minute drive down the road, but I did so based on principle. Communication solves everything, including and especially customer loyalty. I hope management reads this and learns a lesson in gaining consumer trust. read more

I'm a bit confused because this is the address also listed on the UPS site but the only one in that part of Woodstock is closer in, down next to the Bike Gallery. Maybe they just moved....? Anyway, I used their services a few weeks back and would like to report that they are super helpful. I had four big and heavy boxes and the guy behind the counter helped me remove them from my car and carry them in. This wasn't expected but was very appreciated. And, they are open a half hour later than the one on Hawthorne, which is a plus. read more

I've been a regular customer here since I moved to Portland 7 years ago. They've provided me with good service, but yesterday they were incredibly rude to my mother. She was visiting me and had shipped a some clothes and shoes to my home to minimize her luggage. First, the box cost $10 more to ship to NM than she paid to ship it to Portland. When she protested the price, they refused to insure the contents, saying the box was damaged even though it was in near-perfect condition, requiring her to pay for new box and packing. It was as if they were making up rules on the spot to get more money out of her. Not sure if they have some shady business rule to take advantage of people like seniors or others they think they can intimidate. They are the closest shipping store to my house, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This store is amazing for printing. It's affordable, fast and they're really nice and helpful. I recently had two big print jobs going, one with them and one with a professional printer. Because I was overwhelmed I made major mistakes on both that needed corrections. The professional printer was unhappy with me and they let me know it. Terill, the printing manager for UPS was so nice and understanding. It was totally my fault and she helped me fix my project in time for the deadline and was really good at communicating what she could for sure do, what she would try to do and what was going on throughout the process. I've always gotten my printing done with them because it's so easy to email the store and swing by to pick it up, but this laat job has earned my loyalty. read more
