I went back home and checked my purchases, they definitely could be returned at this UPS store. I returned, and a different person (young woman, about 20 years old, dark bob haircut) waited on me. I asked if she could please recycle my receipt, and she said she'd just put it the trash. I asked if they recycle, she said yes, but "it's way over there", pointing to about 8 feet away. She refused to walk over there to recycle it. I asked her why, she just shrugged and rolled her eyes. I took my papers home to recycle myself.

I went to the post office Saturday May 30th 2026 to pick up my mail it was a Saturday about 4:30…read morep.m. and there was no customers in the lobby where the PO boxes are and the post office actually was closed otherwise I encountered a person a transgender woman who had strally red hair and dressed like a prostitute loitering in the in the room I said something to her and she became enraged and presented to me a ice pick but she had concealed she was very argumentative and acted crazy and cornered me in the room and was yelling and screaming obscenities and finally she backed off and told me to go to hell so I got my stuff my my mail and left I did tell somebody outside what happened I didn't see anybody go in there I called the police nobody went to do anything really actually took 2 hours to finally talk to the police officer and they didn't follow up they didn't do anything either and this is the letter I got from the post office when I complained about it. I asked if they had cameras and they told me they did not that's a government building and they don't have camera so be aware when you go into Creston station on Foster road in Portland Oregon on off times when there's no employees visible they don't have camera so anybody could rob you in that place and nobody will know. Specifically they've helped me twice with passport photos, which can be tricky and something I don't want to trifle with. They follow the requirements and I haven't had an issue with any photo being accepted. My most recent interaction with Postal Plus was shipping a package around the holidays. The US Postal Service line can always be arduous this time of the year, but for a few extra bucks more I was more than happy to have Postal Plus help me out. They offered me some options for shipping, including UPS and FedEx, and in the end found a great price that also worked with the shipping timeline I needed. The service has always been friendly and helpful too!

The staff here are very nice and helpful and it's usually empty when I stop by on my lunch break. When I recently went to send in my passport renewal, the woman at the desk was able to save me money by using a flat rate envelope over the legal mailer I brought in. She also made sure I had all the materials and everything was signed. I've been nervous about the whole renewal process and she helped give me a bit more confidence that I at least provided everything I needed.
