Bully? Intimidate? Me. He stared me down, driving side by side with me. When I slowed down to let him get ahead, he slammed on his brakes to stay beside me! Eventually he floored it and sped away (easily doing 55-60 MPH). This driver is dangerous and doesn't deserve to be on the road, representing your company!

They have shown up right on time or early to do their set-up and tear down at the end of the event. They give a wide variety of choices for colors of the draping and they go over and above to accommodate last minute requests from vendors at the event. I would recommend them to anyone looking for these types of services. I believe the show…read moreforeman was drunk (I can't prove that but he smell like hootch) and when I needed "upgrades" like standard side rails, drape etc. it came either stained or warped and hours after I ordered it. I suspect their 1972 recycled banjo drape isn't even fireproofed. The carpet was frayed and smelled like an alpaca. It was such a hassle to have to call the owners to get this crap and on top of that it was waaaaaay over priced. I ordered graphics to have hung above my booth and I didn't get it until show opening. On top of that, they did arrive, it had this "green" vegetable based ink that smudged all over the place while the inept pseudo"rigger" hung it unlevel and acted unprofessional while foot traffic passed my booth up. Also marked the frayed booth carpet with his lift and dropped a shackle that came close to hitting my head. No sand bags on the bases so when a door opened, uprights and drape fell over the place damaging some my product. These are swap meet carnies pretending to know something about trade shows. The worst I've ever had in the US. Next show I'm going with GES or Freeman again.

I cannot say enough great things about Shak and the company!  I was always one of those stubborn…read morepeople that NEVER used movers, but his company made me realize the error of my ways. Nick responded to all my questions in a timely manner.  He was polite and explained how everything would work.  We hired three people when we were moving out of our three bedroom townhouse.  They arrived on time, did a quick survey of the area and asked some basic questions so they'd know their plan of attack.  After about 2 minutes, off they went!  My husband and I boxed a lot of our stuff the day before and they strategically placed all our crap in the truck within 3 hours.  It was UNBELIEVABLE...to the point where we started feeling a bit guilty since they just worked non-stop for several hours.  They bring their own lunch and they didn't seem to want to take a break, but we insisted they stop to enjoy some pizza on us.   I HATE moving, and I hope it's awhile since I have to again.  When that day inevitably comes, I know I'll reach out to NEM.  As tech workers that have a wholeee lotta electronics...plus we had so much baby stuff....and my husband and I kind of became hoarders during the pandemic...we were pretty embarrassed with all the things we accumulated.  But these guys were professional, efficient, and just all around awesome. The whole move took around 6 hours and was very reasonably priced.   Also just to add to the picture, they moved things out of our three story townhouse to ANOTHER three story townhouse. I've heard of some horror stories about other companies, but Shak's crew was just wonderful.  Do yourself a favor and hire him.  There were no hidden and/or extra costs like you'd hear about from other companies.  They didn't charge extra for stairs, walking far, etc. Nothing was damaged.  He didn't pressure you to tip and everyone was polite, friendly, and hardworking. We ended up buying them lunch, tipping them nicely, and throwing in a bottle of champagne - we liked them that much and you should do the same when you hire them.  They were well-deserving of it.  We now recommend them to anyone that we know is moving.  Even a few days after we unpacked, we recommended them to those that were picking up free boxes from us.  5+ stars!

NEVER MENTIONED THAT AT ANYTIME DURING THE DISCUSSIONS ON YELP! "Mark" was the guy that was responding on Yelp! I was very upset but I was in a bad place now because I needed to get it done for my 92 year old dad. This morning he calls at 8:19 says they were on their way and would be about an hour and 20 minutes. That seemed ridiculous since I used their business address and it said 45 minutesMAX! After the 1:20 I called twice this morning and no answer. No professional voice mail. He finally calls me back an hour and 40 minutes after the first call and says they would have to reschedule because something happened to their truck!! I told him I wanted a refund and to cancel. I want my 100$ back. I'll find someone else. This place is a scam!!
