I headed over just after 6pm and was very confused to see their gate locked up inside and a dark building. I looked at the hours on the door saying they closed at 6pm. So I pulled up the Google hours again which were now different than they were earlier the same day. Though they were now showing them supposedly open until 7pm. It was currently 615pm. I submitted to have the hours corrected, but why am I doing this? Shouldn't the business have their correct hours listed online? I canceled the return while sitting in their parking lot so I could go over to another location and do the return as I had the items sitting next to me in the vehicle.

I came in with around 10 small USPS packages, wanted to drop them off in the bin. The employee says "no you have to drop them off here, so that UPS knows to pick them up." Go up, tell her they're not UPS but USPS. She says "Oh, you really should have just come straight here, y'know. It's $1 per package." I said, "Sorry, I didn't know. Nevermind then." I don't know how long the old system was in place for, but if you're gonna change all the rules, please make some signage or something? I have a mail box there as I travel quite a bit and find it very useful. My mail tended to pile up in my home mailbox and I'd lost some important mail. Having the box which is available 24/7 is a good way of safeguarding my mail. While I can't say they run a copy center there, it is a good place to make one or two copies of things, to ship parcels from and handle the basic home style features those of us who dont work need infrequently. The owner and workers are always helpful-I'd noticed that a weekly newspaper I receive was getting ripped and asked them to hold it out of my box instead of stuffing it in-and they were happy to do it. These guys work hard to have a pleasant place where I can send a fax, make a copy and ship packages. Thats their job-it's what they do and they do it nicely.
