This is a pretty easy in and easy out store if you need a thing! I thought I knew where the item would be and had t track someone down who knew where it was, behind the counter but it was still a pretty quick stop which I always appreciate. I also appreciate a parking lot without a lot of annoyance finding a spot or that is arranged like people actually park there. I went in with a not-well-organized Adobe document that I wanted printed as a brochure. over two visits two people helped me. They were terrific and got me what I wanted quickly and for a very fair price. I will definitely use them for more printing jobs. read more

Free COVID vaccine card lamination through July 25, 2021!! This Cedar Hills location is next to buy buy baby now. Service was not super friendly, as the employee asked her coworker,"How are all these people getting vaccinated?" Other than that, the lamination was done well, and the whole process took about 5 minutes or less. read more

My mother went in for assistance with printing documents and she was treated like crap by the woman and printing services. My mom ended up just leaving without the papers she needed because she was on the verge of tears after the disrespect she experienced. I would have came in personally but because i am out of the country this is the best i can do. For the lady at the counter at around 10:20 AM thursday May 29th, if you hate your job quit. Dont take it out on the customers, especially the elderly. Do understand that your sad miserable life is no ones fault but your own. read more

I've shopped in store and ordered online for pickup here. The store is clean, easy to find parking, and staff is friendly and helpful enough. I have bought my laser toner and printer paper and other items and they always have what I am looking for. The checkout lines are never that long either. read more

Whoever was working the print counter at 4:30pm on October 17th 2024 is terrible! I went to the Office Depot in Tualatin to get a print done behind the counter for a gift and they told me they were closing the counter early today so they wouldn't be able to do it. I called this location to make sure they were open before making the drive and the lady who answered was so rude, she raised her voice, talked over me constantly telling me I could use self service (even when I told her it was for a gift and I knew the print quality isn't very good at self service). She talked to me like I was stupid for asking if they were open saying "we're always open" and I tried explaining I'm at the other Office Depot which is closing the print counter early and she just would not stop talking over me and raising her voice. It was such a simple call and question and I have worked customer service so I was very nice so I have no idea why she had such an attitude talking down to me and insisting I could use self service. If you don't want to do your job maybe you shouldn't work there...safe to say I'm not going to be visiting this location to have to deal with her in person. read more

Went in to find in for my printer and print some pages in color, all the staff members were very helpful. I had some trouble using the self printer and the employee explained all the steps and was on stand by in case more questions arose, prices seem to be cheaper compared to other places for color prints secifically. There were wipes and hamd sanitizer next to each print station. The ink section was easy to find and organized, anotheremployee who was organizing a different section was helpful as well. Checking out was easy and clear distance from registers as one in each end is operated and markers all over the store for social distancing. The employee at the front was thorough as he even matched the price for me and gave information as I had a probem with membership. There seemed to be lines bith fr the print station and check out, all employees kept their cool and were a great help. read more

*Secret Tip Found a great deal on necessities online from here (toilet paper to be exact, randomly) Who thinks of Office Depot for such items, right?! Not speaking for hoarders! Anyways, it was less than $7 for 12 Rolls (Charmin) while most places are almost $10+ It's just a great deal. I was able to do Pick up inside or Curbside. There's a designated area for pick ups, you'll be able to see a sign as soon as you walk in. They have ONE curbside pick up parking spot. - one thing i have an issue with at this location particularly is there were no employees checking either your ID or confirmation # for the products paid for, yet they were all placed on a shelf with printed receipts. I understand, the current time we're having but it would be sad if someone came in taking things that they didn't pay for. read more

David is exactly the person you are always hoping you will get when you need to purchase. repair or set-up your computer. He knows what he is doing and goes the extra mile. As an older couple, we needed a bit more time and a more thorough explanation ... without hesitation David met and exceeded our expectations! Most people are shopping around for the best deal but they forget that customer service is what you need during your purchase and after. David makes this our "go to place" and we always make sure he is there before we arrive. read more

I went in today like around like four-ish I want to get print some thing and I got what I printed but there was a there who was trying to print a document and she wasn't able to print her document because she wasn't able to figure out how to print it she asked a male employee if she can get help and with the male employee told her was to read what's on the screen now she couldn't figure it out ( mind you English isn't her first language) and then she asked another employee and well he started helping her with how much he knows right and after that he said " from here I don't know" he walkie time somebody else to come and help her but nobody did now me who I just learned how to use this printer at this store. I decided to go help her I spent at least like half an hour helping this lady get her paper I find it ridiculous that even when she asked for help more they just ignored her and I understand due to Covid they are certain limitations but she literally asked for help a and they just turn their back in the end I turn it up helping this lady print out the paper that she needed and then left but I left with anger because the fact that an employee couldn't help somebody who's English isn't their first language literally couldn't do anything how can you hire people that don't know how to use a printer at the store. read more
