The reviews here are alarming, especially when you've got a few packages that require a direct signature that you can't be there for -- writing this review in real time to offer an updated experience that's hopefully reassuring! (fingers crossed) Pre-delivery: Noticing that a direct signature will be required, I hop on to the FedEx app requesting a hold at this location. Within 10 minutes, I notice a voicemail from this location that they're expecting a shipment, delivery date will be updated soon, and that there's a 5 day hold period before the package will get sent back to the sender. Pickup: Super smooth, friendly and so quick! If you have the FedEx app, I strongly recommend checking it for a pickup QR code. I showed my ID, signed, and within a couple of minutes was on my way -- there are even hand carts near the entrance of the store so you can easily carry multiple packages. I didn't catch your name, but thank you to the FedEx Office team member who stepped in so quickly and helped me pick up my packages in a jiffy!

After making an appointment, last…read moreFiday, 03/30/18 and telling them the brand and model of my laptop, I was told a tech. would be out Today, 04/03/18 at approx. 1:00pm. At 1:45pm, I called, and asked where the tech was, as no one had shown up yet. The woman, come to find out, the owner, never made an appointment. But would send someone right away. He finally showed up at 2:45pm. I asked if he had the equipment to fix my memory limatations and was told he isn't trusted with stock, would have to take my laptop in to the shop and it would be there about a week. Upon examination, he advised disk replacement again saying he'd have to take my laptop to the shop with a week turn around. I advised him I could not be down that long and would have to seek another repair company. He then told me it would be hard to find someone else and threatened to take care of my attitude himself, at which time I demanded he vacate the property, then calling the police about him hanging around outside my residence and threatening me. Consequently, I write this review hoping no one else utilizes this company as it's not as reputable as it used to be a few years ago, when Frank Loomis worked there. I can understand why Frank left, now. The ownwer is a complete whack-a-doodle.

Shipping can be tricky because you don't always have standard mailing sizes at home, but the team here was so awesome in helping me measure, pack, and choose a shipping option that was economical and made sense.
