I'm so impressed. This is the epitome of good American business. Such good customer service. Crazy good prices. Owner goes above and beyond in a way that is unheard of. So happy to be a patron . read more

I spoke to Griffin at the Cartridge-Network during a call-back on Feb 9, 2023 regarding toner for our brother multi function printer. After a very knowledgeable conversation about the quality and capacity types of cartridges, he stated that he had a deal for me...2 original manufacturer cartridges (TN433-BK) in damaged boxes (cosmetic only) for $68.95, I stated I would pick them up this week, Griffin said he would make a note so that others would know about the offer in the event he was not present. When I arrived at the store on February 13th with my notes, Griffin stated that he would not honor the price he quoted last week, the price would be higher but still less expensive than I could find elsewhere. If there was an honest pricing error made, he could have contacted me to let me know or at the very least apologized for the error, neither occurred. Bait and Switch comes to mind....... Be careful dealing with this store. read more

I needed a new printer for my home office, I went to Cartridge Network on the recommendation of a friend. They help me explore several alternative printers. Their knowledge and huge selection of printers in their store was impressive! and gave me the advantages and disadvantages of each model. I picked out a new printer at a very good price compared to Office Depot where I had gone to before going to Cartridge Network. Afterwards they scheduled help on installation and some training as I am not to Tek savvy! Both Brian and Griffin were very helpful. I was glad to support a locally owned store over the Big Box retailers and online sellers. I highly recommend them!! read more

This is the only place that really knows printers and cartridges. They're honest and have excellent prices. There's usually only one person working so you don't get bombarded with inexperienced salespeople, but that also means you may have to wait a few minutes for help; it's definitely worth it! I highly recommend this business. read more

I had a paper jam in my Canon printer that I was unable to fix. I stopped by Cartridge Network and Bryan basically dropped everything and fixed my printer. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend for your computer or printer needs. read more

I called for help with a printer malfunction from a printer that I bought from them. They said "It is hard for me to want to help you because you buy your ink from Amazon". He repeatedly said this despite the fact that we have bought ink from him in the past and have been a customer for 5 years+. He then went into detail that he didn't make money on printers so it is a slap in the face if I buy ink somewhere else. His technical person walked out and he doesn't know when he is coming back to work. I explained the last time I bought ink from him two of the cartridges didn't work and I was met with adversity over this as well. Unbelievably bad customer service and completely unnecessary. If you just go into the world wanting to help without looking at every conversation as a transaction not only will your customers feel better but you will be more successful. read more

Great place to buy your printer toner ink. I made a mistake in ordering the wrong type (which was delivered very quickly!) and they were able to help me get the right item and gave me a great deal. Also they didn't make me feel stupid for originally ordering the wrong thing. This is the place to go for ink and supplies! read more

I so appreciate the deep knowledge the staff at Cartridge Network share with customers. I have purchased printers and ink from this business for years and am so happy to know where to go for all my printing needs. read more

First time customer today. Wanted to buy a cartridge, and, after I told them my printing problem was advised I might be wasting my money. After thorough discussion I decided to "gamble". Well, my printer works great now. I am now a dedicated customer. These guys are great ! read more

I must have had the same person as Reva W. he is enraged when you mention Amazon. Ended up not offering me a refill. although I was a previous customer. I will try again, in disguise, and not saying that word. they were ok in the past, just must have caught a bad mood. read more

AVOID the verbal abuse of customers...After 3 years and $229.75 spent as a dedicated customer, I was forced by the HORRIBLE customer service attitude to take my business elsewhere. They say three things in business: Price, Product, or Service "which 2 of 3 do you want?". Well...Service for sure NOT one (based on poor attitudes of Owner and staff), Product VERY questionable since my Toners never DID last as long as the ones bought from their competitor, so I guess we are left with just Price. Yes, may have a good price but WAY not justify the outright verbal abuse when you visit their Retail store. My advice to them? DON'T have a walk-in retail option until ALL staff take lessons in customer service attitude. My advice to you? Spend a few dollars more some...where...else. read more

Cartridge Network - Office Equipment Near Me - Portland, Oregon

See all

I have been a customer for about 8 years. I was having a ton of issues with the inkjet cartridges I was buying from the big online Am@zon. Every HP printer we had in the offices was giving error messages and were basically dead. Cartridge Network sold me a set of cartridges and BAM!!! the printers came back to life. Since then, I've purchased a few laser printers from them and all the cartridges for the inkjet printers. They know printers better than anyone else. They know each brand and the problems that plague that brand... the strengths and weaknesses of each brand and will only sell you the equipment that you need rather than "upsell" you something you'll never use. Honest service, more than fair prices, and they always have what I need. 5 stars!!! read more

Cartridge Network is one of only two places I really consult about printing matter anymore, the other being the interwebs any time I need a printer driver upgrade. I wish I had known about this place before I bought my last printer, but that printer is now some ten years old and having some paper handling issues so the next time I get one it'll be here. My main contact there, Griff, is personable and very knowledgeable about the products. He is quick to pull up necessary information for making a printer or cartridge decision such as per page costs, and I have found his per page cost calculations to be pretty much spot-on. He supplies the toner and ink cartridges for my office, and the remanufactured and compatible cartridges he sells us save us quite a bit off buying OEM cartridges at the big box stores. If you are in need of ink or toner cartridges, or a new or used printer, I suggest stopping by and giving them your business. read more

Large selection of printers and ink cartridges at great prices. They really took the time to find out how I would be using the machine and recommended the options that would be the best fit. But, what really sets them apart is the customer service that you'd never get from a big box store. I'm not the most tech savvy and have had to call to get some direction on using different features of our new printer. They walked us through the steps quickly and even called back a few days later to make sure all was going smoothly. To find this level of customer care these days is a rarity and will have us coming back for sure! Thank you Griff and team! read more

I have been going to this place for about a year and they have great customer service. Amazing discounts on ink, many other items, and they provide printer support. Especially thanks to Brian for helping me fix my printer on Black Friday and saving me $$$ on purchasing a new one. He is very professional, kind, & knowledgeable. I would highly recommend you going to this place they are always a big help and offer great deals every day of the year! Laura P. read more

This place is awesome. After spending many hours trying to reconnect my printer to computer after new modem, friend referred me to Cartridge Network. A friend told me she was so stressed about her Brother printer that she might throw it out a window. I told her about Cartridge Network and urged her to contact them. I just got a text from her. I could feel her sigh of relief. Victor patiently walked her through troubleshooting her problem. For almost an hour. She didn't buy it from them. I love these guys! I bought the best printer I've ever owned from them. But most of all I have printer guys. They exemplify the function of a good business- to get and keep customers. Well done! read more

I love Cartridge-Network! I always purchase my printers and cartridges here. They answer my questions and offer support whenever I visit. Recently, I moved to a new home and needed to set up my printer. Cartridge-Network scheduled a staff member to come to my home (same as the day I called). The technician walked me through the set up and had me ready to print within 30 min. The technician was very professional and personable. I'm so glad they offer this service and at a reasonable cost. I recommend their shop without reservation. read more

Do you want personalized service that is lacking from big box stores? Then go here. Cartridge Network went out of their way to find a printing solution for my mother-in-law that would be simple and reliable. This would never happen at a large supply or electronics store. They can save you money, too, with cartridge replacements at half the cost of name-brand cartridges. read more

Came in to buy a printer that was listed online (Craigslist) for 300-475 depending on what it comes with. When I asked how much the one they had out was they told me it was $450, and suggested it was bc the cartridges were virtually full. I pulled them out and none other than the black ink were even close to half way full. I then asked what the price would be without ink and they said they weren't able to do that, they include cartridges with purchase. I said ok, then I asked to see the 300$ one and they informed me all their models were 425, 450 and 475. I asked the salesman why they would have it listed at 300$ if there are none near that price range and I suggested it sounded like a bait and switch scam. The sales person smiled and said that's our price. Seemed like an extremely shady/untrustworthy business if you ask me. Would suggest not going anywhere near this place. read more

I want to say my recent experience with the clerk at Beaverton-Hillsdale Cartridge Network store was less than satisfactory. I purchased replacement black and color cartridges and took home to insert in my printer. After installing them I was unable to print anything. After several attempts and much frustration I returned after a few days for new cartridges. In my haste to return I mistakenly brought back the empty black cartridge and needed to made another trip home and back again. The clerk was very unfriendly and scolding for my damaging the cartridges during my efforts to succeed inserting. My husband and a friend tried to help too. I had an important event over the weekend for which I needed to print documents and was unable to so. His manner was condescending, sanctimonious and unfriendly. I wish I had heard 'I'm sorry you had difficulty with this, it can happen' He was clearly putting blame on me. My husband and I have purchased many cartridges over the last 5 years and never been treated so disrespectfully. I will not return to this store. read more

Can't say enough good things about Cartridge Network. I visited them with a Canon Pro9000 photo printer that had quit operating. Griffin and his staff were extremely helpful and worked hard to trouble shoot my ailing printer. Unfortunately, my printer turned out to be truly dead. They then worked to find a replacement printer for me on line. Anyone who needs a printer repaired, a new printer or printer supplies should definitely visit Cartridge Network. They will come away happy! read more

I originally decided to go to Cartridge Network when I needed new inkjet cartridges because it's a local business with great reviews. I wasn't disappointed, in fact, I'm hooked. The staff there know everything about printers! They're extremely knowledgeable and professional with great customer service. They even fixed my "lemon" printer (@ n/c) instead of trying to sell me a new one. However, when it's time for a new printer, I'll definitely go to Cartridge Network to purchase it. There's nothing better than great service at a neighborhood business. read more
