The owner was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and passionate. The store was also AWESOME with the various typewriters. I ended up feeling confident enough to purchase one, the owner spent a lot of time to show me how to use the machine. He also provided me with a pdf of the original manual, put me in contact with a local type writer shop near where I live, and let me know to call if I had any questions. We were able to get the typewriter shipped and it arrived fairly fast. My stepson LOVES the type writer & I am also loving it as well! Such an awesome experience, I am so happy with my purchase

I spoke to Griffin at the Cartridge-Network during a call-back on Feb 9, 2023 regarding toner for…read moreour brother multi function printer. After a very knowledgeable conversation about the quality and capacity types of cartridges, he stated that he had a deal for me...2 original manufacturer cartridges (TN433-BK) in damaged boxes (cosmetic only) for $68.95, I stated I would pick them up this week, Griffin said he would make a note so that others would know about the offer in the event he was not present. When I arrived at the store on February 13th with my notes, Griffin stated that he would not honor the price he quoted last week, the price would be higher but still less expensive than I could find elsewhere. If there was an honest pricing error made, he could have contacted me to let me know or at the very least apologized for the error, neither occurred. Bait and Switch comes to mind....... Be careful dealing with this store.

One of the best experiences I've had at a frame shop in forever. My wife and I are new to the area…read moreand had several pieces we wanted to get framed and one of our pieces was a family watercolor we wanted re-framed since the mat had warped over the years. The original mat was also cut too tight and overlapped/hid content on the image. We all agreed it could be improved with a more open mat but weren't sure how far we could get away with before showing acidification from the older mat on the paper, artistic marks, etc. And it was agreed they'd call us to let us know what seemed right after they had opened it. We never got that call and they cut the mat exactly as it was (which wasn't great) so that may have been a failure in communication or note taking--whatever it happens! We go to pick it up and talk about it again and Liz was the nicest shop keeper ever and agreed to open it on the spot so we could have a look and sure enough we could trim back that mat and expand the image. We could do all that without having to cut a new frame, glass, etc. So we make an extra trip to work this out but so what it's perfect now and an extra trip for perfection is surely worth it. My point is not all shops will be willing to work with you and be as courteous as they are so I suggest you check them out. You'll get great customer service and results that'll please your entire family. Thanks so much Liz! You're fabulous!

She was kind, patient, encouraging, and a FANTASTIC instructor. I can't wait to take some of her group classes!! The store itself is great. Lots of sewing supplies that are of higher quality and will last you a while. The people who work here couldn't be nicer or more helpful. If you feel intimidated by learning to sew, this is a perfect spot to start learning. Even if you're already a great sewer, you'll find everything you need here. They have a spacious section in the back where they teach group and individual classes; you can also rent a desk/machine if you need some higher end equipment to work with.
