***** Service/Selection/Value! The immediate responses to any and all questions are surprising. They offer great suggestions, have an expansive variety of items, and their shipping speeds can't be beat considering I order from out of state. Highly recommend! read more

Their website is wonky and it charges shipping even when the order is to pick up. But who cares. They're great. The people totally make up for any of that. They're fast, reasonably priced, easy (and a pleasure) to deal with. And they make a quality product at a fair price. I plan on making a 'sincerely' rubber stamp next. read more

My company, a small corrugated box manufacturer, has done business with Stamp-Connection for many years now, and the service has always been exceptional. We have ordered a number of custom-made box certificate stamps through them, and they always respond quickly, produce a quality product, and ship out in a timely manner. We occasionally have a need for rib-type stamping with custom text, and Stamp-Connection suggested a self-inking product that was so much more efficient than our old process that we purchased a second one. Definitely the first place we contact with any stamp related needs. read more

Stamp-Connection - Benchmade Laser Mark - Office Equipment Near Me - Portland, Oregon

This place is AWESOME. The owner, the workers, all top notch. I have purchased stock and custom stamps from them over the years and recently had the chance to actually go to the brick & mortar business and have a private tour. Both online and in person, you receive the kind of treatment you wish all businesses provide. Many years ago, I had them make a custom stamp for me and its still in perfect shape. I also purchased two stamps of a brand they no longer carry (due to poor quality, unbeknownst to me) and when I brought it to them to see if they could be repaired, they replaced them free of charge. I also had a chance to sit down and have a custom stamp created for my daughter. The prices are very fair and the service is wonderful. They ship super fast and safely. I received my new custom stamp in 3 days, cross country. read more

I have purchased stock stamps, custom stamps, ink pads, and ink refills from Stamp-Connection. I have purchased items for myself as well as my work. I have always been impressed by them. I have dealt with S-C for many years now and have never had an issue. Their service is unbeatable. If you are looking for something custom they take the time to listen to you and recreate the vision you have in your mind. Their shipping is very prompt. Most times my order has gotten out the same day as I ordered it. Not only are they efficient they are very kind and professional. The product has always been great as well. A few times I have totally worn out a stamp. I shipped it back to them and they gladly replaced it. Their merchandise is sturdy and durable. Quality is standard here. Their pricing is very fair. I always feel like I more than got my money's worth. I actually enjoy ordering a new stamp from them when the time comes. This is one of the easiest reviews I have ever written. They defiantly deserve five stars. As far as quality and service goes, this truly is as good as it gets. read more

Three initials best describe the services, materials, and personnel at Stamp-Connection: MVP! Most Valuable Players!!! I am in awe of how quickly and professionally these good people helped me solve a major problem. They were so fast and attentive, they outpaced me, and I'm the customer. I've gotten most of my Where's George stamps from Stamp Connection. They have a pretty wide selection of Where's George and other stamps, and there can be good deals, although I'm sure there are cheaper places out there. I've never had a bad experience with Stamp Connection, and when I called once to inquire about a product, they were really helpful. read more

I just ordered some return address stamps from stamp-connection.com They work wonderfully and there was a deal for 50% off stamps made from recycled materials. I am really impressed with the quality of the stamps and the short time it took to ship them to me. I will order from them again. read more

Only the best custom stamp shop in the country. I originally stumbled on the, like so many others through www.wheresgeorge.com, the US currency tracking project/game/site. I ordered a couple Wheres George? related items from them, and have had no issues with my purchases, which have lasted for years. Later I decided to order a custom designed notary public stamp. It was a large xStamper self-inking stamp (huge fan of that manufacturer, by the way), which was gorgeous and lasted me 5 years. It would have kept on going, but for some changes in the requirements for Notary Public seals in Colorado. I just ordered a replacement die box for the original xStamper frame, which is still in great shape. It took only 3 emails back and forth get what I wanted explained and ordered. This high speed customer service dialogue saved me money and them resources. Frankly, I wish I had more stamp needs, because I want to send them all here. Do not hesitate to come here for all your stamp needs. read more

Stumbled on this website while searching for "WheresGeorge" stamps. Ordered a small rubber stamp with ink pad for $5. Free shipping! Super easy to order, choice to pay with PayPal or credit card. No problems. Received 48 hours later despite a major snow storm and a cross-country shipment. Would definitely use again and recommend. read more

Best customer service. Ever. I've never had a problem with products or service here. They'll work with you until you're happy and take great care of their customers. Frankie, the greeter, is friendly (hey, he's a dog, btw) and more people should get their custom stamps here. read more

Quickest service I've ever had from an online order. Exactly what I ordered and I thought the price was right which included shipping. Will buy from again! read more

Just placed an order with this company - I have ordered before (albeit a long time ago) when I first joined WheresGeorge.com & bought the $5.00 starter kit. Amazing that shipping is included. Tonight I bought an Air Mail stamp & a different WheresGeorge stamp. I think $12 is a little steep to pay for an Air Mail stamp but I guess it equals out since shipping is included. I had no problems with my past order & don't expect any with this one. They have a large variety & I would definitely recommend them. read more

I have been ordering my return address stamps from Stamp-connection.com for nearly five years now, as well as wheresgeorge.com stamps. great service, friendly staff---I even visited their brick-and-mortar store in October 2005 and found staff to be as friendly in person as they were online and on the phone! read more

First we visit local Office-Depot store and after couple days we found out they will take orders and delivery in two weeks time frame. After searching online and reading some reviews we got to know Stamp-Connection's reputation of work we thought to give them a shot. I contacted them and with their help I ordered a complicated order for us is half an hour and got it in two days. They are one of the best in industry. and our embosser looks good and works very good. Thanks Stamp-Connection. read more

I first discovered Stamp-Connection at a Chamber of Commerce event where they were offering a complimentary personlized stamp to try out. After receiving my stamp within 2 days and trying it out, I went on their website to see what else they offered and was amazed at their selection. I had a few questions that I felt more comfortable getting answered by a real person and was so happy to be able to call right away and get my answers. I got all the information I needed by the first person who answered the phone!!! I've been placing orders with them ever since and never been disappointed! read more

I have several stamps from them that I ordered online. I use them for my "WheresGeorge.com" hobby.

I made an order with this company and it showed up differently than I thought I ordered. Without skipping a beat, the company took care of it and shipped me another one free of charge. That type of service is exactly what a store should have. If you need any stamps, name tags, etc, I highly recommend this honorable company for those purchases! Thank you again! If you have previously used another stamp-making place/site, you need to try Stamp-Connection. My most recent purchase was a round return address stamp for my mom and it is gorgeous. Someone said there might be cheaper places--but with the free shipping, i doubt this. Their quality is fantastic, and if you are not happy for any reason, they actually have a no questions asked return policy, so really, how can you lose? I've not returned anything, but my next purchase will be a notary stamp because the one i got with my package deal does not stamp evenly and looks tacky. Thanks, Stamp-Connection. read more

As a freelance designer, I get many different requests for branding and package production. Stamps and embossers are relatively new to me. Luckily, Stamp Connection walked me through the process/expected file prep, as well as talked me through the output expectations of each product I ordered, ensuring I was ordering what I needed. Stamp Connection also worked with me regarding quick turn and will call pickup; its great to have such a large production company locally and so accommodating! read more

My stamp got returned by the post office for some unknown reason right before I headed out of town on vacation. Stamp Connection took the time to follow up by email and phone call to make sure I got my stamp properly. This is a great company with high quality and affordable products. It appears that their customer service is really poor. We have ordered numerous stamps from them and had hoped to have a good relationship, but it appears that their refusal to fix the order processing problems on their end is forcing us to look elsewhere for our needs. This is really a shame as we had the same login problems and they fixed them and now they claim that it is something we are doing wrong. I hope that they do not treat all of their customers this was as it will ultimately mean the end of their business. read more
