One of the worst experiences I've ever had, so bad that I've always backed Best Buy but will never…read moreshop there again after multiple attempts of getting my order and no followup after following their regular feedback / complaint channels. The timeline goes 1. Preordered product two and a half months ago 2. Told on arrival day that it would be another 15 days 3. Changed my order to curbside pickup at Clackamas location 4. Clackamas store did not have the product in stock 5. Changed my order to curbside pickup at Gresham location 6. Went to pick it up when it was ready 7. While in the parking lot, the app and other channels said that curbside pickup was not available despite signs everywhere at the store 8. Called the store number from the parking lot and was told I'd get an email to confirm the order so it could be run out 9. No email after a time 10. Called the store number again, and was told an employee would be right out 11. No activity after a time 12. Called the store number again, and the store number verified that it was actually a call center and that there was absolutely no way to contact the store. I asked to speak to a manager to see if a manager could call into another manager at the store, and the representative hung up on me 13. I canceled my order, drove home, got it on Amazon and it arrived in a timely manner 14. Received a text from the Best Buy help center asking about what the issue was, I explained the above, and they said "I understand how that is frustrating, is there anything else?" I said no, and they said that they would be disconnecting me due to lack of activity I have a major health problem at the moment, otherwise I would have went in. I've never seen something like that before and was really surprised that there were literally no solutions to the situation, especially from Best Buy, but it sounds like they're cutting down on the need for stores if they're cutting communication and service like that. If it's easier to get delivery, I'll be shopping at other vendors moving forward.

I called Jeff on 2/28 for a keyboard replacement for my ASUS TUF. Which has worked flawlessly for 4…read moreyears. I had picked off the backspace key and couldn't not get it back on. Apparently the whole keyboard had to be replaced. Sounds good. Was quoted 150$. Cool. Was told to come pick it up on 3/5 and that it was good to go. Got a call today 3/6 that the laptop would not turn on and apparently the ribbon cable was not connected to the motherboard. He mentioned soldering something and how it would completely break the laptop. He said That three screws were missing and asked if anyone has ever opened it before. No. It has never been opened before. Only used for school work. He said that the motherboard disconnecting was not from him because he went in from the top to replace the keyboard. FYI. Jeff. There is no way to go in from the top of the laptop. After we brought the laptop home and paying 100$ for Jeff to break my laptop we opened it up and it blatantly is visible that he flipped the motherboard over to access the keyboard and that it snapped the ribbon from the motherboard. With having a video of the laptop working fully the night before it makes it obvious that I not only paid 100$ for him to break my laptop but I also paid 100$ for him to lie to me and blame me for something he broke. 0/10 IGN. I know now not to put my faith in humanity again and assume that people have good intentions and will tell me the truth. Now I have to replace my entire laptop costing me 1k. Good thing my school work can be restored off the ssd hard dive. Good luck to lying ass Jeff.

They have really reasonable pricing too, telling me up front that they based their post card prices off of being competitive with Modern Postcard, which is amazing and I have no idea how they can do it but I'll take it. They helped me with a custom designed tri-fold card recently which turned out beautifully and little did I know they were actually going to fold all the cards for me too! They contacted me before printing the cards to let me know that the logo was pixelated so I could fix the issue before the order was complete. The only thing that concerned me was when I asked about sustainable practices they seemed to be less informed than I would have liked. But all in all, I highly recommend supporting this community-minded business.
