I tried to get some images printed for my sons birthday party and was told the day the images should have been ready that they where canceling my order due to copy rite laws. I purchased these images off of etsy and informed the person of this and was told it was illegal for them to print any licensed image (theses where of spiderman characters). I then spoke with a client services representative and the main print center for Office Depot both of which told me that was incorrect and I should be able to call the store and resubmit my print order. when I called the store I spoke with the manager who told me "I don't know what their rules are but we don't print anything lisenced here" Very frustrating and terrible customer service read more

I bought my HP Printer here, been buying printing cartridges for 2 years at this location. Go in today to buy a printer cartridge with the printer model #7155 LIKE I DO EVERY MONTH and it took 2 clerks to tell me they have no record of that model, I must have the # wrong. COULD NOT LOOK THE DAMN THING UP. I had to go all the way back home to get my phone and GOOGLE IT, popped right up. They have a WHOLE WALL full of HP cartridges and can't look up a printer model #? Just two stars. Office Depot has wonderful products but good products alone do not make up a business. Two stars for the products. Always and consistently the products that are necessary and needed. Beyond that customer service and support is absolutely abysmal. Why have guaranteed curbside pickup if it's not going to be staffed? Why guarantee pick up at curbside in 20 minutes or less if this service is not going to be staffed. The telephone tree that's attached that gives options for service isn't much better either because there's no option for reaching an in store associate for assistance. It's totally an automated system that disconnects if at any point you happen to press a wrong button. Forget about reaching any live human inside the store because that's not going to work. The system just disconnects and drops the call or you wait on hold for who really knows how long? If my call was not disconnected I sat on eternal hold. Finally, I went in the store. The associate went straight to a shelving unit, pulled my order off the shelf, handed it to me and I was on my way. Why didn't they just say on the automated phone system to come into the store and pick up the order? That would have been much easier and saved time. Why have curbside order pickup if no one is taking those calls? It makes absolutely no sense! I will shop for delivery and in store pickup. Never mind about curbside pickup at Office Depot. As soon as you walk in you feel like you are in a depressed place that's ready to go out of business. The lighting is terrible, the place is deserted, and looks not very organized. However, most of the time you find what you are looking for, and when you manage to get hold of someone, they are helpful. I am not sure how they survive though because they're never busy. The prices are not the cheapest, but you don't have to wait 2-3 days to get it from Amazon. Also their reward system sucks because the points expire every three months, so it's geared for big companies that spend a lot of money often. read more

A big printing "i don't know" fest i even heard someone ask the zipcode to be told "i don't know" in the print center i was sabatojed by a broken hole puncher. When reported to Amber she said "that's all i got", i said what should I do you guys sell these and yours is broken? I had to suggest they let me use theirs and finally after wasting money on 20 prints with messed up holes. I kindly said thank you even though their facility had failed me as a client and in return I receive a blank RBF stare and no response after thanking her for her ounce of help and thought that i had to negotiate out of her in the first place. It seems like whenever I go into any office supply place they are dead. This one hardly ever has people in it. I usually go in here for something random. I was just in here for some ink and found some great deals in the discount bin in the back of the store. They are quick to greet you at the door and are friendly enough. Some of them get a little overbearing asking if you need anything. Yeah, I see you there Mr. Office Depot, I will hunt YOU down when I need help, thank you very much. Because this location is close to Dollar Tree and Big Lots, I sometimes price compare between them. I have found that envelopes are better priced at Dollar Tree and some binder organizers that are identical to Office Depot can be found for nearly $5 less, if not more. read more

I've never been to the print and copy section of Office Depot, let alone go there for anything... at least it wasn't until my boss gave me the task of going there to print and laminate our menus. I entered the building with lots of questions. I went to an aisle way to the left of the entrance to look at stationary items and was greeted by an employee who had walked across the building just to ask if I was finding everything okay. That was great. I then headed to the print and copy section. The lady working yesterday morning was really sweet and patient with me. She took the time to print and laminate my restaurants QR code menus. I requested for quite a handful of copies to be printed and laminated and there was a couple people behind me. Overall, she did it so quick and efficiently. No complaints from her at all. You could tell she knew what she was doing and had done it for a long time. The only issue that I had was that I didn't know what the prices were. Not sure if I missed it or not! But in the end, I didn't spend more than $21. read more

I want to like and use this place, but almost everytime I go to the print center the service is atrocious. They are incredibly slow with no sense of customer service (acknowledgment or urgency). I feel like I'm constantly inconveniencing them with my business. Clearly, they aren't paid on performance. They refuse to print several jobs, and when I try to use the self-printing stations, only to learn they do not work, there is no care or help from the staff. I'm simply told "sorry" because they refuse to put out extra effort for customers. After spending two hours trying to print materials for a school project, I went directly across the street to FedEx-Kinkos and was easily helped and done within 10 minutes. I will never return to Office Depot until their customer service dramatically improves. I've lost too many precious hours of my life because of their worthless and incompetent staff. read more

I won't be going there again. After waiting about 15 minutes, I dropped a planner to have spiral bound and was told it would take a week. The store was empty and only one person was working in the copy area even though it was midafternoon. I explained what I wanted and received a huge sigh. Thankfully, within two days I received a call that it was ready. But this time, I waited in line 30 minutes. Not once did the one, then two clerks, acknowledge my presence. They helped everyone else, in fact both came from behind the counter to help one person, but never even acknowledged me. One of the customers, as she left, had seen what was going on, and told me she was sorry and wished me luck. When even another customer notices, this tells me something is VERY WRONG! This is for an online order that I've continued to get no service for.. Office Depot/ Order# 192378735. I ordered a laptop and paid to get same day delivery. When I didn't receive the order on Sept 4th as promised, I called customer service on Sept 5th. I was told that same day delivery was not available although it showed as available and let me pay for it. I explained that I was moving and needed delivery by Sept 7th or I would need to return it. I was promised it would be delivered by that day. It did not arrive and I packed up a Uhaul and drove hundreds of miles away. I called customer service again and told them I was now gone and the order needed to be cancelled, that I would not be able to deny delivery because I am not physically there. I just got texted that my laptop was delivered to my empty house. I've told customer service 5 times that I don't live there. I will never buy anything from this business again and I have been lied to multiple times. read more

I went in today and bought some supplies for work and when I got to the cashier he did not acknowledge me. No hello, how are you, etc. I had to start the conversation and ask him how he was doing and he looked up and replied "good". After the transaction was over he walked away to another register and he didn't hand me my bag of items I had just bought! I was like wtf? Another cashier came over and started helping his customer and all the while I was standing there wondering if this guy was going to ask me why I was just standing there. I went in there today and had a bad exchange them they've usually always been pretty good. I went in and the guy at the copy and print center wouldn't look at me or address me I stayed for about 10 minutes. I didn't realize he was helping a lady in front of them and she was looking around like Wednesdays going to be done. So ask the guy hey can I pick up my order. My order is an easy pick up order. The guy looked at me rudely and said as soon as I am done. So I looked at the orders on the counter and neither of them are mine I was going to take it and take it up to the desk to pay. I didn't have much time to get to work so I just left and he stared me down the whole walk out. As if I did something terribly wrong vandalize their store. So I called his boss Vicky who didn't seem to have a care in the world about it she said that they talked about it and that he was helping a lady in front of me however he never mentioned that when I was there. I don't think that you should ever respond with an email to a loyal customer please take your business elsewhere. And his boss should definitely show more care when somebody calls in with a complaint. I'm all about protecting my workers but if there's a misunderstanding in someone's completely rude something should be done. I've spent 200 to 300 dollars of a copy and print center my business has probably done a few thousand in business over the years. I should be able to do business wherever I please. I will never spend another dime here. I bought a desk on a Wednesday it was out of stock and they said they would deliver it to my house. I was home all day Friday except for an hour when I left for groceries, of course they came then and left a note they would try to deliver again on Monday between the hours of 0830 and 1900! I waited ALL day Monday and no one delivered. I wasted my entire day when it was 60 degrees and beautiful out and I had things to do waiting for a delivery that never came. I called customer service today and cancelled my order and asked for a refund as I will not waste any more of my time waiting. No one ever told me in the first place I needed to be home to sign for the desk and I was not given an option for store pick up. Very poor communication and customer service. This store OMG! I go in to get a laptop for myself, find one, and then when I try to find an associate there are none to be found so we go and have the cashier page someone. Drew helped us and when I asked for the laptop he told me it wasn't in store they only had a floor model and a nearby store could drive the laptop to us. When we asked him to call them he said he would call in the morning rather than right then to let us know if the laptop could be delivered or not. So he tells us to call in the morning rather than calling us after he had found out whether or not they could deliver.... horrible customer service making us work harder for your sale! You call me! After we call them in the morning we asked them if they had the laptop to bring to the store near us, we find out all they have is a floor model in the nearby store. The store we originally went to tells us they will sell us their floor model for 10% off which I'm pretty happy with and we tell them we will be there later in the day. When we arrive Kris is there and we ask him about the laptop and he tells us that we missed the person who could have delivered the laptop from the nearby store. This tells me no one communicates because we called in the morning and let them know of the situation that we would buy the floor model. When we say no we want the floor model that was told to be given to us at a 10% discount he told us well that's the first I'm hearing of this. He goes all back and forth about wanting to sell it to us and then after we firmly planted our feet in the offer that was given to us he ungracefully said fine we will give it to you at that price. Now all I have to do is wait for them to uninstall the demo on the laptop which they say will be ready tomorrow. I call the next morning and guess what hasn't been taken care of? The demo is still on and again it's the first time someone is hearing of it. Tony luckily was the person who took my call this time and he at least gave me the satisfaction that he would start immediately and call me when it's done which was nice. Again overall, this store can't communicate worth shit, Drew is a horrible customer service representative. Tony and the 10% discount is the only reason they get one star. There's a sign indicating they're closed on Thanksgiving but not a single sign indicating they're closing early today. In fact, the sign says they close at 9.
