Just came from here and was pleasantly surprised with the service I was able to receive. They were just about to close in a few minutes and. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. It felt like I was in an ad. Quincy was exceptional and made me feel like I was not making him to stay there a moment longer than he would have otherwise. I have never been a big fan of having to go get stuff printed but now, whenever I do, I know I am going here and I hope he is there each and every time. He was the only one in the store and I knew that on a Saturday evening, nobody wants to stay at work any longer than they have to, would never have known that they were closing if I didn't see it on the door coming in. Only reliable mail service I use. When I was executor of an estate, I needed to send documents via certified mail to east coast. Took 12 days for document to reach the recipient. For similar price, use "regular" mailing via Fed Ex, and documents reached recipients in 2 to 3 days. Staff always professional and friendly. read more

I've used this location over the years for all of my business printing needs and have always had nothing but great service! They always meet the printing deadlines they commit to, and have even made things happen in tight turn around times any time I've been in a bind. The team is knowledgeable and friendly. The management has always been kind and gracious. If you go during busy hours there could be a little bit of a wait, but typically not too bad. Other times I'm in and out in no time. I have been impressed with FedEx for quite some time as a number of the items that I order are delivered by FedEx. Recently some items were sent to me by mistake. I received a bunch of items that I didn't order. When I contacted the supplier they emailed me a return receipt. I don't have access to a printer at the current time so I had no way of printing the receipt. I went into this location, asked if they could print it for me, was told that all I needed to do was forward it to them and they would print it out for me. I did as requested, they attached the label and my problem was solved and the supplier gets back the items. Done . I get to check another item off my list and go on about my day. FedEx made this process about as hassle free experience as it gets. read more

Fast turnaround. Friendly, knowledgable staff. I submitted a PDF online for 100 2-sided glossy flyers. The order was complete within an hour. I did have to search Google a few different ways to find a good price. One price was $40 more than the other for the exact same print job. FedEx pricing should be more consistent. I'm not sure if this is the "troutdale" Fedex shipping center, but I really don't care. My package was held here for a full 48 hours for absolutely no reason. I even emailed them asking why it was going to take two extra days to get to my house (yes, this affected the estimated delivery date) I emailed them asking for just a reason it could have been there so long, I used to work in the industry so I understand if it needs to be repacked or if there is broken glass. I get a detailed response about how nothing has changed and that my package was always supposed to get there 1-5 days from ordering. It took 7 days! This package is for my health and it hurt both me and my budget that I wasn't able to get it the day I wanted to. read more

I hardly use FedEx to ship and I now know why... It took longer than the US Postal service.... and I had a 10 dollar gift card and my total came to 11 dollars, I handed my gift card along with a dollar bill, and then was told that I can't split payments!!! WTH?!? I guess if you get a gift card.. you better hope that your purchase is less than that amount or you'll be stuck with a useless gift card as l am. read more

This is the 3rd time in a year that FedEx screwed up a delivery. A time-sensitive package was out for delivery before 6 a.m. today, but never arrived. Another, less important package was delivered. I understand FedEx uses outdated and inaccurate nav devices for their trucks, but my place is ridiculously easy to find. No clue why the FedEx driver failed to deliver. I've been on hold to speak to a real person for nearly 30 minutes this evening. I want FedEx to know that the failed delivery is impacting 58 lives and has totally screwed up my work timeline for badly needed products. Nice work, FedEx in Troutdale Wa. You have a track record of unreliable, erratic service. With the next order I will BEG for UPS! You don't take a work ethic seriously, and so you're a danger to the public needing time-sensitive shipments. read more

In and out very fast. I print my shipping label from home and drop off at the counter. The lady who helped me was very professional, scanned the bar code and gave me a drop off receipt. She even asked if I was familiar with the online tracking. I am so I let her know. I'd like to think she would have spent a few moments to explain if I didn't know. Every time I come here the service is painfully slow. I waited in line 20 minutes, that's how long it took for them to help the two people at the counter. Then I'm told the cost to overnight one piece of paper is $84. Oh, and did I mention that the overnight shipment had already gone out by 5:30 p.m.? So technically it would take a day and a half for my delivery to get there. Complete joke. I will give my money to UPS or the post office, where I can overnight for $25 or less. read more

I had ordered something off of Amazon that I desperately needed ASAP. I went to check on the tracking status of the package and it told me that I had to pick up the package from the FedEx location. Confused by this I gave customer service a call, the first person I spoke to was extremely rude and hung up with me mid call. I called back and the second person I spoke to explained that a delivery was attempted at 3 PM, I had the package going to my work location. I was there at the time of the supposed delivery, and even if I was not there were several other people to sign for it. The customer service rep told me that I would either have to pick up the package from their location or they can attempt to redeliver it the next day. So now I have to take the additional time and gas out of my day to pick it up. I understand that mistakes can happen and things can be overlooked, but I am just frustrated by how this was dealt with. read more

Always seeming to be running behind, printing needs get put off until nearly too late. So yesterday ran pretty much true to coarse. Coming down with a cold, last minute scheduled meeting with a developer in the morning, sneak in a much needed 1 hour nap in the afternoon then prepare for the evenings meeting. Dang! I need 28 copies of these pages to hand out at the meeting. I will HAVE to find a printers on the way to Troutdale. Google search was giving me shops all over the Northwest even though I specified Gresham or Troutdale. Finally I saw a Fedex office with a Burnside address and took a look on mapquest where it would land me. Perfect!.. only .2 miles off my course. I loaded my car and took the back roads to Gresham and found the shop very easily despite the rain and my poor vision. I ran from my car to avoid soaking my originals and was greeted at the door by a nice young man named Lance. I told him I needed to make copies, collated and stapled but I didn't know how to use their "Do it Yourself" copy service. He said he'd show me which I happily took to mean "I'll do it for you while you watch and I'll explain as we go along". YES! I was right. So this nice young man showed me where to slide my debit card then he loaded the machine, checked the paper level, entered the options and away it went. 28 copies all stapled and neat as can be came right out. By this time Lance was helping another customer at the other "self help" machine but he still very nicely helped me again when I interrupted him to ask where I can get a receipt. So he took me over to the receipt machine and again told me to slide my card and up pops my receipt on the screen for me to press "print receipt". Lance gave me a sack for my prints and off I ran through the rain again to my car. I made it to my meeting destination 10 minutes ahead of schedule. I am so thankful for those printed hand outs because with my foggy clogged brain I didn't give a very good verbal presentation but everyone could read along and figure it out from the handouts. Thanks Fed Ex! You saved the day. Oh, and give that Lance a pat on the back for great customer service! read more

These people are thieves. They automatically charge you for services without your consent. What I mean is that we had conversed about shipping costs and packaging briefly and a approximate quote was given to myself. When I checked around town for shipping and packaging costs I immediately found he services for over half off (. 350 vs 175$). However trying to keep it local and assuming these people were worthy of my business I arrived at their "place of thievery". Met the arrogant jerk Mitch who immediately began telling me how he was going to acquire a box and creating some sort of imaginary list of charges without my consent. I interrupted him and said ok whatever but just tell me when I'll have a tracking number ( I can run around town for boxes also, don't take my personal options away). None the less he said 1:00 , well when 1:00 arrived I called the postal negative store and was told by a new person that they had just arrived to package my box. ( why did a new employee come in just to bubble wrap a tv?). At any rate she told me It was now going to be just under 400$ Total.... I said I'll pass on the services and be in to grab my tv she said immediately " there will be a charge I have to charge you for wrapping your tv 20$" Is this painting a picture yet? I never asked you to wrap my tv...... But ok I'll pay I thought. When I get in to store she begins to express her discomfort for Our deal not going through. I'm like lady it fell through im over it. None the less she asks for 29.$. Lol where is the extra 9$ come in? She is stern no explanation and grabs the money out of my hand quickly. If I could do it again I'd have wrioped your stupid bubble wrap off and left it on the floor for you to pick up. Robbery!!!! I went to ups store down the street and he said he would wrap it for 9$ and ship it for 180$. So for under 200$ I got it done. The postal plus wanted to rob me at every step for just under 400$. This Fedex get 3 starts because their equipment works and everything is nice. But they lost two stars because I just came to print out a document in color and the printer keeps cutting off the top of my image. The size is right for the paper, I left border room on my document and it shows that the full image is there in the preview before printing. I asked an associate how to remedy this, she did exactly what I could do... as in selecting screens and pushing buttons without any size by option available. Then said "well you could go home and adjust the document"... ok. So even though my document is sized right, the solution is to drive all the way home and try to guess and resize for the odd cropping of the printer... that makes no sense. My document is sized appropriately with a border for allowance. So now I have printed 6 extra .59 cent pages so I can get what I need... it was an image with 2 x 3 "cards' so to get the right amount of cards without them being "cropped" by the printer I had to print multiple extra pages. read more
