I received a package that had my address, but the wrong name. There is a common scam where someone uses your address, you give them the package because neighbors help neighbors, and you receive a bill later (if this happens to you please keep close watch over your banking accounts). The package says it's from Fedex, but there's some UPS info as well and the format doesn't really match either based on my experience in shipping. I plugged in all the tracking numbers with both logistics companies and they stated it wasn't theirs. Knowing that I reached out to the number for the shipper, Postal Connections, and spoke with Sherry. She asked for my name and number so she could research and get back to me - totally valid! A little while later I received a phone call from the intended recipient asking if she could pick it up. Which is a hard no, I want this tracked and I'm happy to do a RTS. So, Sherry shared my personal information with a random person that may or may not be a scammer. This person cleary has my phone number now, may or may not have my address, and I'm going to have to take extra time out of my day to figure out how to get this package RTS ASAP. To say that I'm displeased would be a serious understatement. read more

Postal Connections has WRECKED me from going to the post office. I love the staff at the local USPS, but the US postal system has many limitations. The staff at PC are Awesome and provide personable service to what you need. I've gone in a number of times with my piles of things that need to be shipped and they readily help me sort out the best way to package it and get it out the door. Their hours of operation also make them very accessible so if I'm not ready to ship items out from my art studio til after 5p, they got me. Plus they have kitschy gift items in their store so if you wanna pick up something quirky, they have fun items to shop for. They are my GO-TO for all things posty. read more

With the holidays approaching, the post office is somewhere you want to avoid if you can. Get your mailing done early or prepare to wait in line. I found this place while googling where the nearest post office was. I was happy to see that they do offer usps services along with fedex, dhl, & ups. It's the cutest shop also offering printing services & other cute gifts. I handed over my things to mail & the very nice woman behind the counter helped me save a few dollars by stuffing my mailer into a flat rate envelope. Now that's service. I thought it was neat that once they punch the address & weight in of your package, it shows how much each carrier would charge. The good thing is, if you see a cheaper method, they can still take care of it, you won't have to drive to the said nearest carrier location. Everyone there was very friendly. We even picked up some really yummy looking rice crispy treats, that ended up being really good. If you want to avoid the stress of going to the post office for your holiday mailing, definitely come here. read more

Tom and Sandy are great! I recently had mail forwarded to me from my California PO Box and incredibly the postal carrier delivered it to the wrong address. Even though it had a tracking # the sender (my CA PO Box) didn't allow for me to view the recipient address. Both Tom and Sandy went way above and beyond to help me track it down and even called me and left a voicemail follow-up to let me know it had been resolved. In this world of automation and technology it sure was refreshing to experience some good ol fashion personal customer service. I send out a lot of packages and need many labels printed and this is the place to go! All the people who work here are so sweet and It truly is such an ease to get what I need done here. Came to ship a package for my ebay account for my first time. the woman was very helpful and pleasant. she helped me get a box that worked great. Thank you kind lady. Then after i came back in after packaging and ready to ship the older man helped me and im not sure if my existance bothered him but my i experience definitely bothered him. He was very short and irritated that i needed help with the shipping label and was like it's your deal and take it up with eBay. I had questions just rude. So if you haven't shipped a package from eBay, avoid the older gentleman other than that it was OK experience customer service goes along way with me. This place is awesome. Everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful. I ship out a lot of items on a frequent bases and never ever had an issue. They also have a print shop which I have had no reason to use but it's nice to know it's there. They also have a really cool store with tons of unique trinkets and every time I ship to a friend or a family member I always add a little gift. I'd like to say this place has the best customer service hands down the owner is so pleasant and helpful. I showed up 30 min early to drop off a package I was waiting in my car and he came out to ask if I needed to drop off ! That was so nice I was on my way to work and it was great ! Not only that he noticed my address was different that what he had in the computer so he ran back out to verify he had the correct address. I have gone here many times and the service has always been great. Today, not so much. The woman behind the counter, after quoting double the cost of the UPS Store for an overnight package rudely told me "well, we're not UPS" when I asked why it was more than double their rate to use UPS from their store. While the cost was ridiculous, her response to me was so rude I wont be back. read more

But today I needed a box to fit an odd package and some help on how to ship it so I stopped in Postal Connections. Katelyn was PHENOMENAL at helping me figure out the best way to ship and helped me get it all ready to go. She was so patient with my questions and when all was said and done, even my expectations were exceeded with a great price and a faster delivery than I even hoped for (one day!) Fantastic service for mailing packages! The man who always waits on me is always nice and takes the extra step in insuring that your needs are met. I sometimes drop large outgoing packages that will not fit in my mailbox here and they do not charge you a thing for mailing it. They also have a nice collection of quirky greeting cards. read more
