The employees at this location are the friendliest and most welcoming I've encountered at any UPS Store. I usually go to the location nearest my home (off Andresen and 63rd) , but the last few times I've encountered not so friendly service and attitude when trying to return an Amazon package. I've actually been charged $1 (cash only) to return a package, which is inconvenient since I hardly ever carry cash. I rarely have Amazon returns and the last one I had I dropped off at Kohl's. This time Kohl's wasn't an option. After looking at reviews, I decided to give this location a shot. It's located near Panera Bread off Hwy 99. The employees were friendly, courteous and professional. One employee actually held the door open for me as I retrieved my package from the backseat of my car. So nice! As I walked up to the counter I was greeted with a smile and asked how my day was going. I've never encountered this at the other store. I told him I just had an Amazon return. He said no problem, scanned my return QR code, then handed me a return receipt. Painless experience. No extra fees or hassle for my package return. This will definitely be the UPS Store my husband and I will use for future services. Highly recommend. read more

The only real knock against this location is not any fault of the UPS store but rather its location in a very busy shopping center, with its own very tiny and tight parking lot. Maneuvering in the lot is precarious, and can be very nerve wracking. Service was prompt and friendly, and the employees were very fast and courteous I was particularly impressed with the employee who helped me, and explained a lot about the recent and upcoming postage rate increases. Great spot for dropping off Amazon returns. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They helped print my labels so I didn't have to run around looking for a printer. It costs a couple bucks, but happy to support small franchise businesses like this. The manager Ronika apparently manages a bunch of different stores in the area. I was able to find the store she was working at to inquire about a refund. She told me she would call me back but never did. I have since tried calling 3 times and someone takes down my number but I still have never heard from her. I don't think it's her fault, they just need to either hire more managers or allow the leads to provide refunds. The reason I am asking for a refund is because I had a package shipped to Miami where they never tried to deliver it and left no notice, they simply left it at the UPS store for pickup. Since neither myself or the recipient was notified they did not pick it up and it was sent back to this store. I called and asked if they had it and they said they didn't and it was at the customer center. I called them and they said it was last scanned at this store. So I went in person where they told me they don't have it. Fortunately I had packed it in a distinct box so I saw it sitting on the counter. It contains irreplaceable items so it would be very unfortunate if i wasn't able to retrieve it. I believe I am entitled to a refund because I paid to have it delivered and no attempt was made to deliver it to the address (which was the correct address and they are able to receive packages to their door). It's not this store's fault they chose not to deliver it, however apparently I need to go through this store to get the refund. It would be helpful if I could contact a corporate office for a refund but I haven't found a way to do so. I no longer trust this store and will go to USPS to ship packages in the future. If they see this post and contact me I will reconsider. read more

I did an Amazon return (where they package and ship the item back to Amazon) here and they didn't process it correctly. I called ahead to see if I could arrange to drop off my returns outside the door (due to covid) and the young man agreed. When I arrived we made eye contact, I placed my items to be returned outside as agreed upon, said "thank you" and walked away. As I was returning to my car, my husband said the young man gave me a nasty look before taking my items back inside. Later I only received confirmation from Amazon that 1 of my 2 items were successfully returned. I immediately wrote the store an email (they were closed once I received the email and closed the next day) inquiring whether or not they included both returns and I still (to this day) have not received any communication from them (going on 3 weeks, tomorrow). I have since sent requests to no avail. When I previously sent an email inquiring about their hours I received an email within a hour... so, someone answers their emails... The employees at the store are absolutely incredible! I can't say enough about Shameel. He went out of his way on his day off to pick up my packages at my hotel to ensure that they would go out same day. I was from out of town and needed to make sure my boxes got to a tradeshow in another city in a timely fashion. It was a Saturday and the hotel I was staying at could not get them out until Monday. Shameel appreciated my sense of urgency, showed up on time, and hand carried my boxes to the UPS store since I did not have transportation. My lack of knowledge of what an "Amazon Hub" is made returning my purchase a headache. I heard The Ups Store handled Amazon returns and I couldn't have picked a better location to see for myself. The employee I first spoke to was very easy to deal with; he spoke clearly, paid attention to what I was saying, and didn't himhaw around when he couldn't help. He got the attention of the manager who gave me clear directions on how to get my return method switched to the UPS Store, including the exact number to call. What I was expecting to be an hour long ordeal (tracking down a box that fits, printing a label, driving all the way to portland) was handled in 20 minutes. I was in a rush to get a document notarized when I walked in and saw a long line with just one nice lady working. I immediately, and dissapointmently, thought "this is going to take awhile." However the lady (Viviana), wasn't a typical customer service provider. That girl had an "I've got this attitude" so few possess. She hustled and multi-tasked like no other!
