The cheerful, efficient staff here are always helpful. I use a variety of services and it's always convenient. Sometimes there's a long line of Amazon returns but it usually moves quickly. read more

Tuesday, Sept. 8th, 2026-Arrived at 5:58 pm and entered UPS store to be quickly greeted by the employee turning off the lights as I was walking through the front doors and saying loudly; WE ARE CLOSED (with an attitude). There were 2 employees working and no other customers in the store. I proceed towards the counter, then looked at my cell phone clock and read out load, no its 5:59 pm. The female/Hispanic employee rolled her eyes and proceeded to scan my 2 QR codes with sass. I live in Woodland and regularly visit this store with ease when I am traveling to Vancouver. Please teach your staff what good not even great customer service should look like and feel like. Open, means open...not almost closed! I have learned you can't teach quality customer service anymore-you either have it or you don't. Your customers have a choice where they do their shipping, and I will not be back to this specific location. Do better Miss Attitude! read more

The employees at this location are the friendliest and most welcoming I've encountered at any UPS Store. I usually go to the location nearest my home (off Andresen and 63rd) , but the last few times I've encountered not so friendly service and attitude when trying to return an Amazon package. I've actually been charged $1 (cash only) to return a package, which is inconvenient since I hardly ever carry cash. I rarely have Amazon returns and the last one I had I dropped off at Kohl's. This time Kohl's wasn't an option. After looking at reviews, I decided to give this location a shot. It's located near Panera Bread off Hwy 99. The employees were friendly, courteous and professional. One employee actually held the door open for me as I retrieved my package from the backseat of my car. So nice! As I walked up to the counter I was greeted with a smile and asked how my day was going. I've never encountered this at the other store. I told him I just had an Amazon return. He said no problem, scanned my return QR code, then handed me a return receipt. Painless experience. No extra fees or hassle for my package return. This will definitely be the UPS Store my husband and I will use for future services. Highly recommend. read more

The only real knock against this location is not any fault of the UPS store but rather its location in a very busy shopping center, with its own very tiny and tight parking lot. Maneuvering in the lot is precarious, and can be very nerve wracking. Service was prompt and friendly, and the employees were very fast and courteous I was particularly impressed with the employee who helped me, and explained a lot about the recent and upcoming postage rate increases. This was completely unexpected, but was highly appreciated. read more

The UPS Store - Storefront - Shipping Centers Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

Always have a pleasant experience at this location. Staff is courteous, helpful and efficient.

The customer service representative Ronika is always so helpful positive and with a friendly smile on her face every time I come into this location to drop off a package. People like her always make you feel special. Thank you read more

I just went to the store to do a return and to ask a couple questions for some help. The employee today working was incredibly condescending. I ended up walking out and took my stuff with me. I've been here several times and I've never experienced such awful customer service. read more

The manager Ronika apparently manages a bunch of different stores in the area. I was able to find the store she was working at to inquire about a refund. She told me she would call me back but never did. I have since tried calling 3 times and someone takes down my number but I still have never heard from her. I don't think it's her fault, they just need to either hire more managers or allow the leads to provide refunds. The reason I am asking for a refund is because I had a package shipped to Miami where they never tried to deliver it and left no notice, they simply left it at the UPS store for pickup. Since neither myself or the recipient was notified they did not pick it up and it was sent back to this store. I called and asked if they had it and they said they didn't and it was at the customer center. I called them and they said it was last scanned at this store. So I went in person where they told me they don't have it. Fortunately I had packed it in a distinct box so I saw it sitting on the counter. It contains irreplaceable items so it would be very unfortunate if i wasn't able to retrieve it. I believe I am entitled to a refund because I paid to have it delivered and no attempt was made to deliver it to the address (which was the correct address and they are able to receive packages to their door). It's not this store's fault they chose not to deliver it, however apparently I need to go through this store to get the refund. It would be helpful if I could contact a corporate office for a refund but I haven't found a way to do so. I no longer trust this store and will go to USPS to ship packages in the future. If they see this post and contact me I will reconsider. read more

Great spot for dropping off Amazon returns. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They helped print my labels so I didn't have to run around looking for a printer. It costs a couple bucks, but happy to support small franchise businesses like this. You might think they are always the big guys, but franchisees are sometimes just normal small business folk in your community. read more

Fast , efficient and friendly staff. I love when I am running errands that I do not have to stand in line for really long, which generally tends to happen at UPS . But the employees here were so quick, that I was in and out within 5 minutes . Parking was right out -front and every single spot was free , except for a giant truck guy who decided to park in three spots at the same time read more

Came in to do a notary. The notary person Renika told us she's busy but she will help us next. After she was done w the customer she was working with, she proceeded to start working with another customer on a separate printing machine. There were 3 other employees in the building. Would not recommend this location. read more

Great shipping store. Friendly staff and prices very reasonable! Love it, I would come back here for all my shipping

The best customer service and always efficient. I've been frequenting for four years and consistently great!

Rude & unhelpful staff. Went to ship packages & they were rude & unhelpful. I'd say go elsewhere but unfortunately the marriage between Amazon & UPS makes it so you have to use UPS. Choose a different location. read more

These people are totally inapt. I highly advise against using this UPS store. You can easily find another one in the area.

I needed a notary urgently and my bank of 30 years didn't even answer the phone to book an appointment, this place offers notary services and I was able to send my documents with themright away, all at one stop, how convenient is that? Great customer service, would give 10 stars if possible. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting this UPS store's owner Ronika Lal. She is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Best of all...she's a listener and a question-asker...how often do you meet people who ask questions!!! Ronika asked me all about my Realty Pro real estate business, question after question. Then she showed me some awesome items that would make my advertising shine! Oh...and she helped me return an amazon item that I thought would need a whole new packaging but she saved me money and fixed the current package and I was pleasantly surprised. Her store is located on Hwy 99 and easy to find. I think you'll like Ronika and her new UPS store. The best part is most of your mailing can be all done online. Her phone is 360-448-7090. read more

I did an Amazon return (where they package and ship the item back to Amazon) here and they didn't process it correctly. I called ahead to see if I could arrange to drop off my returns outside the door (due to covid) and the young man agreed. When I arrived we made eye contact, I placed my items to be returned outside as agreed upon, said "thank you" and walked away. As I was returning to my car, my husband said the young man gave me a nasty look before taking my items back inside. Later I only received confirmation from Amazon that 1 of my 2 items were successfully returned. I immediately wrote the store an email (they were closed once I received the email and closed the next day) inquiring whether or not they included both returns and I still (to this day) have not received any communication from them (going on 3 weeks, tomorrow). I have since sent requests to no avail. When I previously sent an email inquiring about their hours I received an email within a hour... so, someone answers their emails... Very disappointed. read more

The employees at the store are absolutely incredible! I can't say enough about Shameel. He went out of his way on his day off to pick up my packages at my hotel to ensure that they would go out same day. I was from out of town and needed to make sure my boxes got to a tradeshow in another city in a timely fashion. It was a Saturday and the hotel I was staying at could not get them out until Monday. Shameel appreciated my sense of urgency, showed up on time, and hand carried my boxes to the UPS store since I did not have transportation. The fee associated with this was nominal and worth every penny! I SO appreciated their team going above and beyond! I would give more than 5 stars!!! read more

I had the pleasure of witnessing some AWESOME customer service at this location when I was in yesterday. The young lady behind the counter was helping an older lady with her amazon return. So refreshing to see somebody go out of their way for others just because. Great job guys! read more

My lack of knowledge of what an "Amazon Hub" is made returning my purchase a headache. I heard The Ups Store handled Amazon returns and I couldn't have picked a better location to see for myself. The employee I first spoke to was very easy to deal with; he spoke clearly, paid attention to what I was saying, and didn't himhaw around when he couldn't help. He got the attention of the manager who gave me clear directions on how to get my return method switched to the UPS Store, including the exact number to call. What I was expecting to be an hour long ordeal (tracking down a box that fits, printing a label, driving all the way to portland) was handled in 20 minutes. Plus the store is nice and clean! read more

I was in a rush to get a document notarized when I walked in and saw a long line with just one nice lady working. I immediately, and dissapointmently, thought "this is going to take awhile." However the lady (Viviana), wasn't a typical customer service provider. That girl had an "I've got this attitude" so few possess. She hustled and multi-tasked like no other! Meanwhile, she had the warmest and kindest attitude toward each and every customer and I was amazingly impressed. I was in and out of there in no time flat. She knew her job and did it extrondarliy well. What a great experience I had. Thank you Viviana, for not letting the enormously huge crowd knock you off your game in the slightest! You're a UPS store rockstar in my opinion. read more
