This was & is a real review that explained my experience with Ryonet in December of 2016. Below is the original review. I also find it funny that other negative reviews for this company are listen under the "reviews that are not currently recommended". 12/8/16- "I'd like to thank Ryonet for trying to steal my money. I ordered ink early last week. Ryonet took my money & only shipped half of the order out. I never received a shipping confirmation. Half of my order arrived late last night. I contacted Ryonet today to try & find out where the rest of my order was & I'm told that the ink I selected, ordered, charged & paid for was discontinued. The ink was still on the site, my card was charged & I received an order confirmation. At no point did Ryonet ever take the time to alert me that this product was discontinued. I'm sitting here waiting for this ink to arrive in order to do a job & now I'm screwed. How do you charge people for a product that you no longer carry? How do you not at the very least let the person (who was already charged for the product & shipping) know that you no longer carry this product? How do you not take it off of the site at the very least? You would have been fine with just keeping my money if I never bothered contacting you. Also, BTW I love being treated like an "oversight" & like "stuff like this happens" when I spoke with the Ryonet rep. Real awesome customer service. It took over 30 mins to process my refund. One of the top trending topics in West Linn the past year was the closure of our local post office…read morein the Central Village area. While to many it may seem an outmoded form of communication, boy do you miss this service when it is gone. Suddenly a quick trip while on a grocery run became more of an ordeal trekking to Oregon City. Not only the distance, but that is a very busy location in the best of times. Last month, the post office opened at this new location on the hill in the Cascade Summit shopping center. It is enormous compared to its predecessor and painted in bright orange and blue hues and everything is spacious. In the old post office, you could barely fit three customers inside (pre-COVID). One thing to get used to is the drive-up/drop-off mailbox which is in the parking lot, not connected to the building. While they offer all of the standard and expected services, it does not appear that they are passport processing center yet. While they have standard business hours in the lobby, there appears to be 24 hour access to mailboxes. Although there was a lot of drama associated with the closure of the old location and selection of this new location, I am very happy to have a post office up and running in town.
