Kendra and her team are A+, 20/10. I've given them my business personally and professionally. They've did fantastic work and even my co workers in our marketing team started using them for printing sell sheets, etc. their quality was better than our previous vendors. I will always go with Kendra and her team! One side note, be mindful around the holidays. Lots of folks will get calendars and Christmas cards printed. In the spring/summer lots of folks will have them print for the parades, etc. be sure to plan ahead so that you aren't putting some sort of last minute project on their plate. I try and give 1-2 weeks lead time in case they're juggling a lot. But usually it's a fast turn around time. Excellent value, can't recommend them more! Support local! read more

At the last minute I decided to run for a position on our HOA board. There were only five business days before the voting, and one of those was a national holiday. With more than 100 fellow owners to reach with my message, I decided. to place door knob hangers rather than trusting the mail. Several business friends had spoken highly of Ink Ability in Battle Ground. My wife called early Friday morning and talked with Kendra, the owner. She said if we had the camera-ready copy in by 3 PM, we could have it by 4 PM on Saturday. (They're usually not open Saturdays, but planned to be closed Monday for the holiday). By 3 PM I was only able to have the front of the door hanger complete and emailed it to them. By 4:15 I had the second side done and sent it as well. They acknowledged they had received both sides. About 9 PM one of my campaigners called saying I had put the wrong date. In giant text I had "May 22nd" instead of "February 22nd!" I corrected it, then decided to enlarge the front text to make it more readable. Reviewing the back and noticed I had put my permanent email address and phone number instead of my campaign email and temporary Google phone number. So I corrected those as well and At midnight I emailed the corrected version to them and received an acknowledgment Saturday morning. I mentioned that I understood I might have an additional charge for any work they had already done on the aincorrect version. About 11 AM Saturday I received a message that my order was ready to pick up. Kendra was meaning the store when I arrived. She was very upbeat and had done a perfect job of printing the door hangers. And there were NO additional charges. There is no doubt in my mind whatsoever where I will go the next time I need something professionally printed: Kendra at Ink Ability! read more
