Their work is outstanding and the product lasts. There are no loose stitches. Prices are very reasonable and they can get small batch items back to you within a couple weeks. They do have some items in stock that you can purchase to embroider on, but I often bring my own items. Last time I went in they were saying that there is a shortage on obtaining flex fit hats for wholesale. Something to keep in mind if you would like hats to be embroidered. Also, they text you a proof of your work before completing it. That way you can let them know if you want to make any changes before your product is complete.

Four photo booths that have lots of customization options to choose from. Props are located outside of the photo booths in the middle of the store. But, you're first greeted with all the K-pop merch: kpop group albums and solo artist albums. I saw RM's Right Place Wrong Person for $22. Prices are decent and not super expensive. I also saw BTS, Aespa, Stray Kids, BlackPink, Twice, Seventeen...etc. The person working was friendly and told me Enhypen sells quickly, but they get shipment in twice a week! So check back often! They have some claw machines. Some are little keychains and trinkets/plushies, but one has photocards! There is a shelf area with a handful of lightsticks, which I can imagine are very popular. Next to that is a small area of skincare items. Overall, this place is pretty cool and captures a fun kpop vibe for those into the music. Needless to say this CUSTOMER SERVICE person did not hesitate to offer me the hoodie for free and asked if I wanted to order another one and I gladly took it for free as it's gonna get dirty anyways as it's a work hoodie, but I pass by here daily, and I will definitely be back to support this small, new local business.
