He often has a Mohawk or colored hair. The ladies are so friendly and are very nice. I am currently waiting on an embroidery order for myself. I cannot wait to see it! Their work is outstanding and the product lasts. There are no loose stitches. Prices are very reasonable and they can get small batch items back to you within a couple weeks. They do have some items in stock that you can purchase to embroider on, but I often bring my own items. Last time I went in they were saying that there is a shortage on obtaining flex fit hats for wholesale. Something to keep in mind if you would like hats to be embroidered. Also, they text you a proof of your work before completing it. That way you can let them know if you want to make any changes before your product is complete.

If you need quality patches I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going else where and if you even argue a tiny bit about price or quality the owner who is not a true local gets nasty with you. If you want work done quality work find a true Washington local that deserves your business not this second had quality scam artist. Not only did the owner over charge us but changed the prices not once not twice but 3 times.

I was told they were there forever so I gave them a shot. The work took three times as long as they said it would take. The place is very dirty and messy. My order was very expensive for the quality of work. I didn't want to pay for the shabby work but had to. I recommend going anywhere, I mean ANYWHERE on the planet except for here. It's sad to say but it's that bad. Sometimes you gotta know when to hang it up, or get someone else in there.

On that Monday, instead of a tracking update, I received a duplicate shipment confirmation. A second order was created on my account by their system, giving me no window to cancel it.Knit Picks then double-charged my credit card--including charging me twice for identical PDF digital patterns. I had to explicitly call them out on this double charge before they finally agreed to refund the duplicate digital files.For the duplicate yarn package, customer service refused to take accountability. They told me that if I open the box, I have to pay out of pocket to ship their mistake back. Their solution was to tell me to leave it closed and do a "Return to Sender." This shifts the tracking risk and weeks of shipping delays onto me just to get my refund for a glitch they caused. Zero effort was made to make this right, offer a discount, or apologize for the massive inconvenience. Terrible system infrastructure and completely lazy customer service.
