He and his crew we're very quick in wrapping with large blankets, loading and unloading. There was no talking just got to business right away! Very impressed with their ability to deliver the goods down long and steep moss covered driveway almost getting too stuck to get out. He did not even charge me for their time trying to get up and out of the property which took an additional 30 mins! Although their advertised cost per hr was more than others, they actually we're probably cheaper with being very quick and efficient as well as only charging 15mins time from/to their office due to both locations being outside Vancouver area. Great packing and no damage to anything. Faster and cheaper than expected. You just get the vibe they know what they're doing. One small anecdote, as an example. I moved my household goods into a storage unit. I didn't expect it all to fit. I planned on overflow and additional storage possibilities. They arrived at the unit, Sam looked at the available space and calmly informed me it would be enough. I am a legit customer and will say these guys (Sam and Mike in particular) were excellent. They were careful, thorough, friendly, and professional. We have moved 3 times in the last 2 years and this move was hands down, the BEST! Other movers estimated 2-3x the cost, hours, and size of crew. Sam's crew was super efficient and professional. I was worried about floors getting wet from the rain but they put out rugs in the entryway to absorb the water and the house didn't get dirty at all. They packed, labeled, and moved things to all the right rooms, making it super easy to unpack and get settled into our new place in just a couple of days. Exceptionally polite, hard workers with a seriously focused work ethic: do the job and don't rest until it's done. I've never seen two young men hustle so much! They were so POLITE! I'm trans and I expected a bit of an issue--we're used to it--but instead of wariness, Sam the team leader was quite interested and rather impressed. Apparently, I'm the first trans person he's ever encountered. He was surprised by my profession (I'm a college writing instructor) and amazed by my collection of guitars and recording equipment. I think he was rather dumbfounded that I was nothing like the cliché he'd seen in the media. Sam (his name is actually Semyon, I believe) is from Moldavia and is another fine example of a hard-working immigrant who chose America as a place to thrive and earn a good wage. I wish him well. He and his partner were right on time--they drove a 26 foot truck up a dirt road to a little cabin on Mt. Hood where I was in temporary residence until I could find an apartment in town--and they exceeded all known speed records loading and headed back down that crazy road. THEN they waited patiently for me to arrive, unloaded, went to the storage unit I'd rented for my furniture and large possessions and moved those. All within about six and a half hours. Sam cheerfully knocked off the half hour and although the base rate was pretty spendy, it was well worth it. Not one item was damaged, not even a bit. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. They're a small operation, a family business, I gather, and they have the Right Stuff. Good men, good value for my dollar, with good Old World values: respect, hard work, courtesy, and consummate professionalism. Hire these fellows. You won't be disappointed. read more

They came out to do a walkthrough estimate - which no other company we called was doing right now. I really appreciated that because the other companies got annoying calling me all the time. They came with an almost big enough truck, got everything loaded carefully and quickly, and delivered it to our storage unit the same day. The only problem was that they didn't take everything we needed them to take. We ended up renting a storage pod because we had too much to fit in our truck. They didn't take the tv, or another wall decor piece that we had specifically asked them about. As they were finishing up, there was a wheelbarrow and a number of tools in the garage that I insisted they find room for. But they did take apart the bunk bed and carry it to the garage for a buyer to pick up. Overall, they were friendly and efficient. We were just a little annoyed that they needed a lot of prompting and reminding to get our stuff loaded. read more

Mike and Sam (movers) were very polite, considerate with my stuff, and fast! I was absolutely pleased with the experience. The only thing that might be an improvement is communication about additional costs. It was told to me before I signed the contract that it was a 4 hour minimum (fine, took about 4 hours anyway) but I didn't know they would also charge for materials. Considering how much cheaper they are than competition, it evens out but might be good to say upfront. (I also legit didn't read my contract so it might have said in there?) Worth it because they took really good care of my stuff. Definitely will be using them again in the future if needed. read more
