Tried to hack into my Sephora account as well. Took over 1000 points. Luckily was able to cancel the order. NOT COOL.

This weekend…read morethey are having their 50% off red tag clearance sale, which essentially means customers stand a chance of getting deeply discounted products. (50% off products that were already 50% off!) The store is well organized, and what's great is that every store shares the same layout and merchandising. I visited two stores today and knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. I really appreciate this consistency. I walked away with so many great finds today that will serve me well throughout the year as last-minute gift ideas for friends and family. I'm fully stocked on gifts like candles, wool lap blankets, throw pillows, hand towels, lotion, fancy soaps, etc. Yay!

However once it started burning it smelt like a dirty gym sock which defeats the purpose of the product entirely since it is supposed to give off a delightful aroma as its sole purpose. I tried to exchange it and was denied. I told them to keep the candle and recycle it. I've spent thousands of dollars here and never asked for a return except for this item which did not function for its intended purpose. The way you treat your customers will make you lose your business. Your business cannot survive without your customers and how you talk to people matters. Good luck in 2026.

I can't begin to express the amount of emotional trauma this purchase has cost us. It's been 2 years and yet nothing has been resolved. we paid extra for a warranty so we had coverage for the first year to return it and 5 years for repairs. They broke the first time I sat on them, mind you I am 120 and 4'4. As the team that set up the couches then left, my husband asked me to sit on the couch and see how the lumbar of the couch works and it broke right then and there. I called to have them fixed or returned and it took them over 8 months to come out and finally do something. They replaced the broken piece in the couch even after I said I wanted to return them because their quality is terrible. They told me they already ordered new pieces therefore that will not be possible. New ones came in and again they broke, almost the same time frame with the same problem. We contacted them again and it's been well over a year now and still hasn't been fixed or taken back. Mind you we call them on the regular and there's always an excuse why they weren't able to reach out. Like the employee was fired, the company is under new management so they will have to start the process. One of the most popular is to call back in 2 weeks if you haven't heard back. They sent a man named Gary to investigate the problem. He told me the problem was me because of my height. I have been diagnosed with X link, hypophosphatemia rickets I am not a midget nor a dorf. He had me show him how I sat down on the couch and stared pointing out how my height is the root of the problem. He said they had seen this before when small kids break couches and that is why the couch was broken. He had me go around sitting on the couches and see if they would break or if my height was making them imbalanced for about 20 mins reclining and getting off and on. I was half in tears and felt humiliated. The whole visit was about me and my disabilities not the fact that their couch broke the first time It was reclined. He would start by saying "I don't like to point fingers at customers, however" every time he was to blame me for the broken part. He brought me to tears and when I asked then why are you pointing fingers at me constantly, he started to head toward the door and said, "Well I have to go see another crazy lady because of JR Furniture". His choice of words was hurtful and very subject to my disability, not just humiliating me, but straight being discriminative to my disabilities relating me to a child... I highly doubt that a recliner can break the first time you sit in it because you are short. I called to make a complaint about how I was humiliated by their handyman Gary. When I told the manager Edward Lange what was told and what Transpired he blew up laughing "HAHAHHAHAHAHAAHAH BUT THAT'S SO FUNNY " He stated "Let me call you back in the next 2 weeks" It has been about a month. I am sick to my stomach and shocked how a manager could find any of this remotely funny. I feel humiliated unheard and discriminated against. I can try and come up with excuses for Gary all day long but I can't come up with a single one for Edward! He has no business being in his line of work if you think any of this is hilarious. I got the most unprofessional and idiotic call from Big Sky Upholstery NW regarding the word choices Gary used and the blame game he played. The lady who called was Gary's MOTHER, she called on his behalf and told me that it was me who misunderstood him and that he would never say something like that, basically calling me a liar. "I know my son he would never say something like that, he knows how to talk to customers". Honestly, these couches are the worst thing I bought! I hate them and what they have over my head now. It is astonishing how disrespectful and disgusting all these staff members have been to me. They are avoiding their end of the deal. You're screwing me over for two years now dragging out something that could have been done in weeks. I have useless recliners in my house since about July 2022. If you value your hard-earned money and your mental and emotional health please don't go to them. This has been a nightmare full of anxiety and regret.

As you walk down the staircase to the Rustic With a Twist space, the landscape and wildlife art on the walls set the tone. I was captivated by many of the scenes. Aptly named, the furniture is rustic but at the same time, a bit upscale. Perfect for your home, especially in you live in the PNW and enjoy decor that reflects the natural beauty surrounding us. It's a great way to bring the outside in and create a cohesive space with nature. Large leather couches with brass nailhead trim; comfy stairs that you can sink into; natural wood and live edge coffee tables; dining room table and chairs; sideboards; and lamps with iron bases are just some of the furniture pieces you will find. All high quality with expert craftsmanship and detail. To round out the furniture, there are textured throw blankets and pillows in neutral shades to add that comfy, lived in look. Lots of candles, antlers, brass sculptures, wooden bowls, frames, and coffee table books, too. Plus an entire wall unit dedicated to wine and barware; gotta love that! If this is your style, you definitely need to visit this shop. While here, check out the main and second floor, too. Those floors have more of a sophisticated country flair, and when I say country, I don't mean the backwoods! I mean the English or French countryside! The coffee bar on the first level has delicious pastries, sandwiches and salads. The quiche was stellar. Awesome espresso and chai drinks, too.

The home decor definitely has a French Country element, and some items remind me of Southern Living magazine profiles. Classic blue and white vases, gilded mirrors, luxurious pillows and throws, plus some occasional chairs, benches and tables. I particularly loved the gold and glass bar cart and all the barware! As you walk in you feel as if you are entering one's home with 3 connected rooms, each designed to showcase the delightful items within. One of the rooms is dedicated to their florist business and the flowers are so romantic! Peonies and roses were in abundance the day I visited. The houseplants were so unique! Trailing String of Turtles and the tiny leaves truly had markings of a sea turtle! Same with the beads of coins, string of hearts, and beads of dolphins. I want them all. Lots of gorgeous coffee table books dedicated to all things beautiful in your home and your garden. Any one of them would make a lovely gift. Hint, hint. So would the deliciously scented, high end candles, soaps and lotions, as beautifully designed as they are functional. It was a joy to walk through the shop and explore all of the treasures inside. Make sure to stop in while visiting Troutdale or passing through on the way to the Gorge!

I told my friend all I really wanted was a small box or dish for my nightstand that I could put my promise ring in. I am notorious for losing items and I definitely don't want to misplace a piece as important as my promise ring. We searched around the whole shop, which by the way is GORGEOUS, and didn't find anything like I was picturing. The owners of the store were so kind as well! I can't lie, my friend and I looked like bums walking in with our sweatpants and messy hair, but they treated us so kindly and wrapped the box meticulously for my travels back home! I am over the moon and 100% recommend Self Indulgence!!
