If you want high quality material, fast service from expert professionals and you're reading this…read morereview-- you have found the right place! I work for a Washington state agency and this is my second time working with Sherry and Scott for company T-shirts for the Annual Public Agency Spring run. We had very specific questions regarding our agency logo, I requested various information around different t-shirt brands, color, printing information, pricing, shipping, THE Works! They were fast responding- email and phone calls AND all this in the midst of preparing for their own vacation! The quote was set and true, the quality of the shirts was great-(swirl tie dye, if you can believe it) but the staff loved them and the public response was positive. I received tracking/shipping information. And when there was a mix up on two shirts -- most likely on my agency's part not the company, Scott called me directly, was very calm respectful and willing to find a solution. I just can't say enough positive things about this company. YES- I will be coming back next year! YES- I would recommend to a friend/co worker! YES- they are awesome. If you go to any other company- it will be at your own risk . LOOK no further- the place you want is Olympic Screen Printing!

Unfortunately I had one of the most unprofessional and discouraging experiences with this company…read more I placed a relatively small rush order for embroidery, was guaranteed one date (end of August) and when I called to get an update on the order and when I could pick up the owner told me (just after Fourth of July) that he had bought food for the entire production staff that gave them food poisoning and delayed our order. Being a reasonable person I believed this and waited another THREE WEEKS after the order was delayed a week. Finally I am told all but one item is ready for pickup, I go to pick up and the receptionist shares what I can only assume is the at least partial truth behind the food poisoning lie - the embroiderer had left with little to no notice. Not only was the staff very difficult to get a hold of, when I did get a hold of the owner he lied to me! Anyway fast forward to what is now 3 months later and after many calls to follow up including a promise to mail the final item that they were waiting on receipt of a larger size for, we still don't have that item. The items we do have were done incorrectly all of them in the wrong color and one item completely not what we ordered.

Second, I wanted to have a good quality product that will not only last, but that would make a big impact. I live pretty close to OSI and have seen their work in t-shirt screenings throughout the Portland area over the years. I reached out for a quote and was assigned to Taylor, I gave a rough drawing of the design and we began to talk about mask quality and how I could create a great product. The communication throughout was professional, patient and helpful. The masks were completed under the timeline they gave me and the no contact pick up was well planned. I would do business with OSI again for sure, my coworkers loved the masks and they have brought tons of joy and protection in these Covid-19 times.
