So then you cancel it before it's processed and they still charge the 10.00 fee. Then you get a notice 5 minutes later that the order is confirmed. Our company spent roughly $50K last year with them but now we've switched vendors and honestly it's for the best, new place is a lot cheaper, no shipping cost and the transfers are hot peel which is a third the overall time during production. Sorry Wellington.

Very professional, super respectful, and willing to work with me to make sure my order was perfect. I was able to talk directly with the person who was making my prints, so there was no miscommunication. I had a banner made and many many shirts with rather unique lettering and design that was kinda last minute. The Art Department gave me some expert guidance on how to make it all work so it was exactly what I wanted, but also very clean and not so cluttered like my draft was. The finished product, was too amazing for words! Way above my expectations and was blown away by the tiny details and quality. Will definitely go again. \\\\\Just a side note-they are a whole-saler, who only sell to businesses, with a business license. And it's only the applied transfers, so you'll have to be in the shirt making business (they just make the art work for you to resell) /////

All in all a very good experience and recommend if you need professional assistance along the way!
