When I called to see about some tinting and a possible wrap for a new Toyota I was told that the money I'd given them expires after a year but they'd see what they could do and call me back. After searching Yelp for an auto detailer, I reached out to Blaine about his services. We had some…read moreback and forth about getting my wife's car detailed for her birthday and after finally sending some pictures to him of her car, he gave me a call to go over the details about what services he could provide and to get me an initial quote. He also asked if we'd like to schedule a date/time, which we did. He mentioned "after 1pm" when I asked what time would be good on the day of, to which I said "great!". Well, the day arrived, and 1pm came and went. 2 pm came...and went....2:45 I send him a text thinking maybe his previous job is running long, not a big deal as we're not busy....and I don't hear anything. 3pm comes and goes. 4pm arrives and I decide to call him. Blaine picks up and when I mention we had an appointment he said he "doesn't remember booking anything out that far", but that he could "check his messages". He also mentioned he was working on another car at the moment and could try to come by afterwards, or that he could try Sunday or Monday (our appointment was on Saturday). I told him to forget about it and that we won't be using his services. If he can so easily forget an appointment with a client, and act so unworried that it was missed, that kind of insouciant attitude can easily be projected onto the work he would've provided. This is the epitome of unprofessional and I would in no way recommended Blaine for his detailing services.

I'm not sure they will ever fully come out! I'd recommend him for that. However he was 1 hour late from the planned time. I didn't think the planned Time was enough, so I also asked him if he wanted to come earlier than scheduled since my wife needed the car at 1pm and he said no. I'm sure that's why the jobs wasn't fully completed. At $240 I would expect the job to be done perfect. What I got was the job of stain removing done really well and dirt still left in other parts of the car. He didn't have enough time. I left him a $20 tip. He worked very hard while he was there. I'm sure he would do better and worth the money spent if he had more time.

In any case, I wanted to say that I was really impressed with Sign Wizards from the beginning. I worked with both Sara and Lena who were both excellent. The background is that I started my own solo plastic surgery practice and was in need for a sign behind the lobby counter as well as vinyl for the glass within my front door. I had seen their storefront as well as looked at examples of their work. They seem to do a ton of well-known businesses in the area. All I can say is that from day 1, they met my very high expectations. We started communicating about a sign a while ago knowing that the lead time for a large metal sign could be a few weeks. The vinyl took less time, but they met with us and turned around an awesome design with multiple versions in a very short time period. Both were just recently installed and look amazing. The whole sign process was painless (in a sea of painful processes related to building). Fast turnaround, great communication, and an amazing product. And I also though their prices were very fair as well considering the quality of the signs I received. See for yourself in the photos. I give them my highest recommendation.

He was very fairly priced, which was a relief because some shops really charge a ton for wrap! He helped me pick the color I wanted, with real in person samples. Gave me suggestions and we ended up with 3M, Dragon Fire Red. Once we picked the color, he sent me regular updates on how things were going and he made sure to ask if he was unsure about something. While I received pictures the entire time, coming and seeing It in person made me realize at how incredible the car looked, but more importantly, the quality and attention to detail it got! Ironically when I posted a photo to my social media, everyone thought I repainted it because every single corner and crevice looked OEM.
