STORY: Our large t-shirt order(500+) was placed and paid for in full with a detailed list of requirements and photos of the designs needed on May 13th 2017. After many phone calls and e-mails that were full of excuses from 503Print I did not receive my order till July 10. When I started going through my order there were so many errors and missing shirts that I had to contact them and they said they would "make it right". Another month and more empty promises on delivery dates and I finally get the replacement shirts for the order. The "replacement shirts" had issues as well, missing shirts, misprints, and they had even snuck some of my returned errors from the original order that I had brought back to try and bulk up the replacement order. After more than 4 months of waiting and excuses I still do not have a complete order or refund form my missing and misprinted items. I have contacted them yet again for pointing out these issue and only requesting a refund for the missing and misprinted shirts nothing more. I been contacting them daily via phone calls, text and e-mails, and haven't heard back from them in a week and a half.

Perhaps he's very busy (and like I said, he's very nice on the phone) but sadly, with the lack of response and flaking I had to find another local company to create our banners due to time constraints of when they were needed. Thankfully, the new company I went with was able to send me mock ups next day and I had signs with in 3 days. A to Z signs seems like they would be a good business to use, if you can actually get them to make your signs, but if you're not wanting to get the run around, use someone else.

They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I would rate the end result with a single star. but I gave them two instead. I'm sorry to post this negative review. I'm glad to know that there are many five star reviews.

He was the only one in the store and I knew that on a Saturday evening, nobody wants to stay at work any longer than they have to, would never have known that they were closing if I didn't see it on the door coming in. Someone needs to tell Scrubby's those kinds brushes aren't for paint. I guess they're hearing it now if they ever read these reviews.

Realizing I wanted to replace all the windows and patio doors, I delayed a year and contacted Frank when I was ready. First of all, Frank is a joy to work with. He was always communicative, prompt and friendly. He offered for us to come out to the showroom and see the windows and doors in person. I went with the Milgard Trinsic Windows and Doors. Second, the install team was excellent. Every day, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. Having a number of contractors for projects over the past 5 years, this team has been the best. I moved out of the house during the project, but I stopped by daily and everything was always cleaned up and in order. Third, I really appreciated the effort and thoroughness on the last day of cleaning the exterior and especially the interior of the house. The team takes great pride in their work and you can tell that is 100% employee owned. If I had to say there was a down side, its you may be in for a wait when placing your order because their work is in high demand (the first year quote, I would have had to wait 4-5 months). Finally, the windows and doors are beautiful. What a difference this made in regards to temperature, sound, and clarity. Not to mention, the ease at using the doors and the contemporary narrow frame modernized our home. We could not be happier.
