However, I wasn't ever able to use his services due to the fact that for 5 weeks now I've been trying to get them to send me a mock up for approval of a very simple vinyl banner design (text only). I've never received emails or phone calls back despite them saying they would send things out that day. Perhaps he's very busy (and like I said, he's very nice on the phone) but sadly, with the lack of response and flaking I had to find another local company to create our banners due to time constraints of when they were needed. Thankfully, the new company I went with was able to send me mock ups next day and I had signs with in 3 days. A to Z signs seems like they would be a good business to use, if you can actually get them to make your signs, but if you're not wanting to get the run around, use someone else.

To date I've sent hundreds of emails, texts and calls with excuse after excuse including Ice storms on a clear day, kidney operation, phone dropped in lake. Texts stating :I'm on my way there right now, I'll have pictures in a few minutes, refund payment has been sent (no records showing payment)"
