Great place to order from or visit. Absolutely loved this place. It's a bit out of the way as it's not on the most trafficked street but it's definitely worth a visit. The menu is quite extensive from interesting salad combinations, fish tartars, gourmet burgers, crepes, etc. Surprisingly, ALL the food is delicious and high quality. Also, loved the fact that breakfast is available all day and loved their large, foamy cappuccinos served with rock sugar on a stick. Great find and highly recommend esp to locals. read more

For a party of 10, the food was brought out at different times, leading to a awkward situation where nobody wanted to eat without waiting for all the food to come out, which was another 10 minutes. The food that was brought out, two dishes were sent back for being cold. Another order was sent back because over medium eggs were ordered, but they brought over a sunny side up egg. An omelette had a fish bone inside of it. They supposedly ran out of French fries, and gave everyone sweet potatoes fries. Coffee was ordered at the start of the meal, and asked to be brought immediately, 20 minutes later and three times asked, they had the audacity to bring us the coffee cold, after we witnessed it sitting on the counter the entire time. The egg Benedict's were overcooked, and did not spill out when cut into. Overall a terrible experience, I've never seen a restaurant have so many problems in one sitting, definitely a no go ‍. read more

We used to love this restaurant and came a few times for dinner with our friends, but last time we had to wait for a very long time, and when we decided to leave without main dish, the waiter said that our fish is ready and we have to pay for it. We were exhausted and agreed to take this fish home. When we came home (very hungry) and opened the box with the fish, it looked horrible, burned and we had to threw it away. I've ordered probably 20 times from here before posting this review and I have to say so far nothing that I have ordered from here has disappointed me. My favorite's would have to be their grilled Branzino(European bass) and tuna tartare, everything they serve is well seasoned and taste's very fresh. Wow cafe has horrible customer service for delivery. I often order soups for kids, every time the order is wrong or not completed. This time Ella took the order for delivery, in 50 min she calls me back that order is ready for pick up?! I ordered 4 soups with meatballs for the kids, one soup came without meatballs( this is not the first time). It's useless to speak to the manager and complain, she still works there. read more

Just had dinner there tonight with a party of 6. The server could not have been more wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious. You must try the salmon tar tar; perfect consistency and seasoning! I also had the cheese burger and it was cooked to perfection; super juicy and flavorful. Everyone was thrilled with their meal, and the deserts were perfect (try the tiramisu or the banana one; I forget the name - banana Rockefeller?). One star is too many. The waiter with the female hair tied up in what I believe is supposed to be a man bun doesn't belong in this industry. He does a great job messing up your order and blames you for his mistakes. It's no wonder the whole restaurant is empty when we arrived. Terrible service! I was trying to place an order with them for over two hours they kept telling me their kitchen is too busy and they aren't taking any new orders and to call back in an hour and they will take my order. I call back they're still not taking any orders and told me to wait half an hour more. Long story short 3 hours go by and they're still not accepting orders and told me to wait even longer. If you haven't been accepting new orders for the last 3 hours then how come you aren't able to fulfill the ones you already had? Is there one person on staff in the entire kitchen? I highly doubt that! Also why can't you give accurate information over the phone, I would've easily ordered from somewhere else if I knew I had to wait 3 hours past my lunch break to eat lunch. They don't know how to be honest with their customers and tell them accurate information in hopes they still come back and order meanwhile you lose customers by lying to them. As I sit here typing this, I am absolutely disgusted with this establishment. I used to enjoy frequenting here and our friends using them for catering and events... but.. NEVER AGAIN. My mother called them almost a week before to make reservations for 12 people for her birthday. They just called her ( 2 nights before the party, during the busy holiday season) and told her that they can't take her reservation anymore because they need to accommodate a larger party. They said that the other party paid half of the money upfront and there is nothing they can do. I understand from a $$$ standpoint, but in terms of customer service?? This is ridiculous. They said that the party was planned a while ago and they added more people last minute. So if you know this.. why not make us aware of this when we were making reservations then call the party and ask for the final headcount. Then they could have told us yes or no. They are greedy and now we must find last minute reservations right before the holidays. Beware if you are booking with them. They lost good patrons and friends of them and on. read more

Tried to give this place a second shot, ordered delivery this time and it was one miss after another. Under cooked skirt steak on the Caesar salad, medium rib eye came basically rare in the middle. Falafel was rock hard and inedible. Mozzarella salad and home fries were fine but that's not enough. Even the baked sweet potato wasn't that great, I tried to have it for leftovers the next day and it didn't even seem edible. Although I've heard the food is quite decent, this restaurant's customer service is a complete disgrace. If you plan to celebrate your loved one's special occasion think twice before you make a reservation. My mother got a call at 10 in the morning telling her that a new employee messed up and double booked a table for the afternoon, and therefore they have to cancel my mom' reservation ON the Day of the Reservation! What a shame. A 15% discount was offered for the next time, but who can trust these people any more ? If I was the owner/ manager of this business I would at least offer a 100$ gift card. The table was for 11 people. I remember this place being empty just a few months ago... and with these business practices give it a few more months - they won't be able to scrape up for rent. read more
