Plenty of mustard (awesome). Photogenic. But, the meat was overcooked and dry, and there wasn't a single napkin in that huge bag. So, 4/5 stars, which was rounding up from 3.75/5.

During a trip to Corvallis, I stopped by Wise Cracks with my daughter for a quick breakfast while we were in town for her sister's volleyball tournament. It turned out to be a delightful find. The restaurant had a charming, cozy vibe, and despite not having a reservation, we were seated right away since it was early on a Sunday morning. Our waiter, Isaieh, was incredibly friendly, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. We decided to split French toast with a side of bacon and hashbrowns, which was a perfect portion for two people. The food came out quickly, and everything was delicious. Overall, Wise Cracks is a cute little spot in Corvallis, and I'd definitely return with the rest of the family for another yummy breakfast outing. Absolutely hate this place!! The only reason this place is busy is because they are the only breakfast place in town besides Shari ! The place is not taken care of, such as the spoons are always dirty and there is always hair in the food. My husband and I completely stoped going to this place after the servers there were constantly rude to us. They always switch the rules there about ordering food to go. Service is not great. Overworked waitresses and occasional rudeness from the staff. The food is overpriced and mediocre. Much of it is factory food--the potatoes are frozen, the pancakes and waffles are not made from scratch. All-in-all it's kind of like an overpriced Denny's or Elmer's. I had breakfast with a friend before work and when I tried to pay my $12.45 bill with a $20, I was told I'd have to wait 15 minutes until the bank opened because the waitress didn't have enough money to give me change.
