I was having issues charging my iPhone 6s where I would really have to push the charging cable in enough and/or wiggle it to the right enough so that it would make a connection to charge. Any slight movement would break the connection. I called Wireless Options and was told this is usually caused by a build up of lint in the charging port and that I could remove the impacted lint myself with a thin paper clip or really small tweezers - but if that didn't work for me I could bring it in and it could be serviced for a very reasonable price (I believe it was $55). I was able to get the lint out and resolve the problem myself, and called Wireless Options back to express how much I appreciated his honesty! read more

Gary is amazing! For the past year, my iPhone has simply refused to charge regularly--I've had to manipulate the ONE cord that worked to charge the phone, eventually resorting to wrapping it around the phone so I wouldn't have to hold it in place continually. And then, that cord broke, and I was done, thinking I would have to get a new phone and chalking it up to simply broken pieces. Phenomenal customer service! Gary was very accommodating. My bf fell while running with our dog and completely shattered his iPhone 10. Shattered with glass pieces falling off the screen, the screen was completely inoperable. It was working as always but with a completely useless screen and bright white light lines stretched across the top to bottom. Even though Gary hadn't opened a Nexus 5x before, he found a YouTube tutorial and meticulously took my phone apart with surgical precision and the utmost care.
