It doesn't get any better than this!! I emailed Gary at 7pm to get a quote for a cracked screen on an Iphone 6S. He responded asking if I needed it fixed that night!! Because I am not a crazy person, I told him that I was hoping to have it fixed the following day. Gary responded back with a quote and I told him I'd be by Friday afternoon. When I arrived, Gary remembered our conversation and told me to pull up a chair. I sat down and talked with him for about 20 minutes while he replaced my screen. He is honestly one of those people who, after having a conversation with him, you want to be his friend for life. Gary's customer service is the best I have ever experienced by far. My phone 6s was unable to be charged. That little green pilot light in the upper right corner just wouldn't go on. Gary fixed the problem without needing to change the charging port. His charge for what he did was nominal. Not only that he stayed in touch with me via several text messages the rest of the afternoon as at first I thought his repair had not worked. Review from my husband -- I needed a new battery for my iPhone 6+. Kiki greeted me and said it would take 30 minutes all told. She was right. Unfortunately, as I was about to leave the phone restarted on its own. She right away said that the battery was faulty. It turns out the whole batch of 4 batteries was faulty. I can't recommend Gary at Wireless Options in Oakland enough. I used Yelp's "Get a quote" option to make contact the first time. I filled out the form to give him more info about my phone and the problem, I have an LG and the repair was a battery and charging port problem, and he got right back to me, sent me a link to the part we needed so I could order it on amazon and quoted me the labor cost. He didn't try to sell me the part at an increased price. He replaced the battery and it didn't completely fix the problem. We figured out the port was also an issue so again he gave me the part link and when it came in I dropped off the phone and the next day he let me know it was fixed and ready to go. He tested all the charging systems and gave me back a working phone for a tenth of the cost of buying a new phone which is just not an option right now. read more

Was told that the screen was an authentic apple screen when it clearly wasnt and I wouldve been fine with it if I were told from the beginning that it wasnt but it sucks to find out Ive been lied to after the fact. Went home and noticed that the screen had grey ribbing running across it. Also the screen was set a bit higher than my original screen. Service was minimal if anything. Prices are higher than most other vendors ive tried and also takes longer than most other places to get a phone fixed. Screen was faulty and had issues with the touch sensor a few months in. Also it's cash only. Honestly would definitely not recommend this place as a first option. read more

I've been a devoted customer of Wireless Options for several years. Over the years I've known Gary (owner), I purchased two cases for an older Motorola Atrix II phone and loved them both! The sparkly kind, with "bling"! He went out of his way to find cases for my now "ancient" phone. But when I upgrade to a newer phone, I'll hit his place first for a new case. I also purchased a car charger, extra charger for work and a screen protector (the "film" you lay over the glass), which Gary expertly applied for me so it wouldn't have any bubbles in it.
