I initially went somewhere in SF to get my phone fixed. A day later my phone stopped working and I did not feel like heading back out that way. I had the pleasure of meeting Gary, who had no problem meeting me closer to where I was, at his Vallejo location. Problem after problem and Gary was so attentive, as well as his associate Kyla. Needless to say, my phone is back up and running thanks to Gary (and Kyla). Anytime I have a problem with my phone, guarantee I'll be contacting them. They got the job done and provided excellent customer service! -Thanks. read more

My grandson's iPhone 6 was severely cracked and the screen nearly came off. Thanks to Gary the phone was completely repaired and instead of facing a pricey deductible, the phone was repaired for a reasonable price. Not to mention he's open 24 hours so I got it back by the end of the night. read more

My iPhone 6s screen was completely broken into small pieces. My doctor recommended Gary. Quick excellent service at a great price. Gary explained to me what was needed told me everything upfront. His niece actually did the work and did an excellent job. When I had some issues charging the phone after I got home he explained what I needed to do was simply clean out the port that connected to the charger. Which was easy to do and took care of the issue. he did tell me if I had any issues everything is guaranteed and if needed he would even come to my home to take care of it. read more

I'm kinda pissed because my phone constantly freezes after I got my phone screen fixed here and I was in the process of moving to LA.. Now I live here and I can't get it re fixed by him and would have to of full price somewhere else. But I saw a girl come in while mine was being fixed with the same problem and he repaired it for her for free.. So he will probs fix it but I'm frustrated that my phone freezes every 5 seconds. But super nice guy. Great prices. Cute ass dogs. read more

I brought my phone in because it stopped charging and I had an important phone all coming up in a few hours. Gary immediately let me know the issue was not something he could fix in his shop, and referred me to another business--even texted them to ask if they could do an urgent repair for me, all without charging me anything. He also offered me a loaner phone. I was able to get my phone fixed in time. Thank you sir! read more

Gary was absolutely awesome! My 3 year old niece would look at my iPhone and say "oh no it's broken" every time I saw her. I finally gave in and said to myself I should get a new screen. Gary helped me out with some serious screen damage today! Responded quickly, repair was fast and well done and he has competitive pricing. He offered to do the repair at my place or in the shop downtown. I preferred the shop because of the two friendly dogs :) phone looks and feels great! read more

Our daughter dropped my husband's iPad and shattered the screen so bad that part of the frame was even chipped! Within minutes of contacting Wireless Options, Gary picked up the iPad and had it fixed and ready for pick-up in less than 24 hours as a surprise to them both for Christmas! If you can't get to his location, I highly recommend asking about their pick-up and delivery services. Because of the ease and cost, I'd repair again before I'd replace in a heartbeat. read more

I've never been here personally, but I'm always calling to see if they fix certain screens or sell used phones. Super helpful! They even recommend other places if they don't have the service you need which a lot of companies don't do! read more

Helped me out with a water issue. Definitely wen't above and beyond the quoted service. I would recommend to anyone.

I spoke to Gary after I dropped my brand new iPhone in water. We exchanged emails and he was extremely sympathetic and helpful. He offered to look at the phone and not charge me if it could not be fixed. He was extremely sweet and generous with me. I went to his workplace and he was so warm and helpful. He was also training a younger female employee so that she could help him run his business. I was very welcomed and taken care of. He kept the phone for testing overnight and the news was not good. He went out of his way to be helpful and to try and help me without wanting anything unless he could fix it. I have not run across a sweeter guy than Gary in my time of need and distress. And, he really knows his stuff. I highly recommend him for your cell phone needs. I'd go back in a second. read more

A little late on my review but man I was excited to come across this place. I was able to get my daughters tablet fixed at an extremely reasonable price. Wireless Options is in the neighborhood, and if it wasn't, I'd drive (or take BART). Gary is prompt beyond expectation, extremely precise in his craft, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. He has earned my highest recommendation. read more

Turnaround time here is great. I had my screen fixed in 30mins. The quality is 95% of what the Apple Store offers ( the home button had a slightly different feel to it ) but it's fully functional. They also do not accept cards as of now. read more

Too bad I did not have a great experience with this repair shop as everyone else did. Unfortunately for me, I went in to get a screen repair and left with the same cracked screen AND a nonfunctioning home button after repair then told to go to Apple for repair. read more

Gary did a great job of repairing my iPhone 5. I came in needing a new battery and he did it quickly and well at a good price. He also was very helpful in making sure I knew how to take care of the battery and get the best performance out of it. A few days later we came back because the phone charging cord did not click in properly. Without question Gary replaced the charging port free of charge. Even though it was not the part that he had directly replaced, he was more than happy to get the phone back to perfect function. He had incredible integrity and stands behind his work 100%. I would trust him with my phone unconditionally, I know that he will always make it right and be fair. He is also a great guy and fun to hang out with. read more

Gary was super-responsive to my phone calls as I worked with him to arrange a first-thing-in-the morning screen replacement for an iPhone 7 with a crush injury. I was uncertain if the phone would even be working. He checked it out in a few seconds, said with a new screen it would be ready in half an hour, and so it was! I could see he had to do some extra work and use a few tricks because the damage was so bad. I'll send any and all my friends with phone repair issues his way. Did I mention "open 24 hours!" read more

Gary is extremely nice and did an amazing job. He replaced my screen in under 30mins and it works perfectly. Competitively priced and just an all around nice guy. If I have to get another phone fixed I will definitely come here. read more

Unfortunately, I can only say one positive note about this place, which is that Gary (owner) seemed kind and personable. In my opinion, he is in the wrong business though. My broken Iphone screen was repaired for a competitive price, but, the camera was broken in the process and he was unable to repair it in a timely manner. After bringing it back to him he realized he didn't have a replacement part (understandable) therefor he would order it and call me asap. I have yet to receive a call. Also, a week later, the whole screen popped completely off, in my bag, not as a result of impact or anything that should cause such a casualty. During the original repair Gary stated that he didn't believe it was important to replace all the little screws/parts or clean the inner mechanisms before putting the phone back together. Anyone who knows anything about electronics should know that dust and smudges CAN damage the device. In such a competitive business as mobile phone repair shops, one can not expect to last if they offer such low quality service. read more

Gary and his staff, specifically Kiki, were incredibly helpful in answering any questions/concerns I had related to fixing the display & screen on my Android phone. They communicated thoroughly with me about the process in attempting to fix my phone and were transparent every step of the way. They're definitely skilled at what they do in repairing phone screens and above all, I appreciated their courteous service. They really understand and take heed of customer concerns and it really showed when they took the extra effort to attempt to fix the LCD on my phone, despite it not being an iPhone (iPhones are what they specialize in). This type of quality customer service is truly one of a kind and I will undoubtedly return in the event my current phone display needs replacement or is even simply acting up. Thank you again, Kiki and Gary! read more

Gary responded to my quote request in a few minutes, opened his store that was closed and fixed my iPhone 6s in less than 20 minutes for $150 flat. Not only was the service quick and professional, Gary was extremely friendly and even played music while he fixed my phone. 5 stars without a doubt! read more

Wow, Gary provides excellent customer service and is extremely knowledgeable about iPhone repairs. I tried to replace my iPhone 5s battery by myself, but could not get the phone to work properly after completing my "repairs". I called Wireless Options this morning, Gary said to come on by, and within 20 minutes he had taken care of my issues. He only charged me $20 and even agreed to dispose of the old battery for me. Great customer service, great technical service and very inexpensive. I wish I had gone to Wireless Options first, I would have saved time and money rather than trying to do the repairs myself. Thank you Gary! read more

Nicest place ever. My phone wouldn't charge and was going to die. I was out of town and relying on it for everything. The owner found a charger that worked, charged it for me for free and said I could come back the next day if my charger still wouldn't work. Then he had a charger on hand to sell me. He was honest, incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful. Saved the day! Thanks! read more
