First time at this location. Busy! Same set up as all the rest. Today the wings were giant. (Fabulous). A veritable feast! Nice selection of wet and dry wings. Cooked nice and crisp and moist ... Many people were taking out! Seating is limited. However we did find a nice spot. Not a fan of the hallway set up for seating. Seems a common set up in many location. Parking was tight. Well this came to a shock to me I must say. I always liked Wingstop because they had amazing flavors they're something unique about it especially because it's only (chicken wings ) . However, I just recently ordered Garlic Parmesan boneless wings, now usually I'm excited about it, now they've let me down .... The wings we're way to salty and also was the fries and the wings we're semi-cold which came to a shock to me usually they're piping hot. And also the most devastating part, they weren't crispy at all mostly soggy.. I know I know , they're known for an amazing crisp but not this time also they went overboard with the Parmesan as you can see in the photo Usually they're amazing, I guess you can say this Wingstop is a (Hit or Miss ) ... Ordered ahead of time to avoid the wait to arrive and have our whole order messed up. Cashier proceeds to cash us out after they agree to re fix everything. The workers are in a huddle in front of the food talking I guess you need many people to fix one meal. The young girl goes on to tell us it will take a couple minutes to fix while they take the sauce off some wings WHAT !!! I asked her how that works she tried to tell her story not interested due to already being upset. Workers continue to talk amounts themselves of course probably talking about how to half ass fix the food. I was driving for work and had a sudden craving for wings!!! So I looked up the closest spot and it happend to be wingstop. I am not gonna lie the location on Campbell is my go to for wings usually. I was slightly unsure how to order just for my self as I usually order for the whole family (5 people min). The woman on the phone helped me and was so very nice. I showed up about 15 minutes later and the food was right on time. In person the employees where just as friendly. All in all a good 5 star experience for this type of place. This is the worst experience I've had ordering from wingstop. The staff were cursing at the register. The food wasn't ready. Then when I returned 10 minutes later, it was cold. Everything about the order was wrong. When I picked up the food, I noticed the fries were wrong & pointed it out but instead of getting me fresh fries that you can see just came out of the fryer, they put seasoning on the cold ones I told them was wrong. This evening I received the WORST customer service from this location . First they didn't deliver my veggies I ordered and charged me for . Then 1/2 the wings I ordered were so HOT , I couldn't eat them . When I called the location had a very RUDE girl who told me it wasn't there problem , I needed to call Door Dash , they never gave me my veggies it wasn't Door Dash's fault . My real issue was I asked to speak to MANGER and was told she could assist me as she spoke NO ENGLISH !!!!! I proceeded to ask her name it was Spanish and couldn't I understand the girl on the phone as I don't know any Spanish only English , I requested that she spell the name for me ... the Manager and girl on phone while I could hear spoke only Spanish to one another . Watched too many wing stop commercials this past weekend! Decided to come in to try the mango habanero wings. I got to admit, the sauce was actually pretty good. The guys at the counter had me sample it before ordering, thinking I wouldn't like the spiciness of it. Lol. They just don't know me! =) Haha. Anyway, it was nice & sweet with that hot & spicy kick to it! My favorite flavor is still the garlic parmesan though! It was worth a try. Before this, I hadn't been to a wing stop for a while. I now remember why... The wait is forever! If you are going to place an order, I recommend ordering beforehand either by phone or online (yes, you can do this!) so you won't have to wait long. I waited about 15-20 minutes for a combo order (wings, fries, & drink). Luckily there was a TV in the dining area, so I wasn't bored. Plus, the staff was nice too. I never really cared for wings but then one day I had a great basket full one day and they were delicious. Sadly that was in Florida. Now I'm all about finding some good wings with delicious sauce. The wing stop is not too bad, staff very very friendly. The wings were hot, fresh and crisp in all the right places. the hot sauce was very plain, seemed outta the bottle, no butter or other spices added. I walked in to be told by two employees who told me they were not open yet, but the boss was there and it should not be an issue to make my order. They told their boss I was there to make an order. The thing is while I waited to order the two employees were preparing food. They were not wearing masks. I waited for about 5 minutes, with my mask on, just for their boss as they called him to come out and tell me they do not open for 30 more minutes. Guess what, he wasn't wearing a mask either. We got this food for to go, they gave us boneless instead of bone in, food was okay . i had been craving wing stop for a while and it was not bad overall . The boneless Hawaiian wings were good, french fries were over seasoned .. we called the owner because of the wings and they ended up telling us that if we came back the next week they would give us our order for free, which obviously made my week. While I usually order using the app and my order is ready when I arrive, even ordering at the counter they are fast -- but this food is made to order and not under a heat lamp, so expect it to take ~15 minutes. I have the same complaint with this Wingstop, they never fry my chicken well done. I place my order online and select well done, I even call to be sure they do it and it never comes well done. However this last time was the straw that broke the camels back. The works there did not wear gloves when preparing the food and they were even eating fries out of the orders. This has been my go to wing stop for years until I moved downtown. After revisiting twice in the last couple weeks I can confidently say this location has gone downhill. Not only have I been skimped of some of my items MULTIPLE TIMES but I'm also receiving some half ass wings that I would turn a shoulder to if this didn't constantly happen! I sampled this place two times. On both occasions the counter help was very good. Phone ordering was a pleasant experience. Neither visit was during slow, or during peak rush time. Classic. Original Hot. The first order was extremely mediocre. It was a 15-piece batch that was sufficiently cooked - that's about the most positive thing I can say about it. Pieces were unusually greasy and lacked buffalo flavor. But, they were not bad enough to prevent me from trying the place again. The second order a few weeks later also lacked flavor. But this time the wings had obviously been re-cooked. They were dry and leathery. Chicken jerky best describes it. Even the bones were burnt. Plus, I received only 17 pieces of a 20-piece order. This was Oct 20th around 4pm. I did call Wingstop that evening to give them a heads-up. To her credit, the person offered to ask the manager for a credit on future purchase. Though I've never dined in here, I've ordered to-go about a dozen times and I've never been disappointed. The workers are pretty nice and very laid back. My order has always been ready to go on time. The Mango Habanero, Hickory Smoked BBQ, and Hawaiian wing sauces are my favorite. They all taste very unique and not from a bottle like other wing places I've tried. I have only gotten boneless, so add that caveat to this review. If you're looking for gourmet food or a super classy dining experience, I think you'll be mildly disappointed, but if you want some good chicken at a reasonable price, this place definitely fits the bill. read more

Clearly, the people who eat here aren't writing reviews. Every time I come here it is busy and people are enjoying their wings in house or carrying it out by the huge brown bag full. I also enjoy the boneless wings here thoroughly. I will even admit that I now crave their wings. You could say I've been here a few times. I am a fan of the boneless wing and am not a fan of the super hot. The original hot was too hot for me. However, the mild is just as it is described "For those who want the flavor, without the fireworks." It is very flavorful and goes perfect dipped in their ranch. Their fries are not my favorite, but that's because I don't like steak cut fries. My roommates love the regular bone-in wings, the fries and the ranch. They usually order the Lemon Pepper and the Louisianan Rub. Like Terence said, this place does take a little longer than you would think. However, this is actually a good thing. They cook the wings once your order them, hand toss them, and serve them up for you. The first time I went to leave, I was pretty confused because there is not a trash can like you would find at most counter service places. The staff pics up after you and cleans the table in between each customer, and they aren't slow about it, which means there is never a dirty table. read more

Worst Wingstop ever! DIRTY, small, and slow service. The biggest issue is how DIRTY this restaurant is! There where tables with food, sauce and bones left on them. It's a small restaurant so they have limited seating and at least 3 tables were covered in trash. There was no trash can anywhere available for customers dispose of the food/trash and staff never came out to clear and clean the tables. The restaurant was filled with flies and nats . I'm sure the dirty conditions added to the amount of flying pests. They have windows into the kitchen...and you could clearly see them use sauce bowls and the put them back on the shelves dirty with sauce dripping down the sides...attracting flies. Floors were dirty. Overall a very poor experience. I will never go back and urge everyone avoid this location of Wingstop. read more

I paid a recent visit to the nearest Wing Stop, and it was the same as it usually was: decent wings that take a little longer than one would expect. I have been to different Wings Stops about a dozen times or so. The setup here is what you'd expect any wing joint to be like: you choose either the wings or boneless chicken and then the flavor or flavors. Pretty early on I discovered that the Lemon Pepper was really good; neither too lemony nor too peppery. I wish I could say the same about the other flavors. While I do love my food how I like my women, spicy, their Original Hot and Cajun flavors are simply too powerful. Not spicy powerful, mind you, but powerful in a way I cannot really put my finger on. I think it's the vinegar they put in, but again I'm not exactly sure. If Wing Stop would let me in their kitchen, I would try hide the vinegar bottle and add more hot sauce. There are other more exotic and sweeter flavors available (Teriyaki, Hawaiian, and some others) but I have never been inclined to try them. Overall, the wings here are of superior quality compared to other chains. I just wish they could do a better job on the standard issue stuff. read more
