Mild Buffalo Boneless strip combo with fresh veggie sticks / ranch dressing is the culinary desire I crave. Now I use the delivery service or pick up if in the geographical location but rarely sit down inside. I'd say the staff is very accommodating but sometimes a challenging language barrier does make it hard when ordering. Using the app sometimes works better than phone orders or in person orders. We ordered the... I don't know the name of the deal but it came with fries two drinks three dips and up to four flavors of boneless 'wings'. Oh yeah, also the little bits of corn on the cob. The good: the price was incredible. It was like $34 for plenty of cooked food available quickly and available late in the evening. Now a days that feels like a pretty good deal in Seattle. The corn on the cob was nice! The medium: the flavors were inconsistently distributed in terms of sauce and in terms of the size of the pieces. Like, there wasn't enough sauce on the chicken. The weak: although eating this on the heals of Thanksgiving may seem reasonable, the chicken was just not interestingly flavored. I felt like the spice level (4 of 5) was not very strong. Finally, this food doesn't seem especially healthy - like, it's boneless chicken wings; this isn't really a surprise, but nevertheless it's an important aspect of the food that we eat. It sure would be nice if it actually was wholesome! As far as ambience/atmosphere goes: we took this food to go. Most wing places in the USA are either sports bars or take out/delivery. You can choose two flavors and they have a lot of choices depending how hot you wanted it. I ordered just the hickory smoked BBQ which is one of the milder sauces along with fries. Mind blowing NEVER going back to Bdubs again for sure.. we ordered their cajun wings and mango habanero with the cajun seasoned french fries.. the french fries were okay but those wings were absolutely delicious! I get there he's not doing anything and then he tells me to wait for somebody else to ring me up then they get my order wrong and as he's coming up to talk to me about their mistake, he turns around & walks away to answers his personal cell phone. I ordered wings through the app for delivery. I spoke to a friend and they mentioned how great the wings are, so I had pretty high expectations. I ordered three flavors of wings and they didn't have any flavor. They were cooked, but it was like they forgot to use salt or any seasoning. Very disappointing and had to dip it in ranch to get any flavor. The French fries were the exact opposite. Overly seasoned (it almost tasted like they dusted it with sugar) and very cold. Me and my cousin stopped by this location earlier tonight. When we came back for our food. BOTH of our orders were completely wrong. My order was no where near what I wanted, nor did I get an additional ranch (that I paid EXTRA for). And my cousin did not get part of her meal. I would not come back here and waste my time. This place has definitely stepped up during covid. I started ordering in late march. The service at this place was really good and my pickup orders were always ready to go when the receipt said it should be. The all in bundle is good value too, it's so much food. The food was always made exactly to spec. If i ordered extra seasoning on my fries, my fries were always heavily seasoned. I've since moved and I miss picking up food from this Wingstop location. If I could give no stars I would. I placed an online order at 8:45pm. 16-21 minute to prep. No problem I arrive at 9:20 to workers telling me they don't have any order for me. I show my order confirmation, they find my order, tell me I have to wait. It's almost 9:40 by now so a whole HOUR since I originally placed my order. The workers are seeming like they couldn't be bothered to help me. They give my order and it's missing items and my fries are cold & soggy. I ask for the missing items and for fresh fries and the workers treat me like I'm in the wrong. And after all of that not even a sorry for the inconvenience (hour of wasted time) and the fries they gave me were the same soggy ass fries they just re-dropped them in the fryer. Slowest Wingstop I've even been to. I was here two days ago. Just got through with the DMV and was really hungry. It wasn't busy when I was there so I don't understand why it took so long. Overview: As of 4/2/2017, this is the closest Wingstop from downtown Seattle. I love this place! Best wings and fries combo you'll find - the wings and fries are fresh and made-to-order. This specific location is clean and relatively quick with the food prep. Additionally, the staff here are also very friendly and helpful. Food: Wings here are excellent and larger than your average wing. I'm a big fan of chicken wings and have tried several other popular wing locations (wing done, bww, Nate's, etc) in Seattle and have to say that they still don't beat Wingstop in an overall comparison of wings and fries. I usually get a 8 or 10 wing combo, bone-in of course, and select lemon pepper and garlic parmesan for my flavors. My gf enjoys hot lemon pepper (buffalo sauce with the dry lemon pepper seasoning on top) - yes they also let you mix flavors which is awesome. As for the fries, they sprinkle their seasoning on top which has a bit of sugar in it and really adds to the deliciousness. Lastly, I'm not sure what it is but their ranch is better than your average store bought ranch so they go great with your wings and fries! read more

Tonight, 21 July, I ordered my usual 15 pc, mixed, extra done, Louisiana Rub Combo, with Lg fries extra done and extra seasoning, from the Wing Stop in Seattle, WA at Westwood Village. This is my usual meal and 99.9% of the time it is FANTASTIC!!! Tonight was a COMPLETELY different story. The wings AND fries were NOT extra done, in fact they were both barely done, and there was NO rub on the wings. When I returned to the restaurant, after calling them, their "fix" was going to be to just throw them back in the oil and recook both the fries and the wings. I expressed that this was NOT correct and I wanted a new meal, cooked the way i ordered it,or i wanted my money back. The "manager" said that he was NOT going to do either and if I wanted the meal recooked I could take that. Any other choice would involve me returning to the establishment in the morning to talk to a different manager. This location has been my "GO-TO" for wings. Needless to say I was EXTREMELY disappointed in both the food and the service tonight. After tomorrow, it is doubtful I will ever return to this Wing Stop. I walked in & immediately was asked if I had an online order to which I said no because I've in the past usually ordered in-store & it's never been a problem. The store itself doesn't look busy but I understand that maybe there was a large amount of online orders & I definitely wouldn't have minded placing my order online if only it didn't feel like such a rude & condescending interaction. Checked this place which has taken the place of my favorite cupcake joint (eats market) in the end storefront next to the bed bath and beyond. I was surprised to see the cheapest thing I could order was $7 of chicken tenders (4) which came with one dipping sauce (big portion) and no sides. Usually you can just order a tender or two to check them out. Adding fries and a drink would have been closer to $10. I ordered the garlic cajun flavor at the recommendation of the cashier. 16 min later my tenders were done. Note that this isn't a fast food place. Though it feels like a KFC, you'll be waiting longer as each order is cooked individually. Taste was pretty good. Flavorful though a bit saltier than most any chicken tender I've had. The honey mustard sauce was good and plentiful (not too sweet). Overall I give it an "OK" rating as the food wasn't especially great, nor the convenience, or value.
